Background
The bucket cylinder in the excavator consists of a bucket cylinder barrel, a guide sleeve and a piston rod, wherein the guide sleeve is arranged at the front end of the bucket cylinder barrel and matched with the piston rod, and the guide sleeve has the functions of guiding, sealing oil, limiting stroke and the like. Because the oil seal between the guide sleeves can be worn and deformed due to long-term use, the oil leakage phenomenon of the guide sleeves can be caused, and the reason for the oil leakage of the guide sleeves is mainly because the design of a sealing part is unreasonable.

the excavator bucket cylinder is provided, the bucket cylinder comprises a bucket cylinder barrel 1, a guide sleeve 2 and a piston rod 3, the guide sleeve 2 is installed at the end part of the bucket cylinder barrel 1 through an installation screw rod 4, an O-shaped ring 5 is further arranged on the bucket cylinder barrel 1 and used for sealing between the bucket cylinder barrel 1 and the guide sleeve 2, a dustproof ring 6 is arranged at the uppermost position of the connection between the guide sleeve 2 and the piston rod 3, an upper guide sleeve 7 and a lower guide sleeve 8 are arranged below the dustproof ring 6, an oil inlet channel 9 is arranged on the guide sleeve 2, the oil inlet channel 9 is in the shape of 1/4 circular arc with the point A on the bucket cylinder barrel 1 as the circle center, an upper sealing gasket cavity 10 and a lower sealing gasket cavity 12 are arranged between the upper guide sleeve 7 and the lower guide sleeve 8, an upper sealing gasket 11 is arranged in the upper sealing gasket 10, and a lower sealing gasket 13 is arranged in the lower sealing gasket cavity 12, the interface of the upper sealing gasket 11 and the lower sealing gasket 13 is in an equilateral hexagon shape.
Furthermore, one surface of the upper seal washer 11 abuts against the piston rod 3, a surface parallel to the one surface abuts against a vertical wall of the upper seal cavity 10, and surfaces parallel to each other of the upper seal cavity 10 abut against two opposite vertexes of the equilateral hexagon respectively.
Further, one surface of the lower seal ring 13 abuts against the piston rod 3, a surface parallel to the one surface abuts against a vertical wall of the lower seal cavity 12, and surfaces parallel to each other of the upper seal cavity 12 abut against two opposite vertexes of the equilateral hexagon respectively.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the sealing washer is not easy to deform in long-term use, and the phenomenon of oil leakage is effectively reduced.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the present invention provides an excavator bucket cylinder, the bucket cylinder includes a bucket cylinder barrel 1, a guide sleeve 2, a piston rod 3, the guide sleeve 2 is mounted at the end of the bucket cylinder barrel 1 through a mounting screw 4, the bucket cylinder barrel 1 is further provided with an O-ring 5 for sealing between the bucket cylinder barrel 1 and the guide sleeve 2, the uppermost part of the guide sleeve 2 connected with the piston rod 3 is provided with a dust ring 6, an upper guide sleeve 7 and a lower guide sleeve 8 are arranged below the dust ring 6, the guide sleeve 2 is provided with an oil inlet channel 9, the oil inlet channel 9 is in the shape of 1/4 arc with a point a on the bucket cylinder barrel 1 as the center of circle, an upper seal cushion cavity 10 and a lower seal cushion cavity 12 are arranged between the upper guide sleeve 7 and the lower guide sleeve 8, an upper seal gasket 11 is arranged in the upper seal gasket 10, and a lower sealing gasket 13 is arranged in the lower sealing gasket cavity 12, and the interface of the upper sealing gasket 11 and the lower sealing gasket 13 is in an equilateral hexagon shape.
One surface of the upper sealing gasket 11 abuts against the piston rod 3, a surface parallel to the one surface abuts against a vertical wall of the upper sealing gasket cavity 10, and surfaces parallel to each other of the upper sealing gasket cavity 10 abut against two opposite vertexes of the equilateral hexagon respectively.

The sealing device is characterized in that the interface of an upper sealing washer 11 and a lower sealing washer 13 is set to be an equilateral hexagon, one surface of the upper sealing washer 11 is abutted against a piston rod 3, the surface parallel to the one surface is abutted against the vertical wall of an upper sealing washer cavity 10, the surfaces parallel to each other of the upper sealing washer cavity 10 are respectively abutted against two opposite vertexes of the equilateral hexagon, one surface of the lower sealing washer 13 is abutted against the piston rod 3, the surface parallel to the one surface is abutted against the vertical wall of a lower sealing washer cavity 12, the surfaces parallel to each other of the upper sealing washer cavity 12 are respectively abutted against two opposite vertexes of the equilateral hexagon, the sealing performance of the sealing washer and the piston rod can be ensured by the design, the sealing performance of the sealing washer and the piston rod can be ensured in the telescopic process of the piston rod 3 by the vertexes of the equilateral hexagon and the mutually parallel surfaces of the sealing washer cavity, and the sealing washer can be quickly recovered after deformation occurs by the design, the oil leakage can not be caused, the sealing performance is better than that of an ordinary sealing washer, the sealing washer can be effectively prevented from deforming through the butting on the top point in the motion process of the piston rod, good contact between the sealing washer and the piston rod is guaranteed, and the oil inlet channel 9 is set to be 1/4 circular arc, so that the loss of oil at the inflection point can be effectively reduced.
