Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an accurately guided Kirschner wire guide, in particular to an accurately guided Kirschner wire guide.
Background
The fracture refers to a disease caused by partial or complete fracture of bone due to trauma or pathology, when treating the fracture, the fractured end of the bone which is displaced after the fracture is usually restored to the normal or nearly normal position, and after the fracture is reset, the fracture is unstable and is easy to be displaced again, so that the fracture is fixed at a satisfactory position by adopting different methods to gradually heal, and the fixing methods comprise external fixing and internal fixing.
Kirschner wire fixation is a common internal fixation method, and is generally used for some unstable fractures, and has good clinical effect for short bones, irregular bones, adjacent joint fracture fixation and trans-joint fixation.
When the Kirschner wire is fixed, firstly, one end of the Kirschner wire is required to be installed on an electric drill, then the electric drill is started, the Kirschner wire is driven into bones to be fixed, but the Kirschner wire is difficult to grasp accurately according to a preset angle and a preset position, particularly, the irregular bones with multiple joint surfaces like the carpal navicular bones are difficult to grasp, when the driving angle and the driving position are inaccurate, the Kirschner wire is required to be pulled out, the Kirschner wire is driven again, the auxiliary injury is required to be driven in a plurality of times in one operation, the blood supply is further damaged, the operation time is prolonged, and the treatment effect is further influenced. The angle and the position of the Kirschner wire are difficult to grasp, so the disposable success rate of the Kirschner wire fixing operation is low.
Therefore, there is a need for a kirschner wire guide that can precisely guide the drilling direction of a kirschner wire during surgery, thereby effectively improving the success rate of the kirschner wire fixation surgery and reducing the surgical pain of patients.
