Abstract
The invention discloses a dental film photographing positioning and measuring device, wherein the device comprises a dental tray component (1) and a bulb tube positioning component (2), wherein the dental tray component (1) is arranged in an oral cavity to fix the position of a dental film (16); the bulb tube positioning component (2) is arranged outside the oral cavity to position a photographing position. The dental film photographing, positioning and measuring device is simple in structure, convenient to operate, low in cost, high in universality, capable of accurately positioning a photographing position and capable of being matched with a graduated scale for accurate measurement.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of dental medical appliances, in particular to a local denture fixing combined type dental film photographing positioning and measuring device.
Background
The method is characterized in that the method is a common examination method in the oral cavity diagnosis and treatment process, most hospitals and clinics at present adopt manual operation during photographing, X-ray dental films are clamped into the oral cavity by hands, a forceps or an awkward clip device, patients fix the dental films by fingers under the guidance of doctors, and then a radiation head positioned outside the oral cavity is used for photographing.
The method for shooting the apical tooth film has the following defects:
firstly, the photographed apical plate is usually projected diagonally, and the imaging of the dental plate is twisted and amplified to a certain degree, so that the situation of the tooth root cannot be accurately reflected;
secondly, the method has great subjectivity, and a common doctor cannot easily take high-quality dental films;
thirdly, because the dental film is not fixed, the images of the dental film photographed for multiple times cannot be overlapped, and the teeth in the dental film are difficult to measure accurately;
and (IV) the foreign body sensation of the oral cavity of the patient is strong, and the patient is inconvenient and unsanitary to hold the oral cavity.
In addition, root canal therapy is one of the effective methods for treating endodontic diseases or periapical diseases at present, and in cases such as before and after root canal therapy, before and after apical operation, and long-term observation of the effects of dental treatment, it is often necessary to compare apical tooth sheets at the same position and at the same angle, and it is difficult to obtain an apical tooth sheet at a stable position by the above-described conventional tooth sheet photographing method.
Therefore, it is an urgent need to solve the problem of designing a dental film photographing positioning and measuring device which is convenient to operate, clear in imaging, and capable of accurately positioning and accurately measuring the apical dental film.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the problems, the inventor of the invention makes a keen study to design a dental film photographing positioning and measuring device, which comprises a dental tray component and a bulb tube positioning component, wherein the dental tray component is arranged in the oral cavity and used for fixing a dental film; the bulb tube positioning assembly is arranged outside the oral cavity and used for positioning the photographing position of the bulb tube, and the denture base assembly and the bulb tube positioning assembly can be adjusted to be in the same position, so that the invention is completed.
Specifically, the present invention aims to provide the following:
in a first aspect, a dental film photographing positioning and measuring device is provided, which is characterized by comprising a dental tray component 1 and a bulb tube positioning component 2, wherein the dental tray component 1 is arranged in an oral cavity to fix the position of a dental film base 16; the bulb tube positioning component 2 is arranged outside the oral cavity to position a photographing position.
In a second aspect, a method for using the above dental film photographing, positioning and measuring device is provided, which includes the following steps:
step 2, mounting the denture base assembly 1 in the assembled device on teeth, adjusting the dental film measuring scale 15 to the position of the teeth to be photographed, and respectively recording the corresponding scales of the teeth to be photographed and the dental film 16 on the dental film positioning scale 17;
and 3, adjusting the position of the bulb alignment frame 23 to enable the scales on the bulb positioning scale 24 to be consistent with the scales on the positioning scale 17 recorded in the step 2.
The invention has the advantages that:
(1) the dental film photographing positioning and measuring device provided by the invention has the advantages of small volume, simple structure, convenience in operation, low cost and strong universality;
(2) the dental film photographing positioning and measuring device provided by the invention has the advantages that the foreign body sensation of the dental tray part entering the oral cavity is small, and the dental film photographing positioning and measuring device is convenient and sanitary to hold;
(3) according to the dental film photographing positioning and measuring device provided by the invention, the photographed dental films are shot in parallel, and the dental film imaging is real and accurate;
(4) the dental film photographing positioning and measuring device provided by the invention can accurately position a photographing position and can be matched with the graduated scale for accurate measurement, and in the treatment process, when the same dental position needs to be photographed each time, the dental film photographing positioning and measuring device can be completely copied only by recording the position of the graduated scale for the first time, so that the efficiency and the accuracy are greatly improved.

