Abstract

本发明提供一种局部透明显示屏和智能设备,其中,所述局部透明显示屏包括面板和盖设于所述面板上的透明盖板,所述局部透明显示屏设有毗连的直射显示区和斜射显示区,所述面板包括设于所述直射显示区的显示面板和设于所述斜射显示区的透明面板,所述面板上设有用于将所述直射显示区的图像投射至所述斜射显示区的凸透镜。本发明实施例的局部透明显示屏设有局部透明区域,即斜射显示区,可在该区域后方设置摄像头或者其他传感器,同时可通过凸透镜将图像投射至所述局部透明区域,使所述局部透明区域可显示图像。

局部透明显示屏和智能设备
技术领域
本发明涉及显示屏领域,尤其涉及一种局部透明显示屏和智能设备。
背景技术
随着社会的进步和生活水平的不断提高,人们对智能设备的要求也日益增高。市面上品类繁多的智能设备使人们的生活更加方便快捷,十分便利,在人们的生活中得到越来越多的应用。
智能设备通常具有显示屏,例如智能手机。但在目前,手机的前面板需要在显示屏之外的位置设置摄像头和传感器等部件,导致手机的屏占比不能进一步提高,其他智能设备也是如此。为了提高屏占比,业界急需一种在摄像头区域也可显示图像的显示屏。
发明内容
本发明的首要目的旨在提供一种可提高屏占比的局部透明显示屏。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种采用上述局部透明显示屏的智能设备。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种局部透明显示屏,包括面板和盖设于所述面板上的透明盖板,所述局部透明显示屏设有毗连的直射显示区和斜射显示区,所述面板包括设于所述直射显示区的显示面板和设于所述斜射显示区的透明面板,所述面板上设有用于将所述直射显示区的图像投射至所述斜射显示区的凸透镜。
优选地,所述凸透镜覆盖于所述透明面板上方并局部跨设在所述显示面板上。
优选地,所述凸透镜设为半圆柱状。
优选地,所述透明盖板中,对应所述直射显示区的部位所在平面与对应所述斜射显示区的部位所在平面之间具有夹角。
更优地,所述夹角大于140度。
优选地,所述透明面板的宽度小于5mm。
一种智能设备,包括上述局部透明显示屏和设于所述斜射显示区后方的摄像头。
优选地,还包括设于所述斜射显示区后方的光线传感器。
优选地,还包括设于所述斜射显示区后方的距离传感器。
相比现有技术,本发明的方案具有以下优点:
本发明实施例提供的局部透明显示屏的透明位置可用于设置摄像头,又可通过凸透镜的投射显示图像,透明盖板对应投射显示区设置为倾斜结构,使显示屏发出的光线和外界聚焦进入摄像头的光线的光路不同,避免相互之间产出影响,且使人眼正视显示屏时看不到设于所述透明盖板后方的摄像头。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能解释为对本发明的限制。

