本发明涉及一次性锁合装置技术领域，具体涉及一种塑料封条。
背景技术
封条被广泛地应用于铁路、公路、港口和航空货物的封装，封条为塑料条状结构，塑料条一端表面设置卡齿，塑料条另一端设置具有锁舌的锁座，具有卡齿的一端可弯曲穿过前方的锁座并形成环装，卡齿可以与锁芯里面的锁舌密合来实现锁紧功能。现有封条的锁座与封条主体的材质不同，封条只能使用一次，然后需要回收，但是由于封条与锁座材质不同，就需要人工将锁座与封条分离后才能回收利用，导致回收过程费时费力，严重影响封条的回收利用率。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种塑料封条，以解决现有技术存在的锁座与封条材质不同导致回收困难的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种塑料封条，由材质相同的塑料卡片、锁条和锁座一次压塑而成，锁座设置在塑料卡片前端，塑料卡片前端向前延伸形成锁条，锁条背面设置若干卡齿。
上述锁条一侧设置挂条，挂条前端设置挂孔。
本发明的锁座、锁芯与封条主体材质相同，这样使用后可一次回收，不必进行分离，同时锁条侧部设置方便整理携带的挂条，也提高了封条使用便利性，具有结构简单、使用方便和便于回收的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，一种塑料封条，由材质相同的塑料卡片1、锁条2和锁座3一次压塑而成，锁座3设置在塑料卡片1前端，塑料卡片1前端向前延伸形成锁条2，锁条2背面设置若干卡齿4，锁条2一侧设置挂条5，挂条5前端设置挂孔6。

1.一种塑料封条，其特征是由材质相同的塑料卡片、锁条和锁座一次压塑而成，锁座设置在塑料卡片前端，塑料卡片前端向前延伸形成锁条，锁条背面设置若干卡齿。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料封条，其特征是锁条一侧设置挂条，挂条前端设置挂孔。
