Background
In the casting construction in the casting site, an aluminum alloy template a is usually combined with a prefabricated part b and surrounds a space c (generally a wall body) to be cast, and in addition, the aluminum alloy template a is usually directly contacted with the prefabricated part b and fixedly positioned and connected by bolts or the like, as shown in fig. 1, but when the aluminum alloy template a and the prefabricated part b are connected in this way, the following problems occur: 1. the aluminum alloy template a directly contacts with the prefabricated part b to form a hard collision state, and the aluminum alloy template a cannot be in place when vertical leveling is adjusted; 2. a gap is formed between the aluminum alloy template a and the prefabricated part b, and a serious slurry leakage problem exists when concrete is poured, and the slurry leakage problem can cause that a large amount of labor is required to be spent for repairing in the later period.

Further, the slurry leakage preventing shaping module further comprises a fastener fixedly arranged on the prefabricated component, the end part of the second right-angle side is upwards provided with a high platform, the fastener comprises a buckling block matched with the high platform, the buckling block downwards buckles the high platform, and the high platform is in threaded connection with the buckling block through a fastening bolt.

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the aluminum alloy template and the prefabricated part are not directly contacted any more, but are indirectly connected through the right-angle connecting piece, and two mutually perpendicular right-angle edges of the right-angle connecting piece can well fix and position the aluminum alloy template and the prefabricated part, so that the aluminum alloy template and the prefabricated part can be combined into a preset space to be poured; in addition, the soft pressing block can be used as a barrier and fills a tiny gap between the second right-angle side and the prefabricated part, so that slurry leakage can not occur during pouring.
The invention effectively solves the problem of slurry leakage of the aluminum alloy template and the prefabricated part when concrete is poured; compared with the prior art, the method can save a great deal of labor, time and efficiency; the wall surface meets the plastering-free requirement when no slurry leakage occurs, and the economic benefit is considerable.
