the LED lamp comprises a mounting panel (2), wherein a plurality of radial first through grooves (4) are formed in the mounting panel (2), at least two sliding blocks (5) are arranged in the first through grooves (4), the sliding blocks (5) are in sliding connection with the first through grooves (4), the LED lamps (3) are fixedly connected with the sliding blocks (5), the LED lamps (3) comprise a circuit board and diodes, the inner wall of the first through grooves (4) of the mounting panel (2) is provided with a power transmission connection sheet, the circuit board is always in contact with the power transmission connection sheet, an adjusting assembly (10) drives a lamp group to diffuse and stretch out and draw back, a limiting ring (7) is arranged in a shell (1), the limiting ring (7) is used for limiting the rotation of the mounting panel (2), limiting columns (9) are arranged on the side surfaces of the mounting panel (2) and are limited in the limiting grooves (8), and the limiting grooves (8) penetrate through in the axial direction of the mounting panel (2).
