技术领域
本发明涉及卫浴领域,具体涉及一种卡接水龙头。
背景技术
水龙头是水阀的通俗称谓,用来控制水流的大小开关,有节水的功效,随着社会的不断发展,水龙头的种类也趋于多样化;
目前,市场上的水龙头通常是通过铜接头实现螺纹连接,需要足够的力紧固,所以往往需要工具组装,且其连接件一般只能与龙头主体呈垂直状态,其形状上受很大限制,龙头主体呈倾斜设置较为困难,导致市面上这种水龙头的整体造型造型单一。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种卡接水龙头,其特征在于,包括:龙头1、内螺环2、套环3、卡接连接件4、卡套5、内齿6、外齿7、外螺环8、分隔板9、内连接圈10、外连接环11和弯头12;龙头1上配有内螺环2,将套环3插入外连接环11中,内螺环2与弯头12上的外连接圈外壁的螺纹贴合,使得龙头1可与弯头12连接;
弯头12嵌于墙壁中,弯头12在壁中安装有一空腔,空腔通常是盒形壳体;
分隔板9安装在空腔的入口分隔板9能保持牢固地连接状态而不脱离;
弯头12上配有外链接圈11;
外螺环8被安装外连接环11外周,在远端(图1中右侧),其内周齿纹与弯头外周齿纹相贴合,使得弯头12与分隔板9而可靠地顶紧;在近端(图1中左侧),其内周的内齿6与卡套5外周的外齿7贴合压紧;
内连接环10一面与弯头12内壁贴合,另一面与卡套5贴合;
卡套5为管状;卡套5在远端(图1中右侧)包括凹型区域,从而不妨碍其向内弹性变形,可容易地插入外连接圈11;
卡套5拆卸地安装在内螺环2和卡接连接件4之间的管外壁上;
内螺环2外周螺纹与套环3内部螺纹匹配,两者通过螺纹接合;
内螺环2在远端(图1中右侧)为卡接连接件4;
卡接水龙头的组装方法如下所示:
a1、当使用者握持龙头1,逆时针方向旋转拧松外螺环8,卡套5向后运动(图1中右侧),移向套环3,远离内连接圈10;
a2、卡套5向前(图1中左侧)运动,内连接环10得以压紧卡接连接件4;
a3、将龙头1向后(图1中右侧)推动,的套环3进入外连接环11中,龙头1即与弯头12连接;
卡接水龙头的拆卸方法如下所示:
b1、当使用者握持龙头1,顺时针方向旋转,拧紧外螺环8,卡套5向后运动(图1中右侧),移向内连接圈10;
b2、卡套5推动内连接圈10,内连接环10释放卡接连接件4;
b3、将龙头1向前(图1中左侧)拉动,的套环3可从外连接环11中拉出并脱离,龙头1即与弯头12分离;
b4、套环3可重新插回到外连接环11中,以重新调整龙头1角度。
本发明的有益成果为:本发明提供了一种卡接水龙头,使用户能够通过握持和转动,方便地安装水龙头,同时调节水龙头连接到所需角度。

实施例1:有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种卡接水龙头,包括:龙头1、内螺环2、套环3、卡接连接件4、卡套5、内齿6、外齿7、外螺环8、分隔板9、内连接圈10、外连接环11和弯头12;龙头1上配有内螺环2,将套环3插入外连接环11中,内螺环2与弯头12上的外连接圈外壁的螺纹贴合,使得龙头1可与弯头12连接;
弯头12嵌于墙壁中,弯头12在壁中安装有一空腔,空腔通常是盒形壳体;
分隔板9安装在空腔的入口分隔板9能保持牢固地连接状态而不脱离;
弯头12上配有外链接圈11;

a2、卡套5向前(图1中左侧)运动,内连接环10得以压紧卡接连接件4;
a3、将龙头1向后(图1中右侧)推动,的套环3进入外连接环11中,龙头1即与弯头12连接;
卡接水龙头的拆卸方法如下所示:
b1、当使用者握持龙头1,顺时针方向旋转,拧紧外螺环8,卡套5向后运动(图1中右侧),移向内连接圈10;
b2、卡套5推动内连接圈10,内连接环10释放卡接连接件4;
b3、将龙头1向前(图1中左侧)拉动,的套环3可从外连接环11中拉出并脱离,龙头1即与弯头12分离;
b4、套环3可重新插回到外连接环11中,以重新调整龙头1角度。

1.本发明涉及一种卡接水龙头,其特征在于,包括:龙头1、内螺环2、套环3、卡接连接件4、卡套5、内齿6、外齿7、外螺环8、分隔板9、内连接圈10、外连接环11和弯头12;
所述龙头1上配有所述内螺环2,将所述套环3插所述入外连接环11中,所述内螺环2与所述弯头12上的所述外连接圈外壁的螺纹贴合,使得所述龙头1可与所述弯头12连接;
所述弯头12嵌于墙壁中,所述弯头12在壁中安装有一空腔,所述空腔通常是盒形壳体;
所述分隔板9安装在所述空腔的入口;
所述弯头12上配有所述外链接圈11;
所述外螺环8被安装所述外连接环11外周,在远端(图1中右侧),其内周齿纹与所述弯头外周齿纹相贴合,使得所述弯头12与所述分隔板9而可靠地顶紧;在近端(图1中左侧),其内周的所述内齿6与所述卡套5外周的所述外齿7贴合压紧;
所述内连接环10一面与所述弯头12内壁贴合,另一面与所述卡套5贴合;

b2、所述卡套5推动所述内连接圈10,所述内连接环10释放所述卡接连接件4;
b3、将所述龙头1向前(图1中左侧)拉动,所述的套环3可从所述外连接环11中拉出并脱离,所述龙头1即与所述弯头12分离;
b4、所述套环3可重新插回到所述外连接环11中,以重新调整所述龙头1角度。
