Abstract
The invention relates to a water leakage breaker structure, which comprises a base, a valve rod assembly, a turnbuckle assembly and an expansion body, wherein the base is provided with a bottom plate, a valve body, a water inlet joint and a water outlet joint; the valve rod assembly comprises a valve rod, a spiral arm and a torsion spring, the valve rod penetrates through the accommodating groove and is connected with the spiral arm, the valve rod is provided with a channel, the channel can be communicated or blocked corresponding to the water inlet connector and the water outlet connector, the torsion spring is sleeved on the outer periphery of the adapting pipe and is hidden in the spiral arm, a second arm of the torsion spring is fixed on the blocking piece, and a first arm is fixed on the spiral arm and forms a pre-twisting effect; the rotary buckle component is pivoted on the base and is provided with a buckle part which is clamped corresponding to the rotary arm and a driven arm extending from the buckle part; the expansion body is arranged corresponding to the driven arm and used for actuating the spinner component to generate rotary oscillation. Therefore, the invention has the advantages of stable actuation, sensitive response, long service life and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a circuit breaker, and more particularly, to a circuit breaker structure for water leakage.
Background
According to the investigation of the world health organization, human diseases are closely related to drinking water in life, however, with the increase of population and the development of industry, water sources in a plurality of areas are gradually in short supply, drinking water in some cities is polluted by the water sources, and the drinking water safety in the life of residents is paid attention; since the old water pipes or water towers are not clean, the water pipes and water towers may generate dirt over the years, especially for the non-negligible colibacillus, and therefore, the related technicians develop various water purifier devices for the people to purchase and install.
The general water purifier equipment is generally provided with a water leakage breaker so as to immediately detect when the water purifier equipment leaks or overflows, and avoid the occurrence of the phenomenon that water accumulation causes damage to floors, decoration and articles or causes a large amount of waste of water resources.
The existing water leakage circuit breaker mostly achieves the blocking effect in a linear moving mode through the mutual matching of the valve body and the piston type valve rod and the utilization of a channel in which the valve rod can move relative to the valve body. However, the linear movement of the valve rod is likely to cause the failure of the operation due to the too large water inlet pressure, and thus the water supply can not be cut off.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a water leakage circuit breaker structure, which utilizes the mutual matching of a valve rod component and a rotary buckle component, thereby having the advantages of stable actuation, sensitive response, long service life and the like.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a water leakage breaker structure, which comprises a base, a valve rod assembly, a rotary fastening assembly and an expansion body, wherein the base comprises a bottom plate, a valve body formed by extending upwards from the bottom plate, and a water inlet joint and a water outlet joint communicated with the valve body, the valve body comprises an accommodating groove, a receiving pipe extends from one side of the valve body corresponding to the accommodating groove, and a blocking piece extends from one side of the valve body; the valve rod assembly comprises a valve rod, a spiral arm and a torsional spring, one end of the valve rod penetrates into the accommodating groove, the other end of the valve rod is connected with the spiral arm, a channel is formed in the valve rod penetrating into the accommodating groove, the channel can be communicated or blocked corresponding to the water inlet connector and the water outlet connector, the torsional spring is sleeved on the outer periphery of the bearing pipe and is hidden in the spiral arm, the torsional spring is provided with a first arm and a second arm, the second arm is fixed on the blocking piece, the first arm is fixed on the spiral arm, and a pre-twisting effect is formed on the spiral arm; the rotary buckle component is pivoted on the base and is provided with a buckle part which is clamped corresponding to the rotary arm and a driven arm which extends out of the buckle part; the expansion body is arranged corresponding to the driven arm to actuate the screwing component to generate rotary oscillation.
The invention also has the following advantages that the valve rod is used for realizing communication or blocking in a rotating mode, so that the problem of deviation is avoided, and the water-cut-off effect is good. By means of the arrangement of the hard component, the stability of the expansion body actuating driven arm is improved. The valve rod is driven by the rotating arm in a rotating mode to rotate together to change the valve, so that a larger torque force can be obtained under the condition of a long force arm; in addition, the water inlet direction and the water outlet direction are 90 degrees, and the water inlet valve can still easily achieve locking and has the effect of water cut-off when the water inlet pressure is high under the twisting action of the spiral arm and the valve rod.

Detailed Description
The present invention is further described with reference to the following drawings and specific examples so that those skilled in the art can better understand the present invention and can practice the present invention, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a water leakage breaker structure, which mainly includes a base 10, a valve rod assembly 20, a fastening assembly 30 and an expansion body 40.
The base 10 has a bottom plate 11 and a valve body 12 extending upward from a corner of the bottom plate 11, the valve body 12 has an accommodating cavity 121, a water inlet joint 13 extends above the valve body 12, a water outlet joint 14 extends from one side of the valve body 12, the water inlet joint 13 and the water outlet joint 14 are both communicated with the accommodating cavity 121, and a receiving pipe 122 extends from one side of the valve body 12 corresponding to the position of the accommodating cavity 121. A pivot base 15 extends upward from the other corner of the bottom plate 11, and a hollow cylinder 16 extends from one side of the pivot base 15.
Further, a blocking member 17 extends from the valve body 12 adjacent to the water outlet connector 14, and a locking groove 123 is formed near the end of the adapting pipe 122. The hollow cylinder 16 has a notch 161 at a side facing the pivot seat 15.
