Abstract
本发明公开了一种含有锚固定结构的骨科植入体,包括植体主体、压紧螺钉和固定锚,所述植体主体为圆柱体,所述植体主体的顶端中部设有供压紧螺钉旋入的安装孔,所述压紧螺钉与安装孔通过螺纹连接固定,所述植体主体内还设有至少两个圆弧形滑槽,所述圆弧形滑槽的两端分别连通安装孔的内壁以及植体主体的侧壁,所述固定锚与圆弧形滑槽相适配。该骨科植入体采用组合式结构,有助于批量制造生产;在螺纹锁定的基础上增加锚固定结构,增加了种植体的种植稳定性;固定锚与滑槽均采用圆弧形设计,有效保证固定锚受压伸出时的动作能够顺滑进行。锚固定结构用作钛板固定钛钉的使用有利于减小固位点,从而减小钛板上的圆孔,从而增加钛板的强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及骨科修复技术领域。
背景技术
在骨科修复领域中,钛板用于固定与修复骨破损,其中固定钛板则需要用到螺钉将其固定在人体骨骼上。螺钉同样是通过螺纹连接的方式进行机械固定。现有人体骨科植入物所用到的固定方式大多是通过螺纹的机械固定。这种固定方式的不足就是过于依靠螺纹的摩擦力而导致了种植初期稳定性不高。因此在固定骨科修复钛板时需要使用数颗钛钉,这就增加了手术难度与损伤,同时需要在钛板上设计更多的孔洞,这降低了钛板的强度。
发明内容
本发明提供一种带有锚固定结构的植入体,其通过在螺纹连接的基础上增加了锚固定结构,显著增加了种植体的种植稳定性。采用生物可降解镁合金材质,在种植初期有利于增加稳定性,同时降解游离的镁离子有利于促进骨愈合。
一种含有锚固定结构的骨科植入体,包括植体主体、压紧螺钉和固定锚,所述植体主体为圆柱体,其侧壁与底壁的连接处设有倒角,所述侧壁和倒角表面均设有外螺纹,所述植体主体的顶端中部设有供压紧螺钉旋入的安装孔,所述压紧螺钉与安装孔通过螺纹连接固定,所述植体主体内还设有至少两个圆弧形滑槽,所述圆弧形滑槽的两端分别连通安装孔的内壁以及植体主体的侧壁,所述固定锚与圆弧形滑槽相适配,且其具有锥状的底端。
进一步,所述圆弧形滑槽有四个且两两间隔90°。
进一步,所述圆弧形滑槽的截面为矩形,且圆弧形滑槽水平方向上的投影为标准圆的弧线。
进一步,所述固定锚的锥状底端为三棱锥。
进一步,所述固定锚的顶端设有可相互吸附的磁性材料。
进一步,所述固定锚是可被人体降解的镁合金构件。
本发明公开的含有锚固定结构的骨科植入体,其采用组合式结构,有助于批量制造生产;在螺纹锁定的基础上增加锚固定结构,增加了种植体的种植稳定性;固定锚与滑槽均采用圆弧形设计,有效保证固定锚受压伸出时的动作能够顺滑进行;使用压紧螺钉旋入的力将锚固定结构挤出,结构简易操作方便,同时又较好地将锚固定结构进行了固位。锚固定结构用作钛板固定钛钉的使用有利于减小固位点,从而减小钛板上的圆孔,从而增加钛板的强度。

实施例1:如图1和2所示,一种含有锚固定结构的骨科植入体,包括植体主体1、压紧螺钉和固定锚2,所述植体主体1为圆柱体,其侧壁11与底壁12的连接处设有倒角13,所述侧壁11和倒角13表面均设有外螺纹,所述植体主体1的顶端中部设有供压紧螺钉旋入的安装孔14,所述压紧螺钉与安装孔14通过螺纹连接固定,所述植体主体1内还设有至少两个圆弧形滑槽15,所述圆弧形滑槽15的两端分别连通安装孔14的内壁以及植体主体1的侧壁11,所述固定锚2与圆弧形滑槽15相适配,且其具有锥状的底端21。侧壁11和倒角13表面的外螺纹均是线程较多的细螺纹,为了种植时手术的省力,降低手术操作难度。
作为进一步优选的实施方式,所述圆弧形滑槽15有四个且两两间隔90°。四个锚固定结构均匀分布有利于受力均匀。
作为进一步优选的实施方式,所述圆弧形滑槽15的截面为矩形,且圆弧形滑槽15水平方向上的投影为标准圆的弧线。
作为进一步优选的实施方式,所述固定锚2的锥状的底端21为三棱锥。三条棱倒角保证了其锋利的程度,从而保证能够顺利扎入人体骨骼之中。
作为进一步优选的实施方式,所述固定锚2的顶端设有可相互吸附的磁性材料22。磁性材料22的设计有利于当压紧螺丝尚未旋入植体主体1时,固定锚2的首端能够从圆弧形滑槽15伸入到安装孔14内,且相互之间互相吸附制动的固位。
作为进一步优选的实施方式,所述固定锚2是可被人体降解的镁合金构件。使用的生物可降解镁合金固定锚2在人体内分解出的镁离子有利于促进骨骼的修复。

1.一种含有锚固定结构的骨科植入体,其特征在于:包括植体主体、压紧螺钉和固定锚,所述植体主体为圆柱体,其侧壁与底壁的连接处设有倒角,所述侧壁和倒角表面均设有外螺纹,所述植体主体的顶端中部设有供压紧螺钉旋入的安装孔,所述压紧螺钉与安装孔通过螺纹连接固定,所述植体主体内还设有至少两个圆弧形滑槽,所述圆弧形滑槽的两端分别连通安装孔的内壁以及植体主体的侧壁,所述固定锚与圆弧形滑槽相适配,且其具有锥状的底端;
所述圆弧形滑槽有四个且两两间隔90°;
所述固定锚的锥状底端为三棱锥;
所述固定锚的顶端设有可相互吸附的磁性材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有锚固定结构的骨科植入体,其特征在于:所述圆弧形滑槽的截面为矩形,且圆弧形滑槽水平方向上的投影为标准圆的弧线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有锚固定结构的骨科植入体,其特征在于:所述固定锚是可被人体降解的镁合金构件。
