Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses an umbrella-type laparoscope pneumoperitoneum-free supporting device which comprises a main rod, a base fixedly arranged at the bottom of the main rod, a movable sleeve body slidably arranged on the main rod, a plurality of supporting claws hinged to the peripheral surface of the lower side of the movable sleeve body, and a hinging rod hinged between the base and the supporting claws, wherein the supporting claws are provided with straight grooves for accommodating the hinging rod. The invention has compact structure and easy operation, the front abdominal wall is fully lifted up by the opening claw, the lifting height of the abdominal wall is larger, the operation space is enlarged, and the problem of insufficient exposure of the operation space of the prior pneumoperitoneum-free technology is well solved. Not only avoiding the complication caused by a large amount of CO2 in the traditional laparoscopic surgery, but also having large contact area with the abdominal wall and avoiding the damage to the abdominal wall of the patient caused by the suspension of the abdominal wall.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical apparatus, in particular to a pneumoperitoneum-free supporting device used in laparoscopic surgery.
Background
Laparoscopic surgery is a newly developed minimally invasive method, is a relatively advanced surgical treatment method at present, and can treat various diseases. As an advanced minimally invasive technology, the laparoscopic surgery has small trauma, little bleeding and rapid postoperative recovery of the patient, and is widely applied in clinic at present. Traditional laparoscopic surgery utilizes CO2 pneumoperitoneum techniques to create a surgical operating space. Because CO2 pneumoperitoneum has many adverse effects on respiration, circulatory system and gestation fetus, it is not suitable for patients with poor body condition or suffering from cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, embolic diseases and pulmonary insufficiency, various abdominal wall suspension devices have been developed to perform pneumoperitoneum-free laparoscopic surgery. However, the existing pneumoperitoneum-free technology uses a Kirschner wire to penetrate into the abdominal wall to suspend the abdominal wall, so that secondary wounds are easily carried out on a patient, the abdominal wall suspension tension can enable the two side abdominal walls to gather towards the middle, the extrusion intestinal canal is concentrated towards the middle, and the operation space is reduced and narrowed; when the muscle tension is larger, the operation space is obviously reduced, a 4mm incision is additionally formed due to the placement of the subcutaneous steel wire, the stress is concentrated on the suspension steel wire, the abdominal wall of a patient is easily damaged, and the formed operation space is relatively small.

The technical problem to be solved by the embodiment of the invention is to provide an umbrella-type laparoscope pneumoperitoneum-free supporting device. Adverse patient effects due to pneumoperitoneum techniques can be avoided.
In order to solve the technical problems, the embodiment of the invention provides an umbrella-type laparoscope pneumoperitoneum-free supporting device, which comprises a main rod, a base fixedly arranged at the bottom of the main rod, a movable sleeve body arranged on the main rod in a sliding manner, a plurality of supporting claws hinged to the peripheral surface of the lower side of the movable sleeve body, and a hinging rod hinged between the base and the supporting claws, wherein the supporting claws are provided with straight grooves for accommodating the hinging rod.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, for the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent.
Referring to FIG. 1-3, a schematic structure is shown.
The invention embodiment of an umbrella type laparoscope pneumoperitoneum-free supporting device comprises a main rod 1, a movable sleeve body 2, a plurality of opening claws 3, a hinging rod 4 and a base 5.
The movable sleeve 2 is slidably provided on the main lever 1, and moves up and down along the main lever 1 under manual or mechanical driving force.
In this embodiment, six expanding claws 3 are preferably symmetrically arranged on the peripheral surface of the lower side of the movable sleeve body 2 at equal intervals, and the middle parts of the expanding claws 3 are hinged with the tail ends of the hinging rods 4.
The base 5 is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the main rod 1, a straight slot hole 51 is formed in the edge of the transition curved surface on the base 5, and a limiting hole 41 at the head end of the hinging rod 4 is hinged with the straight slot hole 51.
The head end of the hinging rod 4 is provided with a U-shaped notch groove, and the size of the straight groove hole 51 is equivalent to that of the U-shaped notch groove, so that the straight groove hole 51 can be anastomosed and folded in the U-shaped notch groove in the folding process of the invention.
When the invention is used, the six opening claws 3 are folded to be tightly attached to the main rod 1, then the main rod support is slowly and obliquely inserted into the abdominal cavity from the air charging port, the movable sleeve body 2 is driven by manpower or mechanical driving force, the hinging rod 4 supports each opening claw 3 upwards, and the main rod 1 is lifted to jack the abdomen, so that a larger operation space is formed. As shown in fig. 1, when the main rod 1 is put down, the movable sleeve 2 moves upwards along the main rod 1, and each of the expanding claws 3 is folded under the driving of the hinging rod 4, so as to further fold the bracket.

The top surface of the bottom 2 is provided with a boss 52, the lower end of the main rod 1 is provided with a groove 11 for installing the boss 52, limiting fixing holes 53 and 12 are formed between the boss 52 and the groove 11, the boss 52 and the groove 11 are fastened through the cooperation of fixing pins, the structure is stable, torsion is not easy to occur, and the installation and the cleaning are convenient.

It should be noted that, the straight slot hole 51 on the base 5 is hinged with the limiting hole 41 at the tail end of the hinge rod 4, and the design of the straight slot hole 51 increases one degree of freedom integrally, so that the hinge rod 4 can move up and down along the hinge rod by a small extent, further the spreading claw 3 can spread to a maximum angle, and after spreading to the maximum angle, the spreading action is maintained under the blocking action at the two ends of the straight slot hole 51 and the abdominal pressure. More preferably, in the spreading process, the top of the straight slot hole 51 and the lower end surface of the spreading claw 3 limit, so that the spreading claw 3 can only be spread into a horizontal position, and the safety function is further realized.

The umbrella-type laparoscope pneumoperitoneum-free supporting device is characterized by comprising a main rod, a base fixedly arranged at the bottom of the main rod, a movable sleeve body arranged on the main rod in a sliding manner, a plurality of supporting claws hinged to the peripheral surface of the lower side of the movable sleeve body, and a hinging rod hinged between the base and the supporting claws, wherein the supporting claws are provided with straight grooves for accommodating the hinging rod; the base is provided with a straight slot hole, the head end of the hinging rod is hinged with the straight slot hole, so that the hinging rod has an amplitude range of moving up and down along the straight slot hole, the head end of the hinging rod is provided with a U-shaped notch groove, the size of the straight slot hole is equivalent to that of the U-shaped notch groove, and the base is provided with a transition curved surface which is used for enabling the plurality of expanding claws to slowly expand along the transition curved surface and guiding the expanding claws to expand when the movable sleeve body moves downwards; the top surface of the base is provided with a boss, and the lower end of the main rod is provided with a groove for installing the boss; a limiting fixing hole is formed between the boss and the groove; a fixed pin is arranged in the limit fixed hole; the section of the main rod is of a polygonal structure; the plurality of the supporting claws are symmetrically arranged on the peripheral surface of the lower side of the sleeve body.