The valve stem assembly 20 includes a valve stem 21, a spiral arm 22 and a torsion spring 23, one end of the valve stem 21 penetrates into the receiving cavity 121 from the receiving tube 122, the other end of the valve stem 21 is connected to the spiral arm 22, and a water inlet hole 211 and a water outlet hole 212 are formed in a portion of the valve stem 21 penetrating into the receiving cavity 121, wherein the water inlet hole 211 and the water outlet hole 212 are mutually communicated and form an L-shaped channel a (i.e. forming an included angle of 90 °), and the channel a is operatively communicated or blocked with respect to the water inlet connector 13 and the water outlet connector 14. In the normal state, the water inlet 211 is disposed corresponding to the water inlet joint 13, and the water outlet 212 is disposed corresponding to the water outlet joint 14, so as to form a communicating path. The arm 22 has a plurality of protrusions 221 formed at an end thereof remote from the end connected to the stem 21. The torsion spring 23 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the receiving tube 122 of the valve body 12 and hidden in the swing arm 22, the torsion spring 23 has a first arm 231 and a second arm 232, the first arm 231 is fixed on the swing arm 22, and the second arm 232 is fixed on the blocking member 17, so that the swing arm 22 can generate a pre-twisting acting force under the action of the elasticity of the torsion spring 23.
Further, the valve rod assembly 20 further includes an O-ring 24 and a limiting member 25, the O-ring 24 and the limiting member 25 are both sleeved on the valve rod 21 and are accommodated in the adapting tube 122, and the hook portion of the limiting member 25 is clamped in the clamping groove 123 of the adapting tube 122, so as to achieve water leakage prevention and block the separation of the valve rod 21.
The rotating buckle assembly 30 is pivotally connected to the pivot seat 15 of the base 10 by a pivot shaft 35, the rotating buckle assembly 30 has a buckle portion 31 and a driven arm 32 extending from the buckle portion 31 and bending toward the side edge, wherein the buckle portion 31 is clamped and positioned corresponding to the rotating arm 22, the buckle portion 31 of the embodiment is clamped and positioned on each protruding strip 221 to form a better clamping and positioning structure, and the driven arm 32 extends into the hollow cylinder 16 from the notch 161.
The expansion body 40 may be a sponge, which is substantially a cylinder and is installed in the hollow cylinder 16 of the base 10 at a position corresponding to the driven arm 32, and the expansion body 40 will generate a volume expansion deformation after being invaded by water, thereby actuating the driven arm 32 to perform a rotation swing around the rotation center of the rotating buckle assembly 30, so as to disengage the buckle portion 31 from the locking state of the rotating arm 22.
Further, the structure of the water leakage breaker of the present invention further includes a rigid assembly 50 disposed between the driven arm 32 and the expansion body 40, thereby improving the stability of the expansion body 40 to actuate the driven arm 32.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, when water leaks into the hollow cylinder 16 during use, the expansion body 40 will expand and deform after absorbing water, and the hard component 50 will actuate the driven arm 32 to rotate counterclockwise around the rotation center of the rotating buckle component 30, so that the buckle portion 31 is disengaged from the latch of the rotating arm 22. And the torsion applied to the rotary arm 22 by the torsion spring 23 will make the rotary arm 22 and the valve rod 21 rotate and swing clockwise together, at this time, the water inlet hole 211 rotates towards the direction far away from the water inlet joint 13, thereby achieving the blocking effect.

Claims (6)
1. A water leak breaker structure, comprising:
the valve body is provided with a containing groove, a bearing pipe extends from one side of the valve body corresponding to the containing groove, and a blocking piece extends from one side of the valve body;
a valve rod assembly, including a valve rod, a spiral arm and a torsional spring, one end of the valve rod penetrates the other end of the containing groove and is connected with the spiral arm, the valve rod penetrating the containing groove is provided with a water inlet hole and a water outlet hole, the water inlet hole and the water outlet hole are mutually communicated and form an L-shaped channel, the channel can be communicated or blocked corresponding to the water inlet joint and the water outlet joint, the torsional spring is sleeved on the outer periphery of the bearing pipe and is hidden in the spiral arm, the torsional spring is provided with a first arm and a second arm, the second arm is fixed on the blocking piece, the first arm is fixed on the spiral arm and forms a pre-twisting effect on the spiral arm;
a rotary buckle component which is pivoted on the base and is provided with a buckle part which is clamped corresponding to the rotary arm and a driven arm which extends out of the buckle part; and
an expansion body is arranged corresponding to the driven arm and used for actuating the screwing component to generate rotary swing.
2. The water leakage breaker structure of claim 1, wherein the base plate is extended with a pivot base, and the fastening member is pivotally connected to the pivot base by a pivot.
3. The structure of claim 2, wherein a hollow cylinder extends from one side of the pivot seat, and the expansion body is accommodated in the hollow cylinder.
4. A water leak breaker structure as claimed in claim 3, wherein a notch is provided at one side of the hollow cylinder, and the driven arm extends from the notch into the hollow cylinder.
5. The water leak breaker structure of claim 1, wherein the valve stem assembly further comprises an O-ring and a stopper, the O-ring and the stopper are both disposed around the valve stem and accommodated in the receiving tube.
6. The water leak breaker structure of claim 1, further comprising a rigid assembly disposed between the driven arm and the expansion body.
