The explanation of preferred embodiment:
With reference to Fig. 1, at first traditional bobbin is explained, to understand the present invention better.This traditional bobbin comprises a coil tube 21, a plurality of dividing plates 23, and first and second end plates 25 and 27.This coil tube 21 has a coil tube inner surface 28, and it determines a coil tube endoporus.Dividing plate 23 is connected on the coil tube, make to leave between two adjacent dividing plates 23 at interval, and dividing plate 23 is perpendicular to coil tube 21.First and second end plate 25 and 27 is connected on the side of coil tube 21, makes to leave at interval between each of a dividing plate 23 and first and second end plates 25 and 27.

In this bobbin and transformer, because dividing plate 23 does not surround primary coil 29 or secondary coil 31, so be difficult to utilize dividing plate 23 that elementary winding 29 is insulated mutually with secondary winding 31 reliably.Simultaneously, because dividing plate 23 is vertical and highly high with coil tube 21, so the height of bobbin and transformer is also high.
With reference to Fig. 3 to 7, the transformer according to the first embodiment of the present invention is described.
This transformer comprises a bobbin 41, is connected to the elementary and secondary coil 43 and 45 on the bobbin 41, is placed into first and second magnetic core 47 and 49 on the bobbin 41, and is fixed on the bobbin 41 first group and second group of splicing ear 51 and 53.
Bobbin 41 is made by insulating material.Bobbin 41 comprises first and second dish 55 and 57, first and second collar 59 and 61, and a spacer ring 63.
First collar 59 has the first cover ring inner surface 79 that limits first collar endoporus.First collar 59 and first dish 55 are whole, and consequently first collar endoporus and the first dish endoporus connect together.Second collar 61 has the second cover ring inner surface 81 that limits second collar endoporus.Second collar 61 and second dish 57 are whole, and consequently second collar endoporus and the second dish endoporus connect together.Second dish and second collar endoporus are used to receive first collar 59.
First magnetic core 47 has first post 85.Utilization is inserted into first post 85 first magnetic core 47 is contacted with 67 formation of first secondary surface.Second magnetic core 49 has second post 87.Utilization is inserted into second post 87 in first collar endoporus and contacts with first post and second magnetic core 49 and the second dish secondary surface 73 formed contact.The first end section of first magnetic core 47 forms with the second end section of second magnetic core 49 and contacts and be bonded on the second end section.
With reference to Fig. 8 and 9, the transformer according to second embodiment of the invention is described.This transformer includes the like of same numeral.
The spacer ring 63 and first dish 55 are whole, and make spacer ring 63 surround first collar 59.Spacer ring 63 also has contact head portion 89, and it contacts in order to form with the second dish first type surface 71.Spacer ring 63 surrounds pore area opening in second collar 61 and the 3rd dish.Second dish 57 has first side surface 91, is fixing first group of splicing ear 53 therein.The 3rd dish inner surface 77 extends to first side surface 91.
With reference to Figure 10 and 11, the transformer according to third embodiment of the invention is described.This transformer comprises the similar parts of representing with same label.
Though the present invention so far is the explanation of making in conjunction with its several preferred embodiments, may implement with various other modes at an easy rate now for those of skill in the art.For example, in Fig. 3 to 7, spacer ring 63 can be whole with first dish 55, and surrounds first collar 59 with spacer ring 63.In the case, spacer ring 63 folds up between first and second dish first type surface 65 and 71, makes spacer ring 63 surround second collar 61 and the 3rd dish endoporus thus.Spacer ring 63 is welded in or is bonded on the second dish first type surface 71.
In Fig. 8 to 11, spacer ring 63 can be whole with second dish 57 also, and makes spacer ring 63 surround second collar 61 and the 3rd dish top.In the case, spacer ring 63 folds up between first and second dish first type surface 65 and 71, makes spacer ring 63 surround first collar 59 thus.Spacer ring 63 has contact head portion 89, and it forms with the first dish first type surface 65 and contacts.
And spacer ring 63 also can not have contact head portion 89.In the case, spacer ring 63 directly forms with the first or second dish first type surface 65 or 71 and contacts.

1. a transformer comprises a bobbin, is placed on the elementary and secondary coil (43 on the described bobbin, 45), be placed on first and second magnetic core (47,49) on the described bobbin, and be fixed on first group and second group of splicing ear (51,53) on the described bobbin, wherein:

Spacer ring (63) is used to receive described primary coil (43), and it has the spacer ring inner surface (83) that limits the spacer ring inside groove, and described primary coil (43) links to each other with described first group of splicing ear (51);
Described spacer ring (63) folds up described first and described second and coils between the first type surface (65,71), and consequently described spacer ring (63) surrounds described first collar (59),
