Description

Pen with clamp
Technical Field
The invention relates to a pen with a clamp, in particular to a pen with a clamp, which can adjust the clamp more simply and rapidly, does not need to worry about the separation of the clamp in the using process and can improve the production efficiency and the commodity value.
Background
In general, a multi-purpose pen including a ball point pen includes a refill, a spring, a knob, and the like in a pen case, so that the refill is lifted and lowered while a pen point is exposed to the outside.
Recently, in the field of pen refills, a multi-color pen is widely used, which includes a multi-color refill in a pen casing in addition to a single-color pen, and which performs writing by ejecting a pen point of a desired color from a user during writing.
The pen is provided with an elastic spring for pushing the refill in a limited space of the pen shell, and a knob 20 connected with the refill is arranged in the pen shell 10.
When a user presses the knob 20, the knob 20 slides through the guide hole 11 of the pen shell 10 to clamp and unlock the pen core for resetting, so that the pen core is exposed outside the pen.
The multi-color pen is prepared by respectively selecting two-color or even five-color pen cores such as blue, red, black and the like to be accommodated in the same pen shell.
The outer upper end of the pen case 10 of the pen tool is provided with a clamp 30 capable of holding elasticity.
The holder is integrally injection-molded to the pen case 10 according to the type of the pen, and the holder has elasticity according to the elasticity of the synthetic resin material.
Recently, a holder 30 separately formed by pivoting a fulcrum is provided at the time of assembly, and an independent coil spring 40 is installed between the pen cases 10.
The pen with the clamp is particularly important in the aspects of the assembly simplicity of the clamp and the spring and the stability of the clamp in the use process.
In order to assemble the clamp 30 to rotate on the pen casing 10, the pen of the conventional art is formed by integrally forming the supporting column 50 on the pen casing 10, and the supporting column 50 has the protruding pin shafts 1 along both sides thereof.
Then, a hinge hole 2 for receiving the pin 1 is formed in the jig 30, the jig 30 is forcibly spread toward both sides in order to couple the pin 1, the pin 1 is inserted into the hinge hole 2, and the jig 30 is rotated around the pin 1 (see fig. 1).
On the other hand, the support post 50 has hinge holes 3 formed on both inner sides thereof, the clamp 30 has hinge projections 4 formed to project from both cross-sectional sides thereof to the inner sides thereof, and the clamp 30 is rotated about the hinge projections 4 by inserting the hinge projections 4 into the hinge holes 3 (see fig. 2).
An elastic spiral spring 40 is arranged between one side of the pen shell 10 of the supporting column 50 so as to give elasticity to the clamp 30.
In addition, japanese laid-open patent publication No. 2013-223964 has disclosed a technical solution in which hinge projections having a certain height are protrudingly formed at inner sides of both side walls of the jig 30, and the hinge projections are controlled not to be separated after forming and assembling the triangular-section structure control projections in a direction of assembling through the hinge holes.
The conventional art pen with the above structure has a small engaging portion between the hinge protrusion and the hinge hole, and is reversely locked in assembly, and synthetic resin is easily damaged or is often damaged in the assembly process.
That is, the conventional art pen tool assembles the hinge hole and the hinge protrusion (pin) in a state that the clamp is unfolded toward both sides, when the hinge protrusion and the hinge hole are combined using the elastic force of the clamp made of the synthetic resin material. In the process, if the applied force exceeds the upper elastic limit, the clamp 30 is often damaged.
The conventional pen tool requires a great force to press and align the positions of the hinge hole and the hinge protrusion (pin) while assembling the coil spring, which obviously requires a high level of skill in the assembly process. It is easy to cause strain during the operation, which reduces the production efficiency. The whole assembly efficiency is low, and the manufacturing cost is high. .
Moreover, the greatest disadvantage of the pen in the conventional art is that repeated use will wear the space between the hinge hole and the hinge protrusion (pin), and the user will unlock the padlock of the hinge hole and the hinge protrusion (pin) even if applying a small force during using the pen, so that the clamp is completely separated from the pen shell.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the present invention, the front direction is the direction in which the knob 20 of the pen case 10 is provided, the upper portion is the upper portion in the drawing, and the lower portion is the lower portion in the drawing.
The pen with a clip according to the present invention can be applied to a pen in which a refill of a certain color is accommodated in the pen case 10, or a multi-color pen in which a refill of a desired color is pushed and exposed by operating the knob 20 in a state in which a multi-color refill of black, red, blue, or the like is accommodated in the pen case 10.
