Abstract
The invention provides a method for manufacturing a landscape ramp, which comprises a ramp main body and a step surface, wherein the step surface is constructed on the ramp main body and extends from bottom to top; the inclined direction is the front, each step in the step surface comprises a rear side surface facing to the rear and a front side surface facing to the upward inclined direction, and the rear side surface and the front side surface are symmetrical about a slope vertical plane passing through the common sides of the rear side surface and the front side surface and perpendicular to the inclined direction of the slope main body; patterns are manufactured on each rear side surface of the step surface, and the step surface has the following characteristics: projecting the patterns on each back side surface to the same common parallel surface parallel to each back side surface to form a complete picture which is marked as a front frame picture; and projecting the patterns on the front side surfaces to the same common parallel surface parallel to the front side surfaces to form a subsequent picture of the front frame picture, and recording the subsequent picture as a rear frame picture. The landscape ramp can enrich the color of the ramp and greatly improve the enthusiasm of tourists climbing to the upper end of the ramp.

firstly, pouring the step surfaces on the trimmed slope main body by adopting a concrete material, and enabling the front side surfaces and the rear side surfaces of all steps to have rough surfaces;
secondly, printing the front frame picture and the rear frame picture on a transparent resin film by using the transparent resin film with the melting temperature lower than 50 ℃ as a printing substrate; the printing method comprises the following steps: respectively dividing the front frame picture and the rear frame picture into pattern horizontal bars with the same width as the front side and the rear side of the step, and marking as the front frame horizontal bars and the rear frame horizontal bars; printing the front frame horizontal strips and the rear frame horizontal strips on the transparent resin film alternately and in parallel;
thirdly, sticking the transparent resin film on a sawtooth surface of a sawtooth plate which is stuck with each step of the step surface; the sawtooth plate is composed of a heatable iron plate;
fourthly, the sawtooth surface of the sawtooth plate is attached to the step surface, the bar patterns corresponding to the front frame picture on the transparent resin film are attached to the rear side surfaces of the step surface, and the bar patterns corresponding to the rear frame picture on the transparent resin film are attached to the front side surfaces of the step surface; heating the serrated plate until the transparent resin film is melted;
and fifthly, removing the sawtooth plate after natural cooling.
The method for manufacturing the landscape ramp has the advantages that the contents in the front frame picture and the rear frame picture can be conveniently printed on the transparent resin film; in the process of melting the transparent resin film, the front side and the back side of the step have rough surfaces, so that the pigment on the transparent resin film can be mixed with the melted viscous transparent resin and can permeate into and be adhered to the front side and the back side in situ, and the front frame picture and the back frame picture on the transparent resin film can be transferred to the step surface.

in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the landscape ramp comprises a ramp body 1 and a step surface 2 which is constructed on the ramp body 1 and extends from bottom to top; the steps in the step surface 2 comprise a rear side surface 21 facing backward and a front side surface 22 facing upward, and the rear side surface 21 and the front side surface 22 are symmetrical with respect to a slope vertical plane P1 passing through the common sides and perpendicular to the inclination direction of the slope main body 1.
Each back side surface 21 of the step surface is provided with a pattern, and the step surface has the following characteristics: projecting the patterns on each back side surface 21 onto the same common parallel surface parallel to each back side surface 21 to form a complete picture, and marking the picture as a front frame picture; and the patterns on the front side surfaces 22 are projected on the same common parallel surface parallel to the front side surfaces 22 to form a subsequent picture of the previous frame picture, which is marked as a next frame picture. For example, the front frame is a more powerful shadow of a beauty girl, and the rear frame is a front image of the beauty girl.

In the process of climbing the landscape ramp, the tourists face to the front, and at the moment, the pattern on the rear side 21 of each step in the front can be seen, but the pattern on the front side 22 of the step beyond a certain distance can not be seen; therefore, the content in the front frame picture formed by the rear side surface 21 of each step can be seen from the front; when looking backwards, the content in the back frame picture is seen; therefore, when a tourist is ready to climb the slope below the landscape slope, the tourist sees the whole front frame picture, and when the tourist climbs to the top of the slope and looks downwards, the tourist sees the whole rear frame picture; because it is usually very desirable to see the back frame picture when seeing the front frame picture, therefore, the enthusiasm of tourists to climb the whole landscape ramp can be improved to a greater extent.
For the manufacturing method of the landscape ramp, the following scheme can be adopted:
firstly, pouring the step surface 2 on the trimmed slope main body 1 by adopting a concrete material, and enabling the front side surface 22 and the rear side surface 21 of each step to have rough surfaces;