The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the figures and examples. The features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the description. In which, although various aspects of the embodiments are shown in the drawings, the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale unless specifically indicated.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, a dental film photographing positioning and measuring device is provided, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, wherein the device comprises a dental tray component 1 and a bulb tube positioning component 2, the dental tray component 1 is placed inside an oral cavity to fix the position of a dental film base 16; the bulb tube positioning component 2 is arranged outside the oral cavity to position a photographing position.
In the invention, the main bodies of the denture base component 1 and the bulb tube positioning component 2 are both formed by medical and silica gel integral infusion, and can be sterilized at high temperature and high pressure and reused.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the tray assembly 1 includes a first frame 11 on a buccal side and a second frame 12 on a lingual side, and an occlusion part 13 is connected between the first frame 11 and the second frame 12.
In the present invention, the buccal side is a side of the teeth near the cheek, and the lingual side is a side near the tongue.
Wherein, the denture fixing component comprises a left (right) upper back tooth form, a left (right) lower back tooth form, an upper front tooth form and a lower front tooth form according to different tooth position designs.
In a further preferred embodiment, retention clips 14 are provided on the second frame 12 for securing a dental film base 16.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the second frame 12 includes a first side 121, a second side 122, a third side 123 and a fourth side 124, wherein the first side 121 is parallel to the second side 122, and the third side 123 is parallel to the fourth side 124.
In the present invention, the first side edge 121 is a side edge connected to the engaging portion 13, and the third side edge 123 and the fourth side edge 124 are perpendicular to the first side edge 121.
In a further preferred embodiment, the retaining clip 14 comprises 3 retaining clips, which are respectively disposed on the first side 121, the third side 123 and the fourth side 124.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a dental film measuring ruler 15 with scales is further provided on the second frame 12 for assisting in measuring the dental film.
In a further preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the dental film measuring ruler 15 is located between the lingual side of the teeth and the dental film 16, so that the scale of the dental film measuring ruler 15 can be projected on the dental film by X-ray blocking.
In the present invention, the dental film measuring tape 15 is made of a metal material to ensure that it can be developed on the dental film by irradiation of radiation.
In a further preferred embodiment, the dental film measuring ruler 15 is L-shaped, includes a horizontal scale portion and a vertical scale portion, and is slidable in the proximal-distal direction within the second frame 12.
Wherein, the horizontal scale portion of the dental film measuring ruler 15 is located on the first side edge 121, and the vertical scale portion is perpendicular to the first side edge 121 and the second side edge 122.
In the present invention, "middle" means a midline which is an imaginary vertical line bisecting the craniofacial area into left and right halves, the midline passing through the contact area between the left and right eyes, the tip of the nose, and the left and right incisors, and the direction of the tooth near the midline being mesial, and vice versa distal.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a dental film positioning scale 17 is further disposed on the second side edge 122 for recording the photographing position of the dental film.
In a further preferred embodiment, the dental film measuring ruler 15 is slidable on the dental film positioning scale 17.
In the present invention, the vertical scale portion of the dental film measuring ruler 15 is movably hung on the dental film positioning scale 17 by a hook structure to be slidable therealong.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bite part 13 has an arch structure and is located on the upper part of the occlusal surface of the tooth.
Preferably, a plurality of arch bars are uniformly arranged in the occlusion part 13, and the occlusion part 13 is divided into a plurality of arch-shaped hollow units.
In a further preferred embodiment, the arch-shaped hollow-out structure units are filled with impression material to assist in positioning the tray assembly 1.
According to the invention, the denture base component is fixed on the tooth to be photographed, after the position is adjusted, the impression material is added, the patient bites, after the impression material is solidified, the position of the denture base component can be fixed, and the individual denture base can be manufactured according to different patients, so that the positioning is more accurate.
In a further preferred embodiment, the impression material is a heavy-duty silicone rubber and/or a self-setting plastic.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a groove 18 is formed on the buccal side of the first frame 11 for connecting the bulb positioning assembly 2.
In a further preferred embodiment, the groove 18 has two grooves, which open on the fifth side 111 and the sixth side 112 of the first frame 11, respectively.
Wherein the fifth side 111 is connected to the engaging portion 13, and the sixth side 112 is parallel to the fifth side 111.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the bulb positioning assembly 2 is detachably connected to the dental tray assembly 1, and comprises a connecting rod 21, a hand-held portion 22 and a bulb alignment frame 23 which are connected in sequence.
