Abstract
本发明提供了一种用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜及制备方法。将功能菌群接种至活性污泥后与淀粉溶液、低温发泡剂混合,加入含交联剂的固化液中,得到复合吸附剂固体小球,升温干燥后得到多孔状的复合吸附剂,接着铺洒于无纺布,与塑料滤膜基体复合,即得用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜。该方法通过将功能菌群接种于活性污泥中并以淀粉包覆和无纺布保护,所得塑料滤膜效用持久,使用寿命长,同时形成的多孔复合吸附剂提升了吸附效率,可同时实现对印染废水中重金属离子的牢固吸附和印染污染物的降解,实现多功能化废水处理,成本低且工作量小,在印染污水处理中应用前景好。

技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理领域,具体涉及塑料滤膜的制备,特别是涉及一种用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜及制备方法。
背景技术
纺织印染行业排放的印染废水是我国工业系统中重点污染源之一,一直以排放量大、处理难度高而成为废水治理工艺演研究的重点和难点。印染废水中含有的合成染料、助剂、聚乙烯醇(PVA)浆料等使其具有色度大、COD 高、碱性大、可生化性差等特点,处理难度较大。另外,印染企业的生产工艺在各类染料和助剂中添加有不同种类、较大剂量的重金属物质,如在染布过程中利用汞作为红色染料而大量投加;印花工艺中利用铅作为着色剂;洗漂工艺中采用了较多的氧化剂高锰酸钾;同时在酸性染料和酸性媒料中也加有高锰酸钾;在直接染料中加有大量硫酸铜等。这无形中加大了废水的处理难度。
目前,对印染废水中重金属离子的处理方法主要有:化学还原法、吸附法、离子交换法、生物絮凝法等。但是这些处理方法多有处理成本高、处理效果不理想等缺点。利用微生物处理印染污水被认为是较为经济、有效的方法。但由于印染废水的复杂性和特殊性,目前还没有只用一种方法就能对印染肺水肿的有害物质进行完全的去除,一般均要集中方法联合作用。因此,研究和应用新型的印染污水处理技术成为当务之急。
中国发明专利申请号200910049448.1公开了一种活性污泥脱重金属的方法,经化学催化水解、固液分离,重金属存在于滤液中,滤液依次经粗滤预处理和超滤膜分离,其透过液用吸附剂聚合腐殖酸进行吸附重金属,被吸附的重金属去除率达95%以上,再用超声波进行脱附处理。此发明利于环保和资源的回收,过程简单;成本较低,适于推广使用。
中国发明专利申请号201620071042.9公开了一种活性污泥法污水处理用过滤膜组件。此实用新型的膜组件对进水负荷的变化具有较强的适应性,耐冲击性能较好。该膜组件能够实现反冲洗功能,将污泥沉积从中空纤维膜膜丝中冲洗,减少污泥堵塞,且在反冲洗和曝气时,清洗药耗减少,节约能源。此实用新型设置若干层遮挡杆,避免了膜丝的大幅度浮动,保证膜丝的始终悬挂状态;膜组件的下端为单根纤维封装的自由端,水流及曝气气体冲击到中空纤维膜丝,使膜丝不断抖动,从而使膜组件在运行过程中同时实现自清洗,增加了产水量。此实用新型的膜组件直接置于污泥池中,即可实现自动化、快速便捷地收集纯净水,减少人员和设备的投入,节约过滤成本。
中国发明专利申请号201610891949.4公开了一种壳聚糖活性污泥复合吸附剂的制备方法和用途,其制备方法包括如下步骤:依次为壳聚糖溶液的制备、泥浆的制备、发泡剂的添加、壳聚糖活性污泥复合吸附剂的制备和壳聚糖活性污泥复合吸附剂的干燥,一种壳聚糖活性污泥复合吸附剂可以有效吸附废水中的铜离子和铬离子。
中国发明专利申请号201510891935.8公开了一种吸附催化氧化法深度处理印染废水的系统与方法,系统包括搅拌池、吸附催化氧化池、炭水分离池、臭氧发生器、压滤设备、粉末活性炭再生设备;搅拌池与吸附催化氧化池通过管道连接,臭氧发生器通过管道连接到吸附催化氧化池底部,吸附催化氧化池与炭水分离池分别通过自流管和回流管双向连接,吸附催化氧化池出水自流到炭水分离池,炭水分离池分别通过管道与压滤设备和外界排水口连接,压滤设备与炭再生设备、粉末活性炭再生设备与搅拌池之间均用螺旋输送机连接。此发明能快速彻底降解COD和脱色,且降低粉末炭使用量和臭氧投加量,降低处理成本。