The pen with the clamp comprises: a pen case 10 which accommodates a pen refill in a hollow cylindrical barrel and exposes a pen tip by a guide pressurizing knob 20 of a guide hole 11; a clamp 30, which is arranged on a support column 50 standing outside the pen shell 10 and is in a flowable shaft shape; and a coil spring 40 elastically disposed between the clamp 30 and the pen case 10.
The pen case 10 is generally divided into an upper portion and a lower portion, has a hollow cylindrical shape, is mainly connected by a screw, receives a pen core therein, and exposes the pen tip from the inside to the outside through a front edge by operating the knob 20.
When the knob 20 is pushed, the pen core is exposed to the outside, so as to facilitate writing. The multi-color pen is changed in color or all of the cartridges are retracted inside by operating the knobs 20 of other colors not exposed.
Further, the pen case 10 is assembled to have a support column 50 integrally formed with a boss at the outer side of the upper portion thereof, and the holder 30 is coupled to the support column 50 by the coil spring 40 in a state of maintaining an elastic force and is rotated about a fulcrum.
The jig 30 is made of synthetic resin, is formed by injection molding in a cross-sectional shape extending in the longitudinal direction, having the upper and both side walls 31 closed and the lower part opened, and has a rod-shaped hinge shaft 60 (see fig. 8) integrally formed between the left and right side walls 31 in the direction of passing in the transverse direction.
Since the two sides of the jig 30 are connected to each other by the hinge shaft 60 with the sidewalls 31 spaced apart from each other, the synthetic resin jig 30 is greatly reinforced.
The upper outer side of the pen case 10 is integrally formed with a supporting column 50. The support posts 50 are slightly smaller in amplitude than the spacing between the plurality of side walls 31 on either side of the clamp 30. Therefore, when the jig 30 is assembled to the support column 50, the support column 50 can be accommodated between the side walls 31 on both sides of the jig.
The support column 50 has a hinge hole 51 in a direction toward the distal end portion of the pen case 10, and an opening 52 connected to the hinge hole 51 is provided. When the hinge hole 51 is provided, the hinge shaft 60 is rotated in a state of being inserted into the hinge shaft 60 of the jig 30, and the opening 52 is opened toward the distal end portion of the pen case 10.
The opening portion 52 provides an access passage for the hinge hole 51 to insert the hinge shaft 60. In order to more easily insert the hinge shaft 60, it is preferable to slightly widen the front end of the opening portion 52 into the passage. Preferably, the upper surface 53 of the opening 52 is horizontal to the axial center of the pen case 10, whereas the lower surface 54 of the opening 52 has an inclination such that the access passage thereof becomes narrower as it gets closer to the hinge hole 51. As shown in fig. 3 to 7, the lower front end of the adjacent spring installation surface 12 is low, but is gradually higher as it is closer to the hinge hole 51.
And, the hinge hole 51 has a circular shape to facilitate the rotation of the hinge shaft 60 inserted therein. The circular upper circumferential surface is located above the upper surface 53 above the opening 52 (see fig. 5, 6, and 10). Accordingly, the hinge hole 51 is not a simple circle but an oblong shape when viewed from the side.
In a state where the hinge shaft 60 is inserted into and coupled to the hinge hole 51, the coil spring 40 pushes the hinge shaft 60 upward by its elastic force, and rotates the hinge shaft 60 at its position (see fig. 6 and 7). In the coupled state, the hinge shaft 60 is prevented from easily slipping forward from the inside of the hinge hole 51.
Also, in order to give an elastic force to the clamp 30, a coil spring 40 is provided between the inner side of the clamp 30 and the outer face of the pen case 10 in one side of the support column 50.
In this case, in order to prevent the coil spring 40 from being detached and to maintain a stable attached state, the installation surface 12 is preferably provided on the surface of the pen case 10. The installation surface 12 is formed in a portion adjacent to the opening 52.
Further, the jig 30 integrally forms the cylindrical bobbin 33 so as to be above a portion in which the coil spring 40 is housed.
The present invention couples the clamp 30 to the support column 50 of the pen case 10 in the following manner.
