The working principle is as follows: when the operation console for the animal husbandry and veterinary medicine is used, infrared images of animals are shot through the infrared camera, the heights of the animals are calculated according to the proportion, then the first motor and the second motor are controlled to rotate so as to move the first sliding block 4 and the second sliding block 16 to one third and two thirds of the animals respectively, and then the first sliding block 4 and the second sliding block 16 are manually buckled, so that the animals can be fixed more quickly to avoid breaking away of the animals, the operation console can fix the livestock animals with different sizes, after the first sliding block 4 and the second sliding block 16 are moved, the first sliding block 4 and the second sliding block 16 are fixed through screwing the nut 3, the livestock animals are bound through the first fixing belt 17 and the second fixing belt 21, the operation console is simple in structure and convenient to operate, the second transverse fixing 14 is lifted and lowered through shaking the crank 7, so that the heads of the livestock animals are fixed, can fix the head according to the size and the height of poultry animal, prevent too high and cross lowly, influence the operation effect, make operation panel simple structure, the functionality is stronger, when making to poultry animal mouth fix through removing first transverse fixing frame 11, can adjust according to the size of animal head, adjust the back, fix first transverse fixing frame 11 through bolt 32, when making operation panel use, simple structure, the practicality is stronger.