根据上述,现有方案中微生物处理污水的功能菌群附着毛刺上,附着性能较差,易脱落,导致处理效率低,需要使用活性污泥法或生物滤池的二级处理,而对合纤染色废水的毒性,单独使用活性污泥处理废水效率较低,效果较差;同时废水中含有重金属离子和印染染料等污染物,多重处理成本较高,工作量大。鉴于此,本发明提出了一种用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜及制备方法,可有效解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
针对目前应用较广的微生物处理印染污水的功能菌群附着性差,易脱落,导致处理效率低,并且吸附性能差,使用寿命短,对印染废水中的重金属离子和印染染料等污染物,多重处理成本较高,工作量大,本发明提出一种用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜及制备方法,从而有效提高了对印染废水中污染物的处理效果,并且使用寿命长。
本发明涉及的具体技术方案如下:
一种用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将6~10重量份功能菌群接种至34~38重量份活性污泥中,然后与10~15重量份淀粉溶液、2~4重量份低温发泡剂加入到33~48重量份含交联剂的固化液中,混合搅拌20~30min,过滤、洗涤,制得淀粉包覆活性污泥的复合吸附剂固体小球;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的淀粉包覆活性污泥的复合吸附剂固体小球置于油浴中,缓慢升温至105~115℃,干燥2~3h,使小球内部的低温发泡剂分解并产生气体,在复合吸附剂表面形成微孔,制得多孔状的复合吸附剂;
(3)采用静电纺丝机喷丝堆积形成纤维层的同时,将步骤(2)制得的多孔状的复合吸附剂逐层铺洒于其中,制得含复合吸附剂的无纺布;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的制得含复合吸附剂的无纺布与塑料滤膜基体热轧成型,自然冷却后得到厚度为0.5~2mm的复合功能膜,即为用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜。
优选的,步骤(1)所述功能菌群为脱氮菌群、除磷菌群或脱氯菌群中的至少一种。
优选的,步骤(1)所述淀粉溶液为玉米淀粉、土豆淀粉、小麦淀粉、黄豆淀粉或甘薯淀粉中的至少一种配置的水溶液,质量浓度为20~30%。
优选的,步骤(1)所述低温发泡剂为碳酸氢铵或碳酸氢钙中的至少一种。
优选的,步骤(1)所述交联剂为聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、丙二胺或异丙醇铝中的至少一种,含交联剂的固化液的质量浓度为1~2%。
优选的,步骤(2)所述升温的速度为4~6℃/min。
优选的,步骤(3)所述纤维层为棉纤维、麻纤维、聚酯纤维、醋酸纤维、聚丙烯纤维或聚酰胺纤维中的至少一种,纤维层数为2~4层。
优选的,步骤(4)所述塑料滤膜基体为聚乙烯滤膜、聚丙烯滤膜、聚酯滤膜、尼龙滤膜或ABS塑料滤膜中的一种。
优选的,步骤(4)所述热轧成型的温度为110~120℃,压力为1~1.2MPa,时间为10~15min。
本发明还提供一种上述制备方法制备得到的用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜。先将功能菌群接种至活性污泥中,再与淀粉溶液、低温发泡剂混合,再添加至含交联剂的固化液中制成淀粉包覆活性污泥的复合吸附剂固体小球,然后缓慢升温、干燥使小球内部的发泡剂分解产生气体,得到多孔状的复合吸附剂,再将复合吸附剂逐层铺洒在静电纺丝喷出堆积的纤维层中,制成含复合吸附剂的无纺布后,最后与塑料滤膜基体复合成多功能膜。本方法通过将功能菌群接种于活性污泥中并以淀粉包覆,且多孔壳材提升了吸附效率,无纺布的网状结构还保护了核心的吸附和降解组分,不易失效,延长了使用寿命;并且可以同时实现印染废水中重金属离子的牢固吸附和印染污染物的降解,实现多功能化废水处理。
本发明提供了一种用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜及制备方法,与现有技术相比,其突出的特点和优异的效果在于:
1、提出利用无纺布的网状结构保护复合吸附剂制备用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜的方法。
2、通过将功能菌群接种于活性污泥中并以淀粉包覆,同时形成的多孔复合吸附剂提升了吸附效率,并且利用无纺布的网状结构保护了核心的吸附和降解组分,所得塑料滤膜效用持久,使用寿命长。
3、本发明制得的多功能塑料滤膜,可同时实现对印染废水中重金属离子的牢固吸附和印染污染物的降解,实现多功能化废水处理,成本低且工作量小,在印染污水处理中应用前景好。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但不应将此理解为本发明的范围仅限于以下的实例。在不脱离本发明上述方法思想的情况下,根据本领域普通技术知识和惯用手段做出的各种替换或变更,均应包含在本发明的范围内。
实施例1
制备过程为:
(1)将7重量份功能菌群接种至36重量份活性污泥中,然后与12重量份淀粉溶液、3重量份低温发泡剂加入到42重量份含交联剂的固化液中,混合搅拌26min,过滤、洗涤,制得淀粉包覆活性污泥的复合吸附剂固体小球;功能菌群为脱氮菌群;淀粉溶液为玉米淀粉配置的水溶液,质量浓度为26%;低温发泡剂为碳酸氢铵;交联剂为聚乙二醇,含交联剂的固化液的质量浓度为1.6%;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的淀粉包覆活性污泥的复合吸附剂固体小球置于油浴中,缓慢升温至108℃,干燥2.5h,使小球内部的低温发泡剂分解并产生气体,在复合吸附剂表面形成微孔,制得多孔状的复合吸附剂;升温的速度为5℃/min;
(3)采用静电纺丝机喷丝堆积的形成纤维层的同时,将步骤(2)制得的多孔状的复合吸附剂逐层铺洒于其中,制得含复合吸附剂的无纺布;纤维层为棉纤维,纤维层数为3层;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的制得含复合吸附剂的无纺布与塑料滤膜基体热轧成型,自然冷却后得到厚度为2mm的复合功能膜,即为用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜;塑料滤膜基体为聚乙烯滤膜;热轧成型的温度为115℃,压力为1.1MPa,时间为12min。
实施例2
制备过程为:
(1)将6重量份功能菌群接种至34重量份活性污泥中,然后与10重量份淀粉溶液、2重量份低温发泡剂加入到48重量份含交联剂的固化液中,混合搅拌20min,过滤、洗涤,制得淀粉包覆活性污泥的复合吸附剂固体小球;功能菌群为除磷菌群;淀粉溶液为土豆淀粉配置的水溶液,质量浓度为20%;低温发泡剂为碳酸氢钙;交联剂为聚丙二醇,含交联剂的固化液的质量浓度为1%;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的淀粉包覆活性污泥的复合吸附剂固体小球置于油浴中,缓慢升温至105℃,干燥3h,使小球内部的低温发泡剂分解并产生气体,在复合吸附剂表面形成微孔,制得多孔状的复合吸附剂;升温的速度为4℃/min;
(3)采用静电纺丝机喷丝堆积的形成纤维层的同时,将步骤(2)制得的多孔状的复合吸附剂逐层铺洒于其中,制得含复合吸附剂的无纺布;纤维层为麻纤维,纤维层数为2层;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的制得含复合吸附剂的无纺布与塑料滤膜基体热轧成型,自然冷却后得到厚度为0.5mm的复合功能膜,即为用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜;塑料滤膜基体为聚丙烯滤膜;热轧成型的温度为110℃,压力为1MPa,时间为15min。
实施例3
制备过程为:
(1)将10重量份功能菌群接种至38重量份活性污泥中,然后与15重量份淀粉溶液、4重量份低温发泡剂加入到33重量份含交联剂的固化液中,混合搅拌30min,过滤、洗涤,制得淀粉包覆活性污泥的复合吸附剂固体小球;功能菌群为脱氯菌群;淀粉溶液为小麦淀粉配置的水溶液,质量浓度为30%;低温发泡剂为碳酸氢铵;交联剂为三羟甲基丙烷,含交联剂的固化液的质量浓度为2%;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的淀粉包覆活性污泥的复合吸附剂固体小球置于油浴中,缓慢升温至115℃,干燥2h,使小球内部的低温发泡剂分解并产生气体,在复合吸附剂表面形成微孔,制得多孔状的复合吸附剂;升温的速度为6℃/min;
