Abstract
本发明公开了一种易清理的空气净化器,包括壳体,所述壳体内顶部侧面开设有进气口,进气口内设有进气风扇,在进气口后方依次设有除尘板和紫外灯,在壳体内上部设有两个分流板,两个分流板分别固定在壳体内两侧内壁上,分流板将壳体内上部分割成回转通道;本装置通过设置积尘箱和吸尘毛刷,利用吸尘毛刷在除尘板表面活动,将微尘从除尘板上刷下并吸入积尘箱内收集,保证下次的运行效果并对壳体内部进行了清理工作,利用水对空气进行再次净化并加湿,空气完成净化加湿后从分离板下方上升并最终通过出气口排出,并且通过单向通气组件的设置,避免了空气的回流,进一步确保了空气的净化效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化,具体是一种易清理的空气净化器。
背景技术
随着环境污染的日益严重,空气质量越来越差,特别小颗粒(直径小于或等于 2.5微米)的微尘、烟雾等对人体的危害特别大。人们大部分时间是在室内度过,如何改善室内空气已越来越重要。为了有效地改善室内空气,通常是在室内安装空气净化器。
目前的空气净化器在使用一段时间后需要进行滤网的更换,主要原因是因为微尘长时间的吸附而导致的,如果能及时对微尘进行清理,滤网的使用寿命则会大大增加,并且常规空气净化装置大多采用风扇对空气进行导流,当滤网堵塞情况严重的时候空气受阻,会对净化效果有很大的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种易清理的空气净化器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种易清理的空气净化器,包括壳体,所述壳体内顶部侧面开设有进气口,进气口内设有进气风扇,在进气口后方依次设有除尘板和紫外灯,在壳体内上部设有两个分流板,两个分流板分别固定在壳体内两侧内壁上,分流板将壳体内上部分割成回转通道,所述除尘板上下两端分别固定在壳体内顶面、分流板上,除尘板上开设有多个圆孔,所述壳体上方设有积尘箱,积尘箱内设有吸尘器和液压机,在壳体内部、积尘箱下方设有吸尘毛刷,所述吸尘器通过管道与吸尘毛刷相连接,液压机通过伸缩杆与吸尘毛刷相连接,且吸尘毛刷前端刷毛与除尘板表面相贴合;两个分流板之间设有单向通气组件,所述单向通气组件包括方形卡接块,所述方形卡接块与两个分流板、壳体内壁均密封对接,在方形卡接块中央前设有橡胶垫,所述橡胶垫呈圆环状,在橡胶垫内设有多个橡胶叶片,多个橡胶叶片依次堆叠设置;所述壳体内下部设有分离板,分离板前端具有与水平面互相垂直的弯折段,在分离板中央设有加压装置,所述加压装置包括与分离板密封对接的架体,在架体两侧侧面内部均设有引风机,在架体内设有集中腔,所述引风机的出风口与集中腔相连通,在集中腔下方设有加压器,所述加压器的出口处设有导气管,所述壳体内底部为储水腔,导气管下端位于储水腔内,在壳体侧壁上开设有若干出气口。
作为本发明的优选方案:所述紫外灯的数量有两个并固定在壳体内部顶面上。
作为本发明再进一步的优选方案:所述圆孔的直径为0.65mm。
作为本发明再进一步的优选方案:所述在圆孔内安装有金属网。
作为本发明再进一步的优选方案:所述架体截面呈三角形。
作为本发明再进一步的优选方案:所述分离板在壳体内壁上沿圆周方向密封设置。
作为本发明再进一步的优选方案:所述出气口与壳体的连接处位于分离板和壳体连接处的下方。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本装置通过设置积尘箱和吸尘毛刷,利用吸尘毛刷在除尘板表面活动,将微尘从除尘板上刷下并吸入积尘箱内收集,保证下次的运行效果并对壳体内部进行了清理工作,利用水对空气进行再次净化并加湿,空气完成净化加湿后从分离板下方上升并最终通过出气口排出,并且通过单向通气组件的设置,避免了空气的回流,进一步确保了空气的净化效果。

