背景技术
水肿是指因感受外邪，饮食失调，或劳倦过度等，使肺失宣降通调，脾失健运，肾失开合，膀胱气化失常，导致体内水液潴留，泛滥肌肤，以头面、眼睑、四肢、腹背，甚至全身浮肿为临床特征的一类病证。本病证发病率较高，中医药治疗具有良好的疗效。与西医学中的急慢性肾小球肾炎，肾病综合征，充血性心力衰竭，内分泌失调，以及营养障碍等疾病出现的水肿相同。上述各种病因，有单一致病者，亦有兼杂而致病者，从而使病情趋于复杂。本病的病位在肺、脾、肾三脏，与心有密切关系。基本病机是肺失宣降通调，脾失转输，肾失开合，膀胱气化失常，导致体内水液潴留，泛滥肌肤。在发病机理上，肺、脾、肾三脏相互联系，相互影响，如肺脾之病水肿，久必及肾，导致肾虚而使水肿加重；肾阳虚衰，火不暖土，则脾阳也虚，土不制水，则使水肿更甚；肾虚水泛，上逆犯肺，则肺气不降，失其宣降通调之功能，而加重水肿。因外邪、疮毒、湿热所致的水肿，病位多在肺脾；因内伤所致的水肿，病位多在脾肾。水肿初起多从眼睑开始，继则延及头面、四肢、腹背，甚者肿遍全身，也有的水肿先从下肢足胫开始，然后及于全身。轻者仅眼睑或足胫浮肿，重者全身皆肿，肿处皮肤绷急光亮，按之凹陷即起，或皮肤松弛，按之凹陷不易恢复，甚则按之如泥。如肿势严重，可伴有胸腹水而见腹部膨胀，胸闷心悸，气喘不能平卧，唇黑，缺盆子，脐突、背平等症。

一种用于治疗水肿的药剂的制备方法，该方法包括以下步骤：
（1）将上述各原料倒入清洗器皿中清洗，清洗干净后，干燥；
（2）将步骤（1）中原料倒入煎煮器皿中，加入清水用武火煎煮30-40分钟后，待药汁熬至三分之一至三分之二时改用文火煎煮5分钟，即可，去渣取汁，得煎煮液，即得。

（2）将步骤（1）中原料倒入煎煮器皿中，加入清水用武火煎煮30-40分钟后，待药汁熬至三分之一时改用文火煎煮5分钟，即可，去渣取汁，得煎煮液，即得。

实施例3

（1）将上述各原料倒入清洗器皿中清洗，清洗干净后，干燥；
（2）将步骤（1）中原料倒入煎煮器皿中，加入清水用武火煎煮30-40分钟后，待药汁熬至二分之一时改用文火煎煮5分钟，即可，去渣取汁，得煎煮液，即得。
所述步骤（2）中清水为各原料重量的4倍。
通过以下实验进一步证明本发明的效果：
（1）临床资料及治疗方法
以试验组治疗水肿患者50例，与对照组50例进行比较。
试验组：本发明中实施例1-3中所述的中药药剂，每日一剂，早晚分服。连续服药10天为1个疗程；对照组：采用常规的药物进行治疗，每日三次，10天为1疗程。
对试验组及对照组患者痊愈1个月内进行回访，调查并记录水肿病症复发情况。
（2）疗效判定标准
a）显效：治疗10天后，水肿全部消退，其他症状消失，实验室检查恢复正常。
b）有效：治疗10天后水肿及其他症状减轻，实验室检查有改善；
c）无效：症状无明显减轻，甚至加重。
（3）临床结果
试验组与对照组疗效比较，临床效果显示：试验组治疗水肿患者50例，显效30例，有效17例， 无效3例， 总有效率达94%，三个月内10%的复发率，与对照组50例，显效16例，有效14例， 无效20例，60%的总有效率以及三个月内30％的复发率进行比较，明显优于对照组。说明本发明药物治疗水肿疗效显著，药效显著、且不易复发，具有良好的推广价值。

1.一种用于治疗水肿的药剂，其特征在于由以下重量配比的原料制备而成：蜜柑草20-25份、迷迭香20-24份、建曲20-25份、樟柳头4-9份、冬瓜皮12-16份、千金藤11-16份、桂枝5-12份、满山红18-22份、陈皮10-18份、蜜柑草7-11份、牡丹皮10-15份、泽泻8-17份、黄葵20-26份、乌梅10-15份、 蝼蛄8-14份、翠羽草12-16份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗水肿的药剂，其特征在于：由以下重量配比的原料制备而成：蜜柑草23份、迷迭香22份、建曲23份、樟柳头7份、冬瓜皮14份、千金藤14份、桂枝8份、满山红20份、陈皮14份、蜜柑草9份、牡丹皮13份、泽泻12份、黄葵23份、乌梅13份、 蝼蛄11份、翠羽草14份。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的用于治疗水肿的药剂的制备方法，其特征在于该方法包括以下步骤：
（1）将上述各原料倒入清洗器皿中清洗，清洗干净后，干燥；
（2）将步骤（1）中原料倒入煎煮器皿中，加入清水用武火煎煮30-40分钟后，待药汁熬至三分之一至三分之二时改用文火煎煮5分钟，即可，去渣取汁，得煎煮液，即得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于治疗水肿的药剂的制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤（2）中清水为各原料重量的3-5倍。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于治疗水肿的药剂的制备方法，其特征在于：所述药汁熬至二分之一时改用文火煎煮。