(3)采用静电纺丝机喷丝堆积的形成纤维层的同时,将步骤(2)制得的多孔状的复合吸附剂逐层铺洒于其中,制得含复合吸附剂的无纺布;纤维层为聚酯纤维,纤维层数为4层;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的制得含复合吸附剂的无纺布与塑料滤膜基体热轧成型,自然冷却后得到厚度为2mm的复合功能膜,即为用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜;塑料滤膜基体为聚酯滤膜;热轧成型的温度为120℃,压力为1.2MPa,时间为10min。
实施例4
制备过程为:
(1)将7重量份功能菌群接种至35重量份活性污泥中,然后与12重量份淀粉溶液、2重量份低温发泡剂加入到44重量份含交联剂的固化液中,混合搅拌22min,过滤、洗涤,制得淀粉包覆活性污泥的复合吸附剂固体小球;功能菌群为脱氮菌群;淀粉溶液为黄豆淀粉配置的水溶液,质量浓度为22%;低温发泡剂为碳酸氢钙;交联剂为丙二胺,含交联剂的固化液的质量浓度为1%;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的淀粉包覆活性污泥的复合吸附剂固体小球置于油浴中,缓慢升温至108℃,干燥3h,使小球内部的低温发泡剂分解并产生气体,在复合吸附剂表面形成微孔,制得多孔状的复合吸附剂;升温的速度为4℃/min;
(3)采用静电纺丝机喷丝堆积的形成纤维层的同时,将步骤(2)制得的多孔状的复合吸附剂逐层铺洒于其中,制得含复合吸附剂的无纺布;纤维层为醋酸纤维,纤维层数为2层;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的制得含复合吸附剂的无纺布与塑料滤膜基体热轧成型,自然冷却后得到厚度为1mm的复合功能膜,即为用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜;塑料滤膜基体为尼龙滤膜;热轧成型的温度为112℃,压力为1MPa,时间为14min。
实施例5
制备过程为:
(1)将9重量份功能菌群接种至37重量份活性污泥中,然后与14重量份淀粉溶液、3重量份低温发泡剂加入到37重量份含交联剂的固化液中,混合搅拌28min,过滤、洗涤,制得淀粉包覆活性污泥的复合吸附剂固体小球;功能菌群为除磷菌群;淀粉溶液为甘薯淀粉配置的水溶液,质量浓度为28%;低温发泡剂为碳酸氢铵;交联剂为异丙醇铝,含交联剂的固化液的质量浓度为2%;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的淀粉包覆活性污泥的复合吸附剂固体小球置于油浴中,缓慢升温至112℃,干燥2h,使小球内部的低温发泡剂分解并产生气体,在复合吸附剂表面形成微孔,制得多孔状的复合吸附剂;升温的速度为6℃/min;
(3)采用静电纺丝机喷丝堆积的形成纤维层的同时,将步骤(2)制得的多孔状的复合吸附剂逐层铺洒于其中,制得含复合吸附剂的无纺布;纤维层为聚丙烯纤维,纤维层数为4层;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的制得含复合吸附剂的无纺布与塑料滤膜基体热轧成型,自然冷却后得到厚度为1.8mm的复合功能膜,即为用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜;塑料滤膜基体ABS塑料滤膜;热轧成型的温度为118℃,压力为1.2MPa,时间为15min。
对比例1
制备过程为:
(1)将8重量份功能菌群接种至36重量份活性污泥中,然后与13重量份淀粉溶液、加入到40重量份含交联剂的固化液中,混合搅拌25min,过滤、洗涤,制得淀粉包覆活性污泥的复合吸附剂固体小球;功能菌群为脱氯菌群;淀粉溶液为玉米淀粉配置的水溶液,质量浓度为25%;交联剂为聚乙二醇,含交联剂的固化液的质量浓度为1.5%;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的淀粉包覆活性污泥的复合吸附剂固体小球置于油浴中,缓慢升温至110℃,干燥2.5h,制得复合吸附剂;升温的速度为5℃/min;
