Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a device for removing dust from inflammable and explosive gases.
Background
Today, the demand of human beings for energy is increasing day by day in the rapid development of science and technology, the application range of flammable and explosive gases such as gas, coal gas, natural gas, methane and the like is wider and wider, natural gas resources are mined, and flammable and explosive gases such as gas, coal gas and the like produced in industry often contain impurity dust which causes great harm to the surrounding environment after burning, so that the technology of removing particles from the dusty gas to reduce the emission of the particles to the atmosphere is more and more important.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a dust removal device for flammable and explosive gases, which comprises a separator and a discharger and is used for removing dust of flammable and explosive gases and also can be used for removing dust of non-flammable and explosive gases.
The invention has the advantages that: 1) the transmission shaft and the dust collecting tank are mechanically sealed, so that the sealing performance is improved; 2) the discharging screw adopts upper drive, so that the damage of the seal at the extending part of the screw shaft is avoided, and the safety performance of the equipment is improved; 3) the inert gas inlet and the replaced gas outlet are symmetrical relative to the axis of the dust collecting tank and have a certain included angle, which is beneficial to fully replacing inflammable and explosive gases; 4) the dust discharging port is arranged at the bottom under the dust collecting tank, so that dust discharging is smoother.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated below with reference to fig. 1.
The invention relates to a dust removal device for flammable and explosive gases, which mainly comprises a separator (13) and a discharger (9). The discharger (9) comprises a driving device (3), a frame (4), a dust collecting tank (10) and a dust discharging valve (12). The dust separated by the separator (13) enters the dust collecting tank (10) from a dust inlet (16) through a communicating valve (14) and a communicating bent pipe (15). When the dust accumulation height in the dust collecting tank (10) reaches a certain value, the communicating valve (14) is closed, inert gas is introduced from the inert gas inlet (7), flammable and explosive gas in the dust collecting tank (10) is replaced, and the flammable and explosive gas is discharged from the replaced gas outlet (17). When the flammable and explosive gas in the dust collecting tank (10) is reduced to an allowable value, the inert gas inlet (7) and the replaced gas outlet (17) are closed, the dust exhaust valve (12) is opened, the driving device (3) is started, and the discharging screw (11) is driven by the transmission shaft (20) to discharge the dust from the dust exhaust valve (12). After the dust is discharged, the driving device (3) and the dust discharging valve (12) are closed, and the communicating valve (14) is opened.
The invention can be used for dedusting flammable and explosive gases and can also be used for dedusting toxic and harmful gases.