请参阅图1-3,本发明实施例中,一种易清理的空气净化器,包括壳体1,所述壳体1内顶部侧面开设有进气口2,进气口2内设有进气风扇3,在进气口2后方依次设有除尘板4和紫外灯8,所述紫外灯8的数量有两个并固定在壳体1内部顶面上,在壳体1内上部设有两个分流板7,两个分流板7分别固定在壳体1内两侧内壁上,分流板7将壳体1内上部分割成回转通道,所述除尘板4上下两端分别固定在壳体1内顶面、分流板7上,除尘板4上开设有多个圆孔,所述圆孔的直径为0.65mm,在圆孔内安装有金属网,所述壳体1上方设有积尘箱5,积尘箱5内设有吸尘器和液压机,在壳体1内部、积尘箱5下方设有吸尘毛刷6,所述吸尘器通过管道与吸尘毛刷6相连接,液压机通过伸缩杆与吸尘毛刷6相连接,且吸尘毛刷6前端刷毛与除尘板4表面相贴合;进行空气净化工作时,空气在进气口2中进气风扇3的导向作用下进入壳体1内部,首先经过除尘板4对空气中的微尘进行吸附,净化完成后,启动积尘箱5内的吸尘器和液压机,利用吸尘毛刷6在除尘板4表面活动,将微尘从除尘板4上刷下并吸入积尘箱5内收集,保证下次的运行效果并对壳体1内部进行了清理工作;两个分流板7之间设有单向通气组件9,所述单向通气组件9包括方形卡接块14,所述方形卡接块14与两个分流板7、壳体1内壁均密封对接,在方形卡接块14中央前设有橡胶垫15,所述橡胶垫15呈圆环状,在橡胶垫15内设有多个橡胶叶片16,多个橡胶叶片16依次堆叠设置,进气时,橡胶叶片16发生弯曲,保证进气通畅,当内部气压增加时,橡胶叶片16互相堆叠,防止壳体1内空气外漏;
所述壳体1内下部设有分离板10,所述分离板10在壳体1内壁上沿圆周方向密封设置,分离板10前端具有与水平面互相垂直的弯折段,在分离板10中央设有加压装置11,所述加压装置11包括与分离板10密封对接的架体17,所述架体17截面呈三角形,在架体17两侧侧面内部均设有引风机18,在架体17内设有集中腔19,所述引风机18的出风口与集中腔19相连通,在集中腔19下方设有加压器20,所述加压器20的出口处设有导气管12,所述壳体1内底部为储水腔,导气管12下端位于储水腔内,在壳体1侧壁上开设有若干出气口13,所述出气口13与壳体1的连接处位于分离板10和壳体1连接处的下方;进行空气净化时,将壳体1底部的储水腔内加水使睡眠超过分离板10前端弯折部低端,通过引风机18和加压器20将壳体1内通过除尘板4和紫外灯8照射净化后的空气通入水中,利用水对空气进行再次净化并加湿,空气完成净化加湿后从分离板10下方上升并最终通过出气口13排出,进而保证了净化效果,并且通过单向通气组件9的设置,避免了空气的回流,确保了空气的净化效果。
本发明的工作原理是:本装置通过设置积尘箱5和吸尘毛刷6,利用吸尘毛刷6在除尘板4表面活动,将微尘从除尘板4上刷下并吸入积尘箱5内收集,保证下次的运行效果并对壳体1内部进行了清理工作,利用水对空气进行再次净化并加湿,空气完成净化加湿后从分离板10下方上升并最终通过出气口13排出,并且通过单向通气组件9的设置,避免了空气的回流,进一步确保了空气的净化效果。

1.一种易清理的空气净化器,包括壳体,其特征在于,所述壳体内顶部侧面开设有进气口,进气口内设有进气风扇,在进气口后方依次设有除尘板和紫外灯,在壳体内上部设有两个分流板,两个分流板分别固定在壳体内两侧内壁上,分流板将壳体内上部分割成回转通道,所述除尘板上下两端分别固定在壳体内顶面、分流板上,除尘板上开设有多个圆孔,所述壳体上方设有积尘箱,积尘箱内设有吸尘器和液压机,在壳体内部、积尘箱下方设有吸尘毛刷,所述吸尘器通过管道与吸尘毛刷相连接,液压机通过伸缩杆与吸尘毛刷相连接,且吸尘毛刷前端刷毛与除尘板表面相贴合;两个分流板之间设有单向通气组件,所述单向通气组件包括方形卡接块,所述方形卡接块与两个分流板、壳体内壁均密封对接,在方形卡接块中央前设有橡胶垫,所述橡胶垫呈圆环状,在橡胶垫内设有多个橡胶叶片,多个橡胶叶片依次堆叠设置;所述壳体内下部设有分离板,分离板前端具有与水平面互相垂直的弯折段,在分离板中央设有加压装置,所述加压装置包括与分离板密封对接的架体,在架体两侧侧面内部均设有引风机,在架体内设有集中腔,所述引风机的出风口与集中腔相连通,在集中腔下方设有加压器,所述加压器的出口处设有导气管,所述壳体内底部为储水腔,导气管下端位于储水腔内,在壳体侧壁上开设有若干出气口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种易清理的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述紫外灯的数量有两个并固定在壳体内部顶面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种易清理的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述圆孔的直径为0.65mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种易清理的空气净化器,其特征在于,所述在圆孔内安装有金属网。