本发明实施例提供一种局部透明显示屏,其设有局部透明区域,摄像头或者基于光线实现检测功能的传感器设于该透明区域下方,一方面保证摄像头和传感器的正常工作,另一方面可通过凸透镜将图像投射至所述透明区域,使所述透明区域可显示图像。
如图1和图2所示,所述局部透明显示屏1设有毗连的直射显示区(未标号,下同)和斜射显示区(未标号,下同)。优选地,所述直射显示区和所述斜射显示区沿所述显示屏长度方向上下排布,并且所述斜射显示区位于所述直射显示区的上方。所述局部透明显示屏1包括面板11和盖设于所述面板11上的透明盖板12,所述面板11包括设于所述直射显示区的显示面板111和设于所述斜射显示区的透明面板112,所述透明面板112的后方可用于设置摄像头2,外部光线可透过所述透明面板为所述摄像头接收,进而形成影像。
进一步地,所述面板11上设有用于将所述直射显示区的图像投射至所述斜射显示区上方的凸透镜13,所述凸透镜13覆盖于所述透明面板112上方并局部跨设在所述显示面板111上,且所述凸透镜13设为半圆柱状。如图1所示,所述直射显示区的图像所发出的光经所述凸透镜13的折射,可在所述斜射显示区显示,使所述局部透明显示屏1中的透明面板112的正上方也有图像显示。
优选地,在所述透明盖板12中,对应所述直射显示区的部位所在平面与对应所述斜射显示区的部位所在平面之间具有夹角,所述夹角大于140度,即所述透明盖板12对应所述斜射显示区的部位为倾斜结构121,使显示屏发出的光线和外界聚焦进入摄像头的光线的光路不同,避免相互之间产生影响,且使人眼正视显示屏时看不到设于所述透明面板112后方的摄像头2。
优选地,所述透明面板112的宽度小于5mm,避免因所述斜射显示区所占位置过大导致图像变形或者显示屏两个区域所显示图像的色差过大。
另一方面,如图3所示,本发明还涉及一种智能设备100,包括上述局部透明显示屏1和设于所述斜射显示区下方的摄像头2,由于采用所述局部透明显示屏1,所述智能设备100可进一步提高屏占比,不用在智能设备前面板预留屏幕之外的区域设置摄像头2,所述摄像头2可直接设于所述透明面板112的后方,通过所述凸透镜13的投射使所述斜射显示区也可显示图像,且所述透明盖板12设有倾斜结构121,使显示屏发出的光线和外界聚焦进入摄像头的光线的光路不同,避免相互之间产生影响,同时使人眼正视显示屏时看不到设于所述透明面板112后方的摄像头2。
换言之,本发明通过将智能设备100的显示屏的前面板分成直射显示区和投射显示区,两个显示区域均可显示图像,实现了智能设备的显示屏的全屏化设计,提高了屏占比,满足用户需求,提高用户的使用体验。
优选地,所述智能设备100还包括设于所述透明面板后方的光线传感器,所述光线传感器与智能设备的CPU连接,用于检测智能设备周边环境的亮度,以使CPU根据光线传感器的检测结果输出相应的控制指令自适应地调节显示屏的亮度,给用户带来较佳的视觉效果,另一方面也能达到省电的目的。
优选地,所述智能设备100还包括设于所述透明面板后方的距离传感器,用于检测显示屏与人脸间的距离。所述距离传感器与所述CPU连接,以使CPU可根据距离传感器所检测的显示屏与人脸的距离,来执行相应的控制,例如在接听或拨打电话,且人脸贴近显示屏时,关闭显示屏的背景灯并实现锁屏,避免人脸触屏误操作而影响通话过程及质量,也可节省电量;当脸部离开显示屏,自动点亮显示屏。
通过在斜射显示区的透明面板下方设置光线传感器和距离传感器,充分利用斜射显示区的空间,在进一步增加所述智能设备100实用功能的同时不会减小所述智能设备100前面板的屏占比,进一步提高用户的使用体验。
本发明所称智能设备包括但不限于笔记本电脑、手机、平板电脑、手持游戏机等。
以上所述仅是本发明的部分实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种局部透明显示屏,包括面板和盖设于所述面板上的透明盖板,其特征在于,所述局部透明显示屏设有毗连的直射显示区和斜射显示区,所述面板包括设于所述直射显示区的显示面板和设于所述斜射显示区的透明面板,所述面板上设有用于将所述直射显示区的图像投射至所述斜射显示区的凸透镜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的局部透明显示屏,其特征在于,所述凸透镜覆盖于所述透明面板上方并局部跨设在所述显示面板上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的局部透明显示屏,其特征在于,所述凸透镜设为半圆柱状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的局部透明显示屏,其特征在于,所述透明盖板中,对应所述直射显示区的部位所在平面与对应所述斜射显示区的部位所在平面之间具有夹角。
5.根据权利要求4所述的局部透明显示屏,其特征在于,所述夹角大于140度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的局部透明显示屏,其特征在于,所述透明面板的宽度小于5mm。
7.一种智能设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的局部透明显示屏和设于所述斜射显示区后方的摄像头。
8.根据权利要求7所述的智能设备,其特征在于,还包括设于所述斜射显示区后方的光线传感器。
9.根据权利要求7所述的智能设备,其特征在于,还包括设于所述斜射显示区后方的距离传感器。