First, as shown in fig. 5, the hinge shaft 60 of the clamp 30 is brought close to the hinge hole 51 of the support column 50, and in this state, the clamp 30 is moved in the axial center direction of the pen case 10. The hinge shaft 60 is guided between the open mouths of the upper and lower faces 53 and 54 of the opening 52, and is easily assembled into the hinge hole 51 while slowly moving along the inclined face of the lower face 54.
At this time, if the coil spring 40 is inserted into the cylindrical bobbin 33 of the holder 30 and moves together with the hinge shaft 60 while pressing the holder 30 in its state, the coil spring 40 is installed and inserted into the position of the installation surface 12 while the holder 30 horizontally moves from the right side to the left side in the drawing along the outer surface of the pen case 10, and the hinge shaft 60 is easily inserted into the hinge hole 51.
Therefore, the present invention relatively easily completes the assembly of the hinge shaft 60 and the coil spring 40 at the same time.
Here, the upper surface 53 of the opening 52 is parallel to the axial center line of the pen case 10 with a distance a from the top dead center 51T of the hinge hole 51.
Further, the lower surface 54 is preferably inclined so as to gradually reduce the size of the opening 52 toward the hinge hole 51, and is connected from the lowermost end 51B of the hinge hole 51 to an end of a linear guide 56 horizontally connecting the axial center of the pen case 10.
Therefore, in the assembly process, the hinge shaft 60 is smoothly guided into the hinge hole 51 by the lower surface 54 and the linear guide 56, the hinge hole 51 is made to be oval along the coil spring 40 and the axial center direction, the hinge shaft 60 of the clamp 30 is guided into the hinge hole 51 by the upper surface 53 and the lower surface 54 and the linear guide 56, and then the hinge shaft 60 is kept in a buckling state by the buckling part 55.
In addition, the present invention lifts the hinge shaft 60 to a top dead center 51T of the oblong hinge hole 51 side according to the elastic force of the coil spring 40 after the hinge shaft 60 is inserted into and coupled to the hinge hole 51. Therefore, the hinge shaft 60 can be always hung on the hooking catching portion 55 of the supporting pillar 50.
In addition, the present invention inserts the coil spring 40 into the cylindrical tube of the jig 30, and after the jig 30 is positioned in front of the hinge shaft 60, the jig 30 and the coil spring 40 are pushed toward the hinge hole 51 while being pressed, so that the coil spring 40 is installed in the installation surface 12 while the hinge shaft 60 is inserted into the hinge hole 51 by a simple operation, thereby simultaneously completing the assembly and the locking for preventing the disengagement.
At this time, after the hinge shaft 60 of the jig 30 is assembled to the hinge hole 51 of the support post 50, there is no fear at all that the hinge shaft 60 will not be detached even if the jig 30 is repeatedly rotated about the fulcrum.
The narrowest distance T between the upper surface 53 and the lower surface 54 of the opening 52 is preferably set to be equal to or slightly smaller than the diameter D of the hinge shaft 60.
Therefore, when the hinge shaft 60 is assembled, the opening 52 is slightly opened by the elastic force of the synthetic resin itself, and the hinge hole 51 is assembled therein, so that there is no fear that the hinge shaft 60 is again separated from the opening 52.
Even if the distance T between the upper surface 53 and the lower surface 54 is slightly larger than the diameter D of the hinge shaft 60, the coil spring 40 continuously gives the elastic force to the hinge shaft 60, so that the hinge shaft 60 can be prevented from being separated through the opening 52 when the jig 30 is rotated.
Further, when the distance a from the upper surface 53 to the end of the diameter of the hinge hole 51 is designed to be about 1/3 of the diameter of the hinge shaft 60, it is more effective to perform a stable hinge action and prevent the hinge from being detached in a state where the hinge shaft 60 is assembled.
The figures illustrate a single color pen with a cartridge and knob 20 for convenience, but a multi-color pen with 2-color or 5-color cartridges.
As described above, in the invention, the connecting structure of the clamp and the pen tool is simple, the assembling speed is fast and simple, the defective product ratio is obviously low, the production cost is reduced, and the economic efficiency is high.
In addition, the faults of clamp separation and the like are reduced, the service life of the product is prolonged, and the reliability is improved.
The above technical features disclosed in the present invention are not limited to the above embodiments and the accompanying drawings. Those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains will appreciate that various substitutions, alterations, and modifications can be made to the invention without departing from the spirit of the invention as claimed, which is encompassed by the scope of the claims of the invention.
