the sprayer vehicle comprises a sprayer frame, a supporting wheel and a sprayer, wherein the supporting wheel is installed at the bottom of the sprayer frame, the sprayer fixing frame is arranged on the sprayer frame, the input end of the sprayer is connected with the output end of the PE pipe, and the sprayer frame is provided with a collision block corresponding to the position of a control valve rod of the rewinding stop safety valve of the inserting plate (5);
the self-suction device (8) is fixedly arranged on the bottom frame (1) and comprises a water pumping power source, a water pumping pump, a water pumping hose and a filtering mechanism; the water pumping power source is connected with a water pumping pump, the input end of the water pumping pump is connected with the filtering mechanism through a water pumping hose, and the output end of the water pumping pump is connected with the input end of the PE pipe through a pipeline;
the using method specifically comprises the following steps:
a. dismantling the traction equipment: after the self-suction type hydraulic reel sprinkler is pulled to a set position of a field head adjacent to an irrigation canal, firstly, a hydraulic control valve group is operated to control a front support telescopic hydraulic cylinder of a telescopic front support (14) to extend out so that the front part of a chassis (1) is stably supported, and traction equipment is removed;
b. adjusting the sprinkling irrigation direction: a hydraulic control valve group is operated to control a front support telescopic hydraulic cylinder and a wheel lifting hydraulic cylinder (43) of a telescopic front support (14) to simultaneously retract so that a support bottom plane of a chassis support part (13) is stably supported on the ground, at the moment, wheels (42) are in a suspended state above the support bottom plane of the chassis support part (13), the telescopic front support (14) is in a suspended state separated from the ground, and the chassis support part (13) is in a state of completely bearing the weight of the whole machine; then, operating the hydraulic control valve group according to the sprinkling irrigation direction to control a slewing bearing hydraulic motor of a slewing bearing (12) to perform slewing action so that an inner ring of the slewing bearing (12) rotates relative to an outer ring and the whole underframe (1) rotates relative to a chassis supporting part (13), and stopping the slewing action of the slewing bearing hydraulic motor of the slewing bearing (12) when the sprinkler vehicle is over against the sprinkling irrigation direction;
c. preparing spray irrigation: the hydraulic control valve group is operated to control the insertion plate lifting hydraulic cylinder of the insertion plate (5) to extend out so that the insertion plate (5) is stably supported on the ground, and the nozzle vehicle is driven to fall to the ground in the extending process of the insertion plate (5); the nozzle car is pulled to a set sprinkling irrigation position, and then a water pumping hose and a filtering mechanism of a self-suction device (8) are placed in an irrigation channel and submerged below the water surface;
d. and (3) sprinkling irrigation operation: starting a water pumping power source to enable a water pumping pump to work, spraying pumped pressure water from a spray head of the spray head vehicle through the PE pipe to perform spray irrigation operation, and operating a hydraulic control valve group to control a reel to drive a hydraulic motor (72) to act to enable the reel (6) to rewind to recover the PE pipe during the spray irrigation operation; when the spray head vehicle backs to the collision block to touch a control valve rod of a rewinding stop safety valve of the plug board (5) and push the control valve rod, the rewinding stop safety valve cuts off the input of a hydraulic oil circuit of a reel driving hydraulic motor (72) to stop rewinding of the reel (6), a pumping hose and a filtering mechanism of the self-suction device (8) are withdrawn after a pumping pump is closed, then a hydraulic control valve group is operated to control the plug board lifting hydraulic cylinder of the plug board (5) to retract the plug board (5), and the spray head vehicle is lifted to be separated from the ground in the retracting process of the plug board (5), so that the spray irrigation operation is completed;
e. traction and transition: the hydraulic control valve group is operated according to the traction position of the traction equipment to control a slewing bearing hydraulic motor of the slewing bearing (12) to act so that a traction connecting mechanism of the underframe (1) is opposite to the traction equipment, then the hydraulic control valve group is operated to control a front support telescopic hydraulic cylinder and a wheel lifting hydraulic cylinder (43) of the telescopic front support (14) to simultaneously extend out so that the underframe (1) integrally rises, a support bottom plane of the chassis supporting part (13) is separated from the ground, and wheels (42) and the telescopic front support (14) are supported on the ground, after the traction equipment is connected with the traction connecting mechanism of the underframe (1), the hydraulic control valve group is operated to control the front support telescopic hydraulic cylinder of the telescopic front support (14) to retract, and the traction equipment is operated to carry out traction transition.
2.
