本发明公开了一种农林杀虫剂及其制备方法,所述农林杀虫剂的配方如下:溶液180‑200份、竹黄液100‑120份、稳定剂10‑30份、渗透液10‑30份、辛硫磷8‑10份、氯氰菊酯8‑10份、苏云金杆菌8‑10份、氟铃脲8‑10份;以纯天然的竹黄提取物为活性成份,添加辛硫磷、氯氰菊酯、苏云金杆菌和氟铃脲,能有效减少农林病虫害的发生;同时,制得的药剂起效快、持效期长、天然无残留,而且药剂所用原料价格低廉,生产加工方法简便,适于生产和推广应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及杀虫剂技术领域,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种农林杀虫剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
杀虫剂,主要用于防治农业害虫和城市卫生害虫的药品.使用历史长远、用量大、品种多。在使用过程中要注意对人身的危害。在二十世纪,农业的迅速发展,杀虫剂令农业产量大升。但是,几乎所有杀虫剂都会严重地改变生态系统,大部分对人体有害,其它的会被集中在食物链中。我们必须在农业发展与环境及健康中取得平衡。
现有的林业杀虫剂一般都只是针对一种种类的害虫,还需要喷洒其他的杀虫剂,不仅费时费力,而且增加了林业防护的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种农林杀虫剂及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种农林杀虫剂,所述农林杀虫剂的配方如下:溶液 180-200份、竹黄液100-120份、稳定剂10-30份、渗透液10-30份、辛硫磷8-10份、氯氰菊酯8-10份、苏云金杆菌8-10份、氟铃脲8-10份。
优选的,所述竹黄液为竹黄粉加水煮沸到120-150℃后过滤得到。
优选的,所述溶液为纯净水。
优选的,所述稳定剂为四季戊四醇酯。
优选的,所述渗透液为茶皂素。
本发明还提供一种农林杀虫剂及其制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将溶液加热到30-50℃,将竹黄夜与溶液搅拌混合;
S2、在混合后的药剂中加入稳定剂和渗透液,搅拌充分后静置2-5min;
S3、加入辛硫磷和氯氰菊酯,搅拌充分后静置2-5min;
S4、加入苏云金杆菌和氟铃脲,搅拌充分后倒入药剂瓶中,完成成品。
本发明的技术效果和优点:一种农林杀虫剂及其制备方法,以纯天然的竹黄提取物为活性成份,添加辛硫磷、氯氰菊酯、苏云金杆菌和氟铃脲,能有效减少农林病虫害的发生;同时,制得的药剂起效快、持效期长、天然无残留,而且药剂所用原料价格低廉,生产加工方法简便,适于生产和推广应用。

实施例1
一种农林杀虫剂,所述农林杀虫剂的配方如下:溶液 180份、竹黄液100份、稳定剂10份、渗透液10份、辛硫磷10份、氯氰菊酯8份、苏云金杆菌8份、氟铃脲8份。
本发明还提供一种农林杀虫剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将溶液加热到30℃,将竹黄夜与溶液搅拌混合,所述溶液为纯净水,所述竹黄液为竹黄粉加水煮沸到120℃后过滤得到;
S2、在混合后的药剂中加入稳定剂和渗透液,搅拌充分后静置2min,所述稳定剂为四季戊四醇酯,所述渗透液为茶皂素;
S3、加入辛硫磷和氯氰菊酯,搅拌充分后静置2min;
S4、加入苏云金杆菌和氟铃脲,搅拌充分后倒入药剂瓶中,完成成品。
实施例2
一种农林杀虫剂,所述农林杀虫剂的配方如下:溶液 190份、竹黄液110份、稳定剂20份、渗透液20份、辛硫磷9份、氯氰菊酯9份、苏云金杆菌9份、氟铃脲9份。
本发明还提供一种农林杀虫剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将溶液加热到30℃,将竹黄夜与溶液搅拌混合,所述溶液为纯净水,所述竹黄液为竹黄粉加水煮沸到130℃后过滤得到;
S2、在混合后的药剂中加入稳定剂和渗透液,搅拌充分后静置4min,所述稳定剂为四季戊四醇酯,所述渗透液为茶皂素;
S3、加入辛硫磷和氯氰菊酯,搅拌充分后静置4min;
S4、加入苏云金杆菌和氟铃脲,搅拌充分后倒入药剂瓶中,完成成品。
实施例3
一种农林杀虫剂,所述农林杀虫剂的配方如下:溶液 200份、竹黄液120份、稳定剂30份、渗透液30份、辛硫磷10份、氯氰菊酯10份、苏云金杆菌10份、氟铃脲10份。
本发明还提供一种农林杀虫剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将溶液加热到50℃,将竹黄夜与溶液搅拌混合,所述溶液为纯净水,所述竹黄液为竹黄粉加水煮沸到150℃后过滤得到;
S2、在混合后的药剂中加入稳定剂和渗透液,搅拌充分后静置5min,所述稳定剂为四季戊四醇酯,所述渗透液为茶皂素;
S3、加入辛硫磷和氯氰菊酯,搅拌充分后静置5min;
S4、加入苏云金杆菌和氟铃脲,搅拌充分后倒入药剂瓶中,完成成品。
综上所述:本发明提供的一种农林杀虫剂及其制备方法,以纯天然的竹黄提取物为活性成份,添加辛硫磷、氯氰菊酯、苏云金杆菌和氟铃脲,能有效减少农林病虫害的发生;同时,制得的药剂起效快、持效期长、天然无残留,而且药剂所用原料价格低廉,生产加工方法简便。辛硫磷杀虫谱广,击倒力强,以触杀和胃毒作用为主,无内吸作用,对磷翅目幼虫很有效,对虫卵也有一定的杀伤作用,在阳光下不稳定,最好在夜晚或傍晚使用,残留期短,在土中残留期很长,适合于防治地下害虫,黄瓜、菜豆对辛硫磷敏感,易产生药害;氯氰菊酯具有触杀、胃毒作用,还有驱避作用,击倒力强,杀虫速度快,对鳞翅目害虫有特效,穿透力较弱,对果实内部污染较少;苏云金杆菌具有细菌性,胃毒,产生细菌毒素,药效较缓慢,温度愈高,取食愈多,效果愈好,对菜青虫、小菜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、甜菜夜蛾、银纹夜蛾等鳞翅目害虫的幼虫有效;氟铃脲杀虫和杀卵活性,而且速效,尤其防治棉铃虫,多种鞘翅目、双翅目、同翅目昆虫抑制害虫吃食速度,较快的击倒力。

2.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种农林杀虫剂,其特征在于:所述竹黄液为竹黄粉加水煮沸到120-150℃后过滤得到。
3.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种农林杀虫剂,其特征在于:所述溶液为纯净水。
4.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种农林杀虫剂,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为四季戊四醇酯。
5.根据权利要求 1 所述的一种农林杀虫剂,其特征在于:所述渗透液为茶皂素。
6.根据权利要求 1 所述的农林杀虫剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1、将溶液加热到30-50℃,将竹黄夜与溶液搅拌混合;
S2、在混合后的药剂中加入稳定剂和渗透液,搅拌充分后静置2-5min;
S3、加入辛硫磷和氯氰菊酯,搅拌充分后静置2-5min;
S4、加入苏云金杆菌和氟铃脲,搅拌充分后倒入药剂瓶中,完成成品。
