The working principle of the impact-resistant protection circuit used on the driving power supply provided by the invention is as follows:
when standard commercial power or input voltage waveform distorted by the output of an HID ballast and high-pulse interference signals added on the fundamental frequency of 50-200Hz voltage are formed into a primary EMI filtering loop 101 through a fuse F1, a fuse F2, a bidirectional voltage stabilizing diode MOV1, an inductor LF1, a resistor R2, a resistor R3, a capacitor CX1, an inductor LF2 and a bidirectional voltage stabilizing diode MOV2 at the input end, the input voltage is rectified by a rectifier bridge BD1 and then provides energy for a secondary conversion loop, and the high-voltage pulse signals are interfered to a secondary converter through the rectifier bridge BD1 by the primary EMI filtering loop 101, so that the operation is abnormal. After the rectifier bridge BD1, the circuit mainly forms a surge absorption anti-interference blanking circuit 102 (also called a high-voltage pulse absorption blanking circuit) by matching the inductor L1, the diode D7, the resistor R32, the resistor R36 and the capacitor CE4 with the capacitor C10, and the input high-voltage pulse signal is basically absorbed by the capacitor CE4 in the circuit, and as the capacity of the capacitor CE4 is a constant, when continuous pulses are continuously absorbed, the capacity range of the capacitor CE4 is broken through to damage the capacitor CE4, and the resistors R33, R8, R9 and R10 put the electricity of the positive electrode of the capacitor CE4 to the VCC input pin of the chip of the PWM signal generator to form a voltage release path, so that the capacity of the capacitor CE4 can not be suddenly changed, and the circuit can work for a long time. The two resistors R32, R36 in parallel with the diode D7 form a balanced bridge when no high voltage pulse is input, and the stored electricity of the capacitor CE4 is played back to the positive electrode of the power supply to be shared by the DC/DC converter. As the LED illumination lamp has the requirement on the PF value, the PF value is not influenced after the LED illumination lamp is added into the loop.
The impact-resistant protection circuit used on the driving power supply is suitable for the control of the protection circuit on the LED illumination driving power supply, improves the anti-interference and impact capability of the LED lamp, ensures that the LED lamp can normally work under severe input conditions, prolongs the service life of the LED lamp (bulb), and has wider product application range after the circuit is added. The circuit is added to the front stage of the converter, can be widely applied to power supply products with the need of improving lightning protection and surge protection, and is suitable for all electric appliances with required driving power supplies.
The foregoing is a further detailed description of the invention in connection with the preferred embodiments, and it is not intended that the invention be limited to the specific embodiments described. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several simple deductions or substitutions may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, and these should be considered to be within the scope of the invention.
