Abstract
本发明公开了一种高效的空气净化器,包括主机箱、防尘网、底座、加湿棉、红外杀菌灯、模块盒、活性炭芯、前面板、粗滤网、HEPA滤芯和安装板,所述主机箱的左侧表面开设有进风口,所述主机箱的左侧表面设有所述防尘网,且与所述防尘网固定连接,所述主机箱的底端设有所述底座;在主机箱的左侧表面设有防尘网,当污染空气从进气口进入主机箱时,污染空气中可能带有大颗粒粉尘,防尘网防止大颗粒粉尘进入主机箱内部沾染内部过滤部件,提高了空气净化器的工作效率,在出风口的内部设有加湿棉,当净化过后的空气从出风口出来时,空气透过加湿棉,使净化的空气中带有水分,增加净化空气中的湿度,提高了空气净化的质量。

技术领域
本发明属于机械技术领域,具体涉及一种高效的空气净化器。
背景技术
空气净化器中有多种不同的技术和介质,使它能够向用户提供清洁和安全的空气,常用的空气净化技术有:吸附技术、负(正)离子技术、催化技术、光触媒技术、超结构光矿化技术、HEPA高效过滤技术、静电集尘技术等;材料技术主要有:光触媒、活性炭、合成纤维、HEAP高效材料、负离子发生器等,现有的空气净化器多采为复合型,即同时采用了多种净化技术和材料介质。
原有的空气净化器在外部污染空气进入主机箱内部时,大颗粒粉尘也跟着进入主机箱内部,附着在空气净化器内部过滤部件上,影响空气净化器的工作效率,且净化后的空气较为干燥,影响空气净化的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效的空气净化器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的原有的空气净化器在外部污染空气进入主机箱内部时,大颗粒粉尘也跟着进入主机箱内部,附着在空气净化器内部过滤部件上,影响空气净化器的工作效率,且净化后的空气较为干燥,影响空气净化的质量等问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高效的空气净化器,包括主机箱、防尘网、底座、加湿棉、红外杀菌灯、模块盒、活性炭芯、前面板、粗滤网、 HEPA滤芯和安装板,所述主机箱的左侧表面开设有进风口,所述主机箱的左侧表面设有所述防尘网,且与所述防尘网固定连接,所述主机箱的底端设有所述底座,且与所述底座固定连接,所述主机箱的上表面开设有出风口,所述出风口的内部设有所述加湿棉,所述加湿棉与所述主机箱固定连接,所述主机箱的内表壁设有红外杀菌灯,且与所述红外杀菌灯固定连接,所述主机箱的内部设有所述模块盒,且与所述模块盒固定连接,所述模块盒的内部设有所述 HEPA滤芯,且与所述 HEPA滤芯固定连接,所述 HEPA滤芯的前方设有所述活性炭芯,所述活性炭芯与所述模块盒固定连接,所述活性炭芯的前方设有所述粗滤网,所述粗滤网与所述模块盒固定连接,所述主机箱的前表面设有所述前面板,且与所述前面板固定连接,所述加湿棉的上端设有所述安装板,且与所述安装板固定连接,所述红外杀菌灯与外部电源电性连接。
优选的,所述防尘网的上端设有固定片,所述防尘网与所述主机箱之间通过固定片固定连接。
优选的,所述加湿棉与所述主机箱之间通过所述安装板固定连接。
优选的,所述模块盒的内表壁设有固定螺钉,所述模块盒与所述主机箱之间通过所述固定螺钉固定连接。
优选的,所述前面板与所述主机箱之间粘接固定。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构科学合理,使用安全方便,在主机箱的左侧表面设有防尘网,当污染空气从进气口进入主机箱时,污染空气中可能带有大颗粒粉尘,防尘网防止大颗粒粉尘进入主机箱内部沾染内部过滤部件,提高了空气净化器的工作效率,在出风口的内部设有加湿棉,当净化过后的空气从出风口出来时,空气透过加湿棉,使净化的空气中带有水分,增加净化空气中的湿度,提高了空气净化的质量。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种高效的空气净化器,包括主机箱1、防尘网2、底座4、加湿棉6、红外杀菌灯7、模块盒8、活性炭芯9、前面板10、粗滤网11、 HEPA滤芯12和安装板13,主机箱1的左侧表面开设有进风口3,主机箱1的左侧表面设有防尘网2,且与防尘网2固定连接,主机箱1的底端设有底座4,且与底座4固定连接,主机箱1的上表面开设有出风口5,出风口5的内部设有加湿棉6,加湿棉6与主机箱1固定连接,主机箱1的内表壁设有红外杀菌灯7,且与红外杀菌灯7固定连接,主机箱1的内部设有模块盒8,且与模块盒8固定连接,模块盒8的内部设有 HEPA滤芯12,且与 HEPA滤芯12固定连接, HEPA滤芯12的前方设有活性炭芯9,活性炭芯9与模块盒8固定连接,活性炭芯9的前方设有粗滤网11,粗滤网11与模块盒8固定连接,主机箱1的前表面设有前面板10,且与前面板10固定连接,加湿棉6的上端设有安装板13,且与安装板13固定连接,红外杀菌灯7与外部电源电性连接。
