Abstract
本发明公开了一种废旧塑料破碎装置,包括上下开口的筒形容器,所述筒形容器上部连接有进料口,所述筒形容器的下部连接有出料口,所述筒形容器内设有若干旋转的破碎刀具,所述破碎刀具下方设有搅拌平台,所述搅拌平台下方连接有一上下往复运动机构,使所述搅拌平台可以在垂直方向上来回运动,所述搅拌平台上靠近外圆周的部分开设有若干通孔。本发明通过多个破碎刀具对废旧塑料进行破碎,破碎的同时通过往复运动机构实现搅拌功能,使得较大的颗粒更容易被均匀破碎,不会沉底,破碎后较小的颗粒通过搅拌平台上的通孔下落至出料口,实现颗粒大小均匀统一。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种废旧塑料破碎装置。
背景技术
随着塑料制品消费量不断增大,废弃塑料也不断增多。目前我国废弃塑料主要为塑料薄膜、塑料丝及编织品、泡沫塑料、塑料包装箱及容器、日用塑料制品、塑料袋和农用地膜等。另外,我国汽车用塑料年消费量已达40万吨,电子电器及家电配套用塑料年消费量已达100多万吨,这些产品报废后成了废塑料的重要来源之一。据了解,2004年国内废塑料已达约1100万吨。这些废塑料的存放、运输、加工等待被加工的废弃塑料原料应用及后处理若不得当,势必会破坏环境,危害百姓健康。
废旧塑料的回收处理,通常需要将废旧塑料破碎成较小的颗粒状,因此对于塑料破碎机的要求也逐渐提高,目前市场上的塑料破碎机大多采用单独的破碎刀具来进行破损处理,其效率不高,得到的破碎颗粒也不够均匀。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足设计了一种废旧塑料破碎装置。
本发明为实现以上目的,采用如下方案:一种废旧塑料破碎装置,包括上下开口的筒形容器,所述筒形容器上部连接有进料口,所述筒形容器的下部连接有出料口,所述筒形容器内设有若干旋转的破碎刀具,所述破碎刀具下方设有搅拌平台,所述搅拌平台下方连接有一上下往复运动机构,使所述搅拌平台可以在垂直方向上来回运动,所述搅拌平台上靠近外圆周的部分开设有若干通孔。
进一步的,所述破碎刀具的轴平行于地面。
进一步的,所述上下往复运动机构为凸轮连杆机构。
进一步的,所述凸轮连杆机构外设有隔离套,所述隔离套为可伸缩结构,其上部与所述搅拌平台固定连接。
本发明和现有技术相比,具有如下优点和有益效果:通过多个破碎刀具对废旧塑料进行破碎,破碎的同时通过往复运动机构实现搅拌功能,使得较大的颗粒更容易被均匀破碎,不会沉底,破碎后较小的颗粒通过搅拌平台上的通孔下落至出料口,实现颗粒大小均匀统一。

结合图1,一种废旧塑料破碎装置,包括上下开口的筒形容器1,所述筒形容器1上部连接有进料口2,所述筒形容器1的下部连接有出料口3,所述筒形容器1内设有若干旋转的破碎刀具4,所述破碎刀具4下方设有搅拌平台5,所述搅拌平台5下方连接有一上下往复运动机构6,使所述搅拌平台5可以在垂直方向上来回运动,所述搅拌平台5上靠近外圆周的部分开设有若干通孔7。
进一步的,所述破碎刀具4的轴平行于地面,可以在不同方向设置多个破碎刀具4,彼此成一定夹角。
进一步的,所述上下往复运动机构6为凸轮连杆机构。
进一步的,所述凸轮连杆机构外设有隔离套8,所述隔离套8为可伸缩结构,可以采用软性材料制成,如具有波纹的软性塑料管,其上部与所述搅拌平台5固定连接,用于隔离塑料颗粒,使其不会进入凸轮连杆机构内,造成机构磨损卡住。

1.一种废旧塑料破碎装置,包括上下开口的筒形容器,所述筒形容器上部连接有进料口,所述筒形容器的下部连接有出料口,其特征在于:所述筒形容器内设有若干旋转的破碎刀具,所述破碎刀具下方设有搅拌平台,所述搅拌平台下方连接有一上下往复运动机构,使所述搅拌平台可以在垂直方向上来回运动,所述搅拌平台上靠近外圆周的部分开设有若干通孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种废旧塑料破碎装置,其特征在于:所述破碎刀具的轴平行于地面。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种废旧塑料破碎装置,其特征在于:所述上下往复运动机构为凸轮连杆机构。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种废旧塑料破碎装置,其特征在于:所述凸轮连杆机构外设有隔离套,所述隔离套为可伸缩结构,其上部与所述搅拌平台固定连接。