In a further preferred embodiment, the bulb positioning assembly 2 is connected within the channel 18 of the tray assembly 1 by a connecting rod 21 to be assembled as a single unit in use.
Wherein, bulb locating component 2 also includes back tooth type, preceding tooth type and lower front tooth type under left (right) according to the tooth position design of difference on a left side (right) to use with the cooperation of denture fixing device subassembly.
In accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the handle portion 22 is provided with anti-slip particles to facilitate gripping by the physician and the patient and to aid in retention of the bulb positioning assembly.
In a further preferred embodiment, the bulb alignment frame 23 is disposed in parallel on one side of the first frame 1 and the second frame 2 of the dental tray assembly 1, so that the radiation bulbs can be projected in parallel on the dental film base 16 when taking a dental film.
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bulb positioning assembly 2 further comprises a bulb positioning scale 24, and the bulb alignment frame 23 is fixed on the bulb positioning scale 24 through a bracket.
In a further preferred embodiment, the bulb positioning frame 23 can slide along the bulb positioning scale 24 to adjust the position of the bulb positioning frame 23 to correspond to the scale of the dental film base plate 16 on the positioning scale 17.
In the treatment process, when the same tooth position is required to be irradiated every time (such as before and after root canal treatment, before and after root apex operation and long-term effect evaluation), the position of the first dental film negative film on the scale can be completely copied by recording, so that the working efficiency and the accuracy are greatly improved.
The dental film photographing positioning and measuring device provided by the invention can accurately position a photographing position and can be matched with the graduated scale for accurate measurement, when the same dental position needs to be photographed each time, the position of the graduated scale is only required to be recorded for the first time, the dental film photographing positioning and measuring device can be completely copied, and the measurement consistency is more than 99% and can reach 100%.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for using the above dental film photographing positioning and measuring device, comprising the following steps:
step 2, mounting the denture base assembly 1 in the assembled device on teeth, adjusting the dental film measuring scale 15 to the position of the teeth to be photographed, and respectively recording the corresponding scales of the teeth to be photographed and the dental film 16 on the dental film positioning scale 17;
in the invention, any reference point (such as a tooth cusp) can be selected on the tooth to be photographed, the position of the reference point on the graduated scale can be recorded, and the position relation among the tooth, the dental film negative 16 and the dental film positioning graduated scale 17 can be kept constant during each photographing by recording the position of the tooth relative to the dental tray component 1, so that the working efficiency and the accuracy can be obviously improved;
step 3, adjusting the position of the bulb alignment frame 23 to make the scales on the bulb positioning graduated scale 24 consistent with the scales on the positioning graduated scale 17 recorded in the step 2;
and 4, aligning the radiation bulb tube with the bulb tube alignment frame 23, starting the machine, and taking a picture.
Wherein the patient or physician holds the hand-held portion 22 to assist in positioning the device.
Examples
Example 1
The teeth with different tooth positions are photographed and measured, and the dental film photographing positioning and measuring device disclosed by the invention is adopted, as shown in figures 1-5, the photographing positioning and measuring device is carried out according to the following steps:
step 2, mounting the denture base assembly 1 in the assembled device on teeth, adjusting the dental film measuring scale 15 to the position of the teeth to be photographed, and respectively recording the corresponding scales of the teeth to be photographed and the dental film 16 on the dental film positioning scale 17;
step 3, adjusting the position of the bulb alignment frame 23 to make the scales on the bulb positioning graduated scale 24 consistent with the scales on the positioning graduated scale 17 recorded in the step 2;
and 4, aligning the radiation bulb tube with the bulb tube alignment frame 23, starting the machine, and taking a picture.
The dental positions for photographing comprise upper jaw middle incisors, upper jaw side incisors, upper jaw cuspids, upper jaw first premolar, upper jaw second premolar, upper jaw first molar, upper jaw second molar, lower jaw middle incisors, lower jaw side incisors, lower jaw cuspids, lower jaw first premolar, lower jaw second premolar, lower jaw first molar and lower jaw second molar.
The teeth at different tooth positions are photographed twice according to the steps, the photographed dental films are measured and analyzed, and the results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1, the indexes of the teeth with different tooth positions measured by the device of the invention have the numerical consistency of more than 98 percent and the highest numerical consistency of 100 percent. Wherein, the consistency of the whole length of the tooth is more than 99 percent.
