Abstract
The invention discloses a WiFi performance improvement system and a WiFi performance improvement method oriented to an industrial interference environment. The technical field of WiFi performance improvement is related to, a plurality of wireless routers are arranged at different positions in a room, and a terminal can automatically adjust which wireless router provides wireless signals for the terminal according to the wireless signal strength of the wireless routers networked by the terminal. The system comprises a terminal provided with a WiFi module and a plurality of wireless routers arranged at different positions in a room, wherein the acquisition end of a user side signal acquisition module is connected with the signal intensity output end of the WiFi module; each wireless router is respectively provided with a routing end wireless signal acquisition module which is bound with the position of the corresponding wireless router, and each routing end wireless signal acquisition module is connected with the microcontroller; the main control chip can be in wireless connection with each routing end wireless signal acquisition module through the user end wireless signal transmitting module; and the start-stop control end of each wireless router is connected with the microcontroller.

In the embodiment, a WiFi performance improvement system oriented to an industrial interference environment is shown in fig. 1, and includes a terminal 2 provided with a WiFi module 1, a plurality of wireless routers arranged at different positions in a room, a microcontroller, and a data processing unit 6 and a memory 3 connected to the microcontroller; the terminal is respectively provided with a main control chip 7, a storage chip 15, a user side wireless signal transmitting module 8, a user side data processing module 9 and a user side signal acquisition module 10 which are respectively connected with the main control chip; the acquisition end of the user side signal acquisition module is connected with the signal intensity output end of the WiFi module; each wireless router is respectively provided with a routing end wireless signal acquisition module which is bound with the position of the corresponding wireless router, and each routing end wireless signal acquisition module is respectively connected with the microcontroller; the main control chip can be in wireless connection with each routing end wireless signal acquisition module through the user end wireless signal transmitting module; and the start-stop control end of each wireless router is connected with the microcontroller.
The wireless router in the present embodiment includes a wireless router 41, a wireless router 42, and a wireless router 43.
The routing end wireless signal acquisition module in this embodiment includes a routing end wireless signal acquisition module 111, a routing end wireless signal acquisition module 112, and a routing end wireless signal acquisition module 113.
The WiFi performance improvement system also includes a timer 11 connected to the microcontroller; each wireless router is also provided with a wireless router signal detection module which can detect the strength of the wireless signal of the corresponding wireless router; each wireless routing signal detection module is respectively connected with the microcontroller; and a power supply switch is independently connected in series on a power supply loop of each wireless router, and the control end of each power supply switch is connected with the microcontroller.
The microcontroller stores the time record of the wireless router in which time slot the terminal recorded by the timer uses in the memory, so that the wireless router to be started can be approximately obtained by counting and recording the time in a certain time slot, and the wireless router to be started is in a standby state, thereby ensuring high switching speed, shortening the signal missing gap time caused by switching the wireless router and having good reliability.
The wireless routing signal detection module in this embodiment includes a wireless routing signal detection module 12, a wireless routing signal detection module 13, and a wireless routing signal detection module 14.
The power switch in this embodiment includes 16, a power switch 17, and a power switch 18.
The power switch 16 is connected in series to the power supply 36 circuit 19 of the wireless router 41, the power switch 17 is connected in series to the power supply 36 circuit 20 of the wireless router 42, and the power switch 18 is connected in series to the power supply 36 circuit 21 of the wireless router 43.
In this embodiment, the wireless routing signal detection module 12, the routing end wireless signal acquisition module 111, the wireless router 41 and the power switch 16 form a group; the wireless routing signal detection module 13, the routing end wireless signal acquisition module 112, the wireless router 42 and the power switch 17 form a group; the wireless routing signal detection module 14, the routing end wireless signal acquisition module 113, the wireless router 43 and the power switch 18 form a group. Each set being disposed at a different location within the room.

when a terminal uses an opened wireless router for networking, under the control of a main control chip, a user side signal acquisition module acquires wireless signals received by a WiFi module on the terminal, and the main control chip enables a user side data processing module to process the wireless signals acquired by the WiFi module;
when the user side signal acquisition module acquires that the signal intensity value of the wireless signal received by the terminal WiFi module is smaller than the signal intensity value which is preset and stored in the storage chip, the main control chip immediately enables the user side wireless signal transmitting module to send out a wireless signal; the wireless signals sent by the user side wireless signal transmitting module can be acquired by a plurality of routing side wireless signal acquisition modules at different positions in a room;
after each routing end wireless signal acquisition module acquires a wireless signal, each routing end wireless signal acquisition module uploads the wireless signal acquired by each routing end wireless signal acquisition module to the microcontroller;
after the microcontroller receives the signal strength values uploaded by the wireless signal acquisition modules of the routing ends, the microcontroller immediately enables the data processing unit to judge the signal strength values of the signal strength values uploaded by the wireless signal acquisition modules of the routing ends, and finds out the wireless signal acquisition module of the routing end corresponding to the maximum value in the signal strength values;
then the microcontroller immediately sends a starting instruction to the wireless router which is bound with the wireless signal acquisition module at the routing end and corresponds to the maximum value in the signal strength value, and the corresponding wireless router is started immediately;
after the corresponding wireless router is started, the microcontroller immediately closes the wireless router which is started previously;

the control process of the wireless router starting time is as follows:
setting the time length from the time when the microcontroller gives a closing instruction to a certain power switch to the time when the microcontroller receives a detection signal intensity uploaded by a wireless routing signal detection module corresponding to the power switch and reaches a set value as the starting time length of the wireless router corresponding to the power switch;
the specific process of the starting time length of the wireless router is that the microcontroller starts timing when a closing instruction of a certain power switch starts, then a wireless routing signal detection module on the wireless router corresponding to the power switch starts to detect a wireless signal sent by the wireless router and uploads the detection signal to the microcontroller, the microcontroller processes the detection signal uploaded by the wireless routing signal detection module, and the time length until the strength of the detection signal uploaded by the wireless routing signal detection module received by the microcontroller reaches a set value is the detected starting time length of the corresponding wireless router;

after the microcontroller receives the signal intensity values uploaded by the wireless signal acquisition modules of the routing ends, the microcontroller immediately enables the data processing unit to judge the signal intensity values uploaded by the wireless signal acquisition modules of the routing ends, and finds out the wireless signal acquisition module of the routing end corresponding to the maximum value in the signal intensity values;
then the microcontroller immediately sends a starting instruction to the wireless router which is bound with the wireless signal acquisition module at the routing end and corresponds to the maximum value in the signal strength value, and the corresponding wireless router is started immediately;
after the corresponding wireless router is started, the microcontroller immediately closes the wireless router which is started before;
