Abstract
The invention provides a dust removal filter cartridge, and belongs to the technical field of operation. The dust filter solves the problems that dust at the bottom of the existing filter cartridge folds is difficult to remove and can be accumulated gradually. The dust removing filter cartridge comprises a bottom plate and a filter material, wherein the filter material is folded into pleats to form a plurality of fine grooves; the outer edge part of the bottom plate is provided with a plurality of teeth which are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction, and tooth grooves are arranged between adjacent teeth; the lower end of the fine groove with the outward opening in the filter material is opposite to the tooth groove, the lower end of the fine groove with the inward opening in the filter material is superposed with the teeth, and the bottom of the filter material is fixed with the teeth through glue. The dust-removing filter cylinder is provided with tooth grooves communicated with an inward opening fine groove at the outer edge part of a bottom plate; so that the opening is directed towards the bottom of the inner slot without any parts to hold up the accumulated dust; dust accumulated at the bottom of the fine groove with the inward opening of the dust remover in the back blowing process is easy to fall off. The dust removing filter cylinder has the advantages that dust is not easy to accumulate, the cleaning and maintenance period is obviously prolonged, adhered dust is timely removed, and the installability of the dust remover is effectively improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of operation, and relates to a separation device, in particular to a dust removal filter cartridge.
Background
The filter cartridge is a star-shaped filter cartridge formed by folding a certain length of stiff filter material into pleats and bonding the pleats end to end.
Referring to fig. 1, a conventional dust-removing filter cartridge comprises a filter material, an inner net and a bottom plate, wherein an annular positioning groove is formed in the outer edge of the bottom plate, and the bottom of the filter material is embedded in the annular positioning groove.
The applicant has proposed a dust collector (grant publication number CN 205127603U) in which the filter cartridge used is of the structure shown in fig. 1. The dust remover needs to blow back the filter cylinder in the use process for removing dust on the outer side. In the actual use process
Dust at the bottom of the filter cartridge folds is difficult to remove, and the dust is gradually accumulated, namely, the dust is gradually accumulated upwards from the bottoms of the folds, so that the dust removing efficiency of the filter cartridge is affected, and if the dust contains inflammable and explosive dust, the safety risk is obviously increased; and the filter cartridge is removed for cleaning after being required, thereby influencing the normal production efficiency.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a dust removing filter cylinder, which aims to solve the technical problem of how to prevent dust from accumulating in the dust removing filter cylinder.
The technical problems to be solved by the invention can be realized by the following technical proposal: a dust removal filter cartridge comprises a bottom plate and a filter material, wherein the filter material is folded into pleats and a plurality of fine grooves are formed; the outer edge part of the bottom plate is provided with a plurality of teeth which are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction, and tooth grooves are arranged between adjacent teeth; the lower end of the fine groove with the outward opening in the filter material is opposite to the tooth groove, the lower end of the fine groove with the inward opening in the filter material is superposed with the teeth, and the bottom of the filter material is fixed with the teeth through glue.
Compared with the prior art, the dust removing filter cylinder is provided with tooth grooves communicated with the inward-opening fine grooves at the outer edge part of the bottom plate; whereby the opening is directed towards the bottom of the inner slot without parts to hold up the accumulated dust; dust accumulated at the bottom of the fine groove with the opening facing inwards is easy to fall off in the back blowing process of the dust remover. Even if there is a possibility of gradual accumulation of dust, the dust has a possibility of falling automatically due to the gradual increase of the accumulation weight and the beating of back blowing air pressure; therefore, the possibility that a large amount of dust is accumulated in the inward-opening fine groove is remarkably reduced, and the possibility that the dust completely blocks all the inward-opening fine groove is basically avoided. In other words, the dust removing filter cylinder has the advantages of being not easy to accumulate dust, remarkably prolonging the cleaning and maintenance period, timely removing adhered dust and effectively improving the installability of the dust remover.

Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and the technical solutions of the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 2 to 6, the dust removal filter cartridge includes a bottom plate 1, a top ring, a filter material 2, and an inner mesh 3. The inner net 3 is positioned at the inner side of the filter material 2, and the inner net 3 is in mutual dependence with the filter material 2; the bottom plate 1 is positioned below the filter screen, the top ring is positioned above the filter material 2, the upper end of the inner net 3 is fixedly connected with the top ring, and the lower end of the inner net 3 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 1; the upper end of the filter medium 2 is embedded in the top ring. The side backup 1a is formed by dislocation of the outer edge part and the inner core part of the bottom plate 1, the inner net 3 is positioned between the side backup 1a and the filter material 2, and the inner net 3 is propped against the side backup 1a, so that the side backup 1a can improve the connection firmness of the bottom plate 1 and the inner net 3, and can improve the installation accuracy and the installation firmness of the filter material 2.
The filter medium 2 is folded into pleats and a plurality of fine grooves 2a are formed; the openings of the partial fine grooves 2a are inward, the openings of the other fine grooves 2a are outward, and the fine grooves 2a with the openings outward and the fine grooves 2a with the openings inward are arranged at intervals.
The outer edge part of the bottom plate 1 is provided with a plurality of teeth 1b which are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction, and tooth grooves 1c are arranged between the adjacent teeth 1 b; the teeth 1b and the tooth grooves 1c are the same size as the fine grooves 2 a. The lower ends of the fine grooves 2a with outward openings in the filter material 2 are opposite to the tooth grooves 1c, the lower ends of the fine grooves 2a with inward openings in the filter material 2 are overlapped with the teeth 1b, and the bottoms of the filter material 2 and the teeth 1b are bonded and fixed through glue 4.
Example two
The structure and principle of the embodiment are basically the same as those of the first embodiment, and the basic same points are not described in detail, only different places are described, and the different places are as follows: as shown in fig. 7, the edge of the tooth 1b has an upward folded edge 1d, the folded edge 1d is positioned in the outwardly opened sipe 2a, and the bottom of the side wall of the outwardly opened sipe 2a in the filter medium 2 is also bonded and fixed to the side surface of the folded edge 1d by the adhesive 4. The folded edge 1d is formed when the bottom plate 1 is punched and formed into the tooth slot 1c, and has the advantages of convenient processing and low manufacturing cost. This structure has improved the area of connection between filter media 2 and bottom plate 1, and then has improved filter media 2 installation firmness. Both side edge parts of the tooth 1b are provided with folded edges 1d, and the folded edges 1d have the function of positioning the filter material 2, so that the assembly convenience is improved, and the production efficiency of the dust removal filter cylinder is improved.
Example III
The structure and principle of the embodiment are basically the same as those of the first embodiment, and the basic same points are not described in detail, only different places are described, and the different places are as follows: as shown in fig. 8 to 10, an annular lining 5 is fixed on the base plate 1, the lining 5 is provided with set-off teeth 5a, the number of the set-off teeth 5a is the same as that of the slots 2a with inward openings, the set-off teeth 5a are embedded into the slots 2a with inward openings in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the side surfaces of the set-off teeth 5a are bonded with the side surfaces of the slots 2a with inward openings through glue 4. During production, the lining 5 and the filter material 2 are bonded through the glue 4, and then the lining 5 and the filter material 2 are bonded on the bottom plate 1 through the glue 4. The structure can improve the production efficiency of the dust removing filter cylinder and the connection firmness between the filter material 2 and the bottom plate 1.

the lining (5) is positioned above the bottom plate (1), and the lining (5) is fixedly connected with the bottom plate (1); the outer edge part of the bottom plate (1) is provided with a plurality of teeth (1 b) which are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction, and tooth grooves (1 c) are arranged between the adjacent teeth (1 b); the lower end of a fine groove (2 a) with an outward opening in the filter material (2) is opposite to the tooth groove (1 c), the lower end of the fine groove (2 a) with an inward opening in the filter material (2) is overlapped with the tooth (1 b), and the bottom of the filter material (2) is bonded and fixed with the upper plate surface of the tooth (1 b) through glue (4); when the dust-removing filter cylinder is assembled, the supporting teeth (5 a) of the lining (5) and the filter material (2) are bonded through the glue (4), and then the lining (5) and the filter material (2) are bonded on the bottom plate (1) through the glue (4).
