Liquid crystal display structure
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a liquid crystal display structure.
Background
Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs) have many advantages such as thin body, power saving, and no radiation, and are widely used, for example: liquid crystal televisions, mobile phones, digital cameras, tablet computers, computer screens, notebook computer screens, and the like, currently dominate the field of flat panel displays.
Most of the existing liquid crystal displays in the market are backlight Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs), which include a liquid crystal display (LCD Panel), a backlight module (Macklight module), and a middle frame and a frame for accommodating the LCD and the backlight module. The liquid crystal display screen has the working principle that liquid crystal molecules are placed in two parallel glass substrates, a plurality of vertical and horizontal fine electric wires are arranged between the two glass substrates, the liquid crystal molecules are controlled to change directions by electrifying or not, and light rays of the backlight module are refracted out to generate pictures.
For small-sized consumer liquid crystal displays such as mobile phones, mechanical reliability tests such as vibration, impact and the like, such as complete machine drop, roller drop and the like, are required before the liquid crystal displays come into the market, so that the liquid crystal display screens and backlight modules of the liquid crystal displays are required to have higher reliability under various vibration, impact and other test conditions.
Referring to fig. 1, a small-sized consumer lcd such as a conventional mobile phone includes a backlight frame 100 for fixing various components of a backlight module (not shown), such as a light bar used as a backlight source, a liquid crystal display panel 200, a protective cover 300, and a middle frame 500. The backlight frame 100 is attached to the lower side of the liquid crystal display 200 through a square adhesive 120, the upper side of the liquid crystal display 200 is attached to the lower side of the protective cover 300 through an optical clear adhesive 230 (referred to as OCA adhesive or OCR adhesive in the industry), and the middle frame 500 is disposed at the periphery of the backlight frame 100. Because the two kinds of glue, i.e., the glue 120 and the optical transparent glue 230, have very small elastic modulus, when the liquid crystal display is subjected to vibration, impact or impact, the liquid crystal display 200 or even the backlight module will shake a certain amount, which results in the risk that the liquid crystal display 200 and the backlight module will impact the middle frame 500.
