The multifunctional transfusion chair with a heating device according to claim 6, wherein the preparation steps of the antifouling paint are as follows: the preparation method comprises the steps of adopting a water bath heating mode to dissolve acrylic resin, adding glycerol, propylene glycol butyl ether and propylene glycol methyl ether acetate for stirring, adding di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate and di-n-octyl phthalate for mixing and stirring, adding montmorillonite powder and polyvinyl alcohol for stirring, wherein the water bath temperature is 110-130 ℃, the rotating speed is 120-140 r/min, and the stirring time is 40-45 minutes.