(3)采用静电纺丝机喷丝堆积的形成纤维层的同时,将步骤(2)制得的复合吸附剂逐层铺洒于其中,制得含复合吸附剂的无纺布;纤维层为聚酰胺纤维,纤维层数为3层;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的制得含复合吸附剂的无纺布与塑料滤膜基体热轧成型,自然冷却后得到厚度为1.5mm的复合功能膜,即为用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜;塑料滤膜基体为聚乙烯滤膜;热轧成型的温度为115℃,压力为1.1MPa,时间为13min。
将实施例1-5、对比例1得到的滤膜用于同一批印染污水的处理。测试方法:
取一定体积的印染污水,将滤膜过滤3,采用COD测定仪测定原水和处理水中的COD的平均值,计算出COD去除率的平均值,表征对印染污水中污染物的降解效果;
取一定体积的印染污水,将滤膜过滤3,采用重金属测定仪测定原水和处理水中的汞和铅的平均值,计算出汞和铅的去除率的平均值,表征对重金属的吸附效果;
对该印染污水过滤3d后分别测定并计算出膜通量的下降率,表征使用寿命。
通过上述方法测得的对比例1的多功能塑料滤膜用于印染污水处理时的COD去除率、汞去除率、铅去除率、膜通量下降率(3d),如表1所示。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将6~10重量份功能菌群接种至34~38重量份活性污泥中,然后与10~15重量份淀粉溶液、2~4重量份低温发泡剂加入到33~48重量份含交联剂的固化液中,混合搅拌20~30min,过滤、洗涤,制得淀粉包覆活性污泥的复合吸附剂固体小球;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的淀粉包覆活性污泥的复合吸附剂固体小球置于油浴中,缓慢升温至105~115℃,干燥2~3h,使小球内部的低温发泡剂分解并产生气体,在复合吸附剂表面形成微孔,制得多孔状的复合吸附剂;
(3)采用静电纺丝机喷丝堆积形成纤维层的同时,将步骤(2)制得的多孔状的复合吸附剂逐层铺洒于其中,制得含复合吸附剂的无纺布;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的制得含复合吸附剂的无纺布与塑料滤膜基体热轧成型,自然冷却后得到厚度为0.5~2mm的复合功能膜,即为用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述功能菌群为脱氮菌群、除磷菌群或脱氯菌群中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述淀粉溶液为玉米淀粉、土豆淀粉、小麦淀粉、黄豆淀粉或甘薯淀粉中的至少一种配置的水溶液,质量浓度为20~30%。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述低温发泡剂为碳酸氢铵或碳酸氢钙中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述交联剂为聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、丙二胺或异丙醇铝中的至少一种,含交联剂的固化液的质量浓度为1~2%。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述升温的速度为4~6℃/min。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)所述纤维层为棉纤维、麻纤维、聚酯纤维、醋酸纤维、聚丙烯纤维或聚酰胺纤维中的至少一种,纤维层数为2~4层。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)所述塑料滤膜基体为聚乙烯滤膜、聚丙烯滤膜、聚酯滤膜、尼龙滤膜或ABS塑料滤膜中的一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述一种用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)所述热轧成型的温度为110~120℃,压力为1~1.2MPa,时间为10~15min。
10.权利要求1~9任一项所述制备方法制备得到的一种用于印染污水处理的多功能塑料滤膜。
