Setting the identification number of the configuration item as 403, setting the name of the configuration item as a mail sending address, and setting the content of the configuration item as: the address of the mail client to be sent.
Step S20: acquiring an identification number and a public configuration item identification of a public template, and placing the public configuration item identification in the public template.
In step S20, the common template is a container for loading configuration items, and one or more configuration items can be loaded, and the common configuration items refer to configuration items placed in the common template. When an information sender establishes a public template in a system interface, the identification number of the public template is input in the establishment page of the public template, and then the identification number of the public configuration item is placed in a sub-number frame of the establishment page of the public template to establish the public template. A specific common template may be denoted by its identification number hereinafter.
The identification numbers of the public templates are used for distinguishing the public templates by different numbers; selecting a configuration item, which is used in a plurality of message sending modes, from the plurality of configuration items configured in the step S10 as a common configuration item; and forming a public template comprising a plurality of public configuration items by placing the public configuration item identification numbers or the public configuration item names in the public template.
For example, if the identification number 9 of the public template is acquired as the identification number, and the configuration item with the configuration item identification number of 101 in the acquisition step S10 is acquired as the public configuration item, and is placed in the public template with the identification number of 9, then the content of the configuration item with the configuration item identification number of 101 is configured: "you are good, we will reduce the annual fee of the account according to the customer application from 1 month 1 day of 2018" will be applied to each message sending mode as a common template.
As an embodiment, when creating a public template, first obtaining an identification number and a public configuration item identification of the public template, and placing the public configuration item identification in the public template includes: acquiring an identification number of a public template, an identification number of a public configuration item and a name of the public configuration item, and placing the identification number of the public configuration item or the name of the public configuration item in the public template. For example, in a common template creation interface on a system platform, an information sender inputs corresponding parameters of a required common configuration item through an identification number input area, a common configuration item identification number input area and a common configuration item name input area of a common template of the common template creation interface to create the common template.
Step S30: and acquiring identification numbers of a plurality of expansion templates and a plurality of groups of expansion configuration item identifications, and combining the identification numbers of the public templates and each group of expansion configuration item identifications to form a plurality of expansion templates.
In step S30, the expansion template is a container for loading common templates and configuration items, and may be loaded with one or more common templates and configuration items, where an expansion configuration item refers to a configuration item placed in the expansion template.
The identification numbers of the expansion templates are used for distinguishing the expansion templates by different numbers; each group of expansion configuration items in the multiple groups of expansion configuration items comprises a plurality of configuration items; and respectively placing the identification number of the public template and each group of the extended configuration item identifications in the extended template to form the extended template. When an information sender establishes an expansion template in a system interface, the identification number of the expansion template is input in a creation page of the expansion template, and then the identification number of the public template and the identification numbers of a group of expansion configuration items are placed in a sub-number frame of the creation page of the expansion template to create the expansion template. The specific extension template may be denoted by its identification number below.
For example, when sending a message in a short message manner, in addition to configuration items included in the public edition template, the following extended configuration items are also required:
the configuration item has an extension configuration item with an identification number of 201, the name of the extension configuration item is short message version link, and the content is as follows: "remark: home page linking: XXXXX; the link is a browser home page link address, and details can be checked and services can be transacted through the browser when clicking.
Configuring an extended configuration item with an identification number of 301, wherein the name of the extended configuration item is a short message version channel and is linked with a third-party service provider; and when the short message is sent, the short message is sent through a short message channel provided by a third-party service provider.
And the configuration item has the identification number of 401, is named as a short message sending address, and fills a short message client address to be sent.
And acquiring an identification number 10 of the short message expansion template, and combining the identification number 9 of the public template with the three expansion configuration items 201, 301 and 401 to form the short message version expansion template with the identification number of 10.
When sending a message in a WeChat mode, besides configuration items included in the public edition template, the following extended configuration items are also needed:
the configuration item has an identification number 202, is called as a WeChat detail link, and has the following contents: "remark: APP linking: YYYYY; clicking can acquire APP, and the details and business handling can be checked at the mobile phone end.
Configuring an extended configuration item with an item identification number of 302, wherein the name of the configuration item is a micro letter channel and is linked with a third-party service provider; and sending the data through a micro communication channel provided by a third party service provider at the sending time.
And the configuration item is an extended configuration item with the identification number of 402, the name of the configuration item is a WeChat sending address, and a WeChat client address needing sending is filled.
And acquiring an identification number 20 of the WeChat extension template, and combining the identification number 9 of the public template and the three extension configuration items 202, 302 and 402 to form the WeChat version extension template with the identification number of 20.
When sending a message by mail, in addition to configuration items included in the public edition template, the following extended configuration items are also needed:
the configuration item has an extension configuration item with an identification number of 203, the name of the extension configuration item is a mail version client recommended link, and the content is as follows: "remark: the PC client is linked with ZZZZZ; and clicking to download the PC client, checking details and transacting business ".
The configuration item has an extension configuration item with the identification number of 303, the name of the extension configuration item is a mail version channel, and the extension configuration item is linked with a third-party service provider; and the sending is carried out through a mail channel provided by a third-party service provider.
And the expansion configuration item with the configuration item identification number of 403 is named as a mail sending address, and fills a mail client address needing to be sent.
