Compared with the prior art, the safe and reliable augmented reality safety helmet for the construction site has the advantages that the display screen 3 is folded or put down through the folding and unfolding mechanism, the complicated process of manual switching is eliminated, the convenience of the augmented reality safety helmet is improved, compared with the existing folding and unfolding mechanism, the folding and unfolding mechanism drives the display screen 3 to rotate when rising, the back surface of the display screen 3 faces a user, the cleaning of the display screen 3 is facilitated, the practicability of the folding and unfolding mechanism is higher, the second protection mechanism plays a role in protecting the display screen 3, the probability of collision between the display screen and other objects is reduced, the safety of the augmented reality safety helmet is improved, compared with the existing second protection mechanism, the second protection mechanism realizes the protection of the display screen 3 through the synchronous rotation of the two abutted second protection plates 23, and the working efficiency of the second protection plate is higher, thereby improving the practicability of the augmented reality safety helmet.