为了防止外部大颗粒粉尘进入主机箱中,沾染内部过滤器件,在防尘网2通过固定片固定在主机箱1的左侧表面,防止外部粉尘进入主机箱1的内部,提高了空气净化器的工作效率,本实施例中,优选的防尘网2的上端设有固定片,防尘网2与主机箱1之间通过固定片固定连接。
为了提高空气净化器的工作效率,加湿棉6通过安装板13固定在出风口5,当净化好的空气从出风口5出来时,通过加湿棉6加湿,提高了空气净化的质量,本实施例中,优选的加湿棉6与主机箱1之间通过安装板13固定连接。
为了提高模块盒8与主机箱1之间连接的稳固性,模块盒8通过固定螺钉固定在主机箱1的内部,当空气净化器移动时,防止模块盒8在主机箱1内部晃动,提高了模块盒8的平稳性,本实施例中,优选的模块盒8的内表壁设有固定螺钉,模块盒8与主机箱1之间通过固定螺钉固定连接。
为了提高空气净化器的密封性,前面板10固定在主机箱1的前表面,把主机箱1密封,提高了空气净化器的密封性,本实施例中,优选的前面板10与主机箱1之间粘接固定。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:本发明安装好过后,首先将空气净化器移动到工作地点,启动空气净化器,外部污染空气从进风口3进入主机箱1内部,防尘网2将大颗粒粉尘过滤掉,防止大颗粒粉尘进入主机箱1内部,污染空气首先经过粗滤网将粉尘过滤掉,过滤完粉尘后,在经过活性炭芯9将污染空气中的杂质气体吸附,取出污染空气中的杂质气体,在经过HEPA滤芯12将空气中的悬浮颗粒过滤,悬浮颗粒去除后经过红外杀菌灯7杀毒将污染空气中的细菌杀死,空气净化完成后,从出风口5排出主机箱1外部,加湿棉6给净化后的空气加湿,提高了空气净化器的质量,工作完成后,关闭空气净化器,工作结束。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种高效的空气净化器,包括主机箱(1)、防尘网(2)、底座(4)、加湿棉(6)、红外杀菌灯(7)、模块盒(8)、活性炭芯(9)、前面板(10)、粗滤网(11)、 HEPA滤芯(12)和安装板(13),其特征在于:所述主机箱(1)的左侧表面开设有进风口(3),所述主机箱(1)的左侧表面设有所述防尘网(2),且与所述防尘网(2)固定连接,所述主机箱(1)的底端设有所述底座(4),且与所述底座(4)固定连接,所述主机箱(1)的上表面开设有出风口(5),所述出风口(5)的内部设有所述加湿棉(6),所述加湿棉(6)与所述主机箱(1)固定连接,所述主机箱(1)的内表壁设有红外杀菌灯(7),且与所述红外杀菌灯(7)固定连接,所述主机箱(1)的内部设有所述模块盒(8),且与所述模块盒(8)固定连接,所述模块盒(8)的内部设有所述 HEPA滤芯(12),且与所述 HEPA滤芯(12)固定连接,所述 HEPA滤芯(12)的前方设有所述活性炭芯(9),所述活性炭芯(9)与所述模块盒(8)固定连接,所述活性炭芯(9)的前方设有所述粗滤网(11),所述粗滤网(11)与所述模块盒(8)固定连接,所述主机箱(1)的前表面设有所述前面板(10),且与所述前面板(10)固定连接,所述加湿棉(6)的上端设有所述安装板(13),且与所述安装板(13)固定连接,所述红外杀菌灯(7)与外部电源电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述防尘网(2)的上端设有固定片,所述防尘网(2)与所述主机箱(1)之间通过固定片固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述加湿棉(6)与所述主机箱(1)之间通过所述安装板(13)固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述模块盒(8)的内表壁设有固定螺钉,所述模块盒(8)与所述主机箱(1)之间通过所述固定螺钉固定连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效的空气净化器,其特征在于:所述前面板(10)与所述主机箱(1)之间粘接固定。