And acquiring the identification number 30 of the mail extension template, and combining the identification number 9 of the public template and the three extension configuration items 203, 303 and 403 to form the mail version extension template with the identification number of 30.
Step S40: and acquiring an identification number of an extended template to be sent, and sending the configuration items in the extended template according to the identification number of the extended template.
In step S40: the identification number of the extension template composed in the step S30 is acquired, and the extension configuration item content in the extension template and the common configuration item content in the common template are transmitted according to the identification number of the extension template.
For example, a message "you are good, from 1 month and 1 day in 2018, we will reduce the annual fee of the account according to the application of the customer" is sent to the customer who selects the short message notification, the WeChat notification and the mail notification at the same time; the identification number 10 of the extension template, the identification number 20 of the extension template and the identification number 30 of the extension template are input in a system sending interface for sending, for example, when the extension template with the identification number 10 is sent, the configuration item 101, the extension configuration item 201, the extension configuration item 301 and the extension configuration item 401 of the common template 9 with the identification number of the extension template being 10 are sent.
After the system acquires the identification number 10 of the short message expansion template and sends the identification number to the client, because the expansion configuration item 301 in the expansion template is a short message version channel, the message received by the client through the short message is as follows: you are good, we will reduce the annual fee of the account from 1 month 1 of 2018 according to the customer application. Remarking: home page linking: XXXXX; the link is a browser home page link address, and details can be checked through the browser when clicking, so that services are handled.
After the system acquires the identification number 20 of the short message extension template and sends the identification number to the client, because the extension configuration item in the extension template is a wechat version channel, the message received by the client through wechat is as follows: you are good, we will reduce the annual fee of the account from 1 month 1 of 2018 according to the customer application. Remarking: APP linking: YYYYY; clicking can acquire the APP, and the details and business are handled at the mobile phone end.
After the system acquires the identification number 30 of the short message extension template and sends the identification number to the client, because the extension configuration item in the extension template is a mailbox channel, the message received by the client through the mailbox is as follows: you are good, we will reduce the annual fee of the account from 1 month 1 of 2018 according to the customer application. Remarking: the PC client is linked with ZZZZZ; and the PC client can be downloaded by clicking, the details can be checked, and the business can be handled.
As an implementation manner, acquiring an identification number of an extension template to be sent includes: and when the preset sending condition is met, acquiring the identification number of the expansion template corresponding to the preset sending condition.
In actual operation, after the extension template is created, some messages do not need to be sent immediately, but are triggered to be sent under certain conditions, so that setting can be performed through configuration items, when sending conditions are met, such as when balance change and bills of a preset client are due, identification numbers of the extension template to be sent are obtained, and balance change information, bill due reminder and the like are sent to the client; the requirement of sending the message when the preset condition is met, so that the message sending time is more timely.
The embodiment of the invention provides a message platform management method, which comprises the following steps: acquiring configuration item parameters, and configuring a plurality of configuration items according to the configuration item parameters, wherein the configuration item parameters comprise configuration item identifiers and configuration item contents; acquiring an identification number and a public configuration item identification of a public template, and placing the public configuration item identification in the public template; acquiring identification numbers of a plurality of expansion templates and a plurality of groups of expansion configuration item identifications, and combining the identification numbers of the public templates and each group of expansion configuration item identifications to form a plurality of expansion templates; and acquiring an identification number of an extended template to be sent, and sending the configuration items in the extended template according to the identification number of the extended template. The embodiment of the invention realizes the requirement of diversified message sending modes when a large number of messages are sent, provides the expansion template for establishing a plurality of sending modes at one time, and sends the messages at the same time, thereby flexibly adapting the habit of receiving the messages by a client.
As an implementation, the content of the message is not fixed in many cases, and the above embodiment will not satisfy this situation. With reference to the foregoing embodiment, step S30 combines the identification numbers of the public templates and the identifications of each group of extended configuration items to form a plurality of extended templates, and then further includes:
when the content of the configuration item in the expansion template comprises the variable parameters of the connection database, the content of the configuration item is updated in real time according to the change of the data in the database. Wherein the variable parameter is obtained by accessing a predetermined database, for example, when a balance notification of the customer needs to be sent, the content of the configuration item is "hello, and the balance of the bill is { bill balance } Yuan! ", wherein { bill balance } is a variable parameter, and the variable parameter is filled by acquiring the changed balance of the customer stored in the system database when the variable parameter is sent; the requirement of sending the instantly changed message content is realized, so that the sent message content is more flexible.
Further, the message platform management method further includes: when the configuration item name or the configuration item content of a certain configuration item is modified, the configuration item name or the configuration item content of the same configuration item mark number in the public template and the extension template is synchronously modified. The specific configuration items may be denoted by configuration item identification numbers below.
In the process of editing the template, modification to parameters of the configuration item is often required, for example, the configuration item with the configuration item identification number of 101 in S10, the content of the configuration item: "you are good, we will reduce the annual fee of the account according to the customer application from 2018, 1 month and 1 day", when the content of the configuration item is modified as follows: "you are good, and from 7/1/2018, we will apply to reduce the annual fee of the account by the client", and the contents of the configuration items with the configuration item identification number of 101 in the public template and the extended template are synchronously modified; the content of the message is modified, and the modification of the configuration items is synchronized to all the extension templates, so that the content of the message is edited more conveniently.
