The composition comprises 50-70 parts of natural rubber, 20-30 parts of nitrile rubber, 20-30 parts of carbon black, 100-150 parts of soluble metal powder, 20-30 parts of wood fiber, 0.5-2 parts of anti-aging agent and 4-5 parts of asphalt. The soluble rubber cylinder has good sealing performance and elasticity and good solubility, can be widely used for sealing underground tools such as bridge plugs, packers and the like, and can automatically become a plurality of broken particles which can be discharged along with well fluid after being used for a period of time in an underground environment.
