The main lifting cylinder is extended to drive the hammer beating and pulling clamping plate combination body to ascend so as to enable the warping rod to be combined with the pile cap, the control handle is operated so as to enable the hydraulic hammer to work, the pile cap is beaten downwards to move the pile upwards through the warping plate, the above actions are repeated until the pile is pulled out completely, the main lifting cylinder is retracted so as to enable the hammer beating and pulling clamping plate combination body to descend, and the pile expanding device is taken out. And (5) completing pile pulling action.
During drilling, the hammer clamping plate, the hydraulic hammer and the pile gripper are removed, and the drilling rotary motor, the drilling bearing seat body, the drill rod, the down-the-hole drill and the pile gripper are installed. And (3) adjusting the oil cylinders and the traveling motor in each path by controlling the operating handle, and moving the down-the-hole drill to the position above the position to be drilled and vertical to the horizontal plane. The air compressor is turned on to supply air to the down-the-hole drill, the main lifting cylinder 4-16 is retracted to enable the down-the-hole drill to descend, and the drilling motor is supplied with oil to enable the drilling motor to rotate, so that drilling can be performed. When the drilling reaches the required depth, the main lifting cylinder 4-16 is extended to enable the down-the-hole drill to ascend until the down-the-hole drill is separated from the ground, the drilling motor is stopped to supply oil and stop supplying gas to the down-the-hole drill, and the drilling is completed.
The problems of complex operation, shorter stroke and overlarge vibration during piling are solved, and the aim of the invention is achieved.
The advantages are that:
1. the pile is high in perpendicularity, simpler to operate than an old pile machine, and has no high technical requirement on drivers.
2. The vibration of the whole machine is small, the service life of the whole machine is prolonged, and the comfort of a driver in operation is improved.
3. Compared with the prior pile driver, the invention has higher piling height, and can provide main lifting cylinders and auxiliary upright posts with different lengths for users to meet different working condition demands.

Description of the embodiments
The technical scheme of the invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
example 1: the invention comprises the following steps: the device comprises a ground disc and a working mechanism, wherein the working mechanism is connected to the ground disc;
the land comprises: the hydraulic system comprises a travelling mechanism 7, a floor frame, a seat 6, an operating platform 9, a hydraulic oil tank 5, a car shed 1, a diesel oil tank 2, a radiator 3, an engine 13 and a hydraulic pump; the upper surface of the land frame is connected with a shed 1, a diesel tank 2, a radiator 3, a hydraulic oil tank 5, a seat 6, an operating platform 9 and an engine 13; the walking mechanism 7 is connected below the land frame, the engine 13 is connected with the hydraulic pump, and the engine drives the hydraulic pump to operate through the hydraulic system.
In fig. 3, the pile driver working mechanism is mounted on the slide block through a cushion block for the whole structure of the pile driver working mechanism.

The fixed upright posts 4-12 are two fixed slide ways, the fixed cross beams 4-22 are externally connected between the two fixed slide ways, the lifting upright posts 4-11 are arranged in the fixed slide ways, the lifting upright posts 4-11 are two lifting slide ways, and the sliding plates 4-15 are arranged between the two lifting slide ways.
The two ends of the auxiliary upright post 4-18 are connected with auxiliary upright post flanges 4-1, the auxiliary upright post flanges 4-1 are in an opening shape at one end, the outer end of one side is connected with auxiliary hinges 4-19, and fixing bolts for detaching the lifting upright post 4-11 and the auxiliary upright post 4-18 can be hinged at the auxiliary hinges 4-19; the auxiliary upright post 4-18 is connected with the corresponding flange at the upper end of the lifting upright post 4-11 through the lower auxiliary upright post flange 4-1, so that the length of the lifting upright post 4-11 is prolonged, and the travel of the sliding plate 4-15 is increased.
A limiting frame is fixed on the lifting upright post 4-11 through a bolt, and the lowest descending height of the beating and pulling hammer clamping plate combination body is adjusted; pile claspers are connected to the lifting columns 4-11 through bolts.
The lifting device comprises: the auxiliary lifting cylinder 4-2, the sliding plate 4-15 and the sliding plate lifter; the auxiliary lifting cylinder 2 drives the lifting upright post 11 to move up and down along the fixed upright post 12; the sled lifter drives the sled 15 up and down along the inner slide of the stationary upright 12 and the auxiliary upright 18.
An auxiliary lifting cylinder 4-2 is connected between the fixed upright post 4-12 and the lifting upright post 4-11, the auxiliary lifting cylinder 4-2 is connected with two sides, single-side round holes or rear lug plates of the lifting upright post 4-11 through anchor clamps or rear lug plates on two sides and single side of the fixed upright post 4-12, and the auxiliary lifting cylinder 4-2 drives the lifting upright post 4-11 to move in a fixed slideway of the fixed upright post 4-12; the lifting columns 4-11 are height-adjusted.
The skateboard lifter includes: a main lifting cylinder 4-16, a lifting pulley 4-17 and a lifting chain 4-23; a sliding plate 4-15 is arranged between the lifting slide ways of the two lifting upright posts 4-11, the sliding plate 4-15 can slide in the lifting upright posts 4-11 and the auxiliary upright posts 4-18, the main lifting cylinder 4-16 is connected with the lifting upright posts 4-11 through anchor clamps or flanges, the upper end of the main lifting cylinder 4-16 is connected with a lifting pulley 4-17, the lower end of the main lifting cylinder 4-16 is connected with a supporting column through a flange, and the supporting column is connected with the lifting upright posts 4-11 through anchor clamps or flanges; one end of a lifting chain 4-23 is fixed on the lifting upright post 4-11 or on the auxiliary upright post 4-18, the other end of the lifting chain 4-23 bypasses the lifting pulley and passes through a counterweight slider baffle plate 4-30 of the beating and pulling hammer clamping plate combination body to be connected with a counterweight slider, when the main lifting cylinder 4-16 ascends, the lifting chain 4-23 bypasses the lifting pulley 4-17 to tighten and pull the counterweight slider to ascend, the lifting force of the counterweight slider acts on the counterweight slider baffle plate 4-30 to lift the beating and pulling hammer clamping plate combination body, and when the main lifting cylinder 4-16 descends, the counterweight slider is separated from the counterweight slider baffle plate 4-30 downwards, and the beating and pulling hammer clamping plate combination body is in a free state; the outer side of the sliding plate 4-15 is connected with a hammer clamping plate 4-13, and the hammer clamping plate 4-13 is internally connected with a hydraulic hammer 4-14 to form a beating and pulling hammer clamping plate combination body; the counterweight sliding block contacts the counterweight sliding block baffle through the extension and retraction of the main lifting cylinder 4-16, and the chain is lifted and tightened, so that the lifting of the beating and pulling hammer clamping plate combination body is driven.
The transverse device comprises: the transverse cylinder 4-3, the balancing weight 4-5, the transverse slideway 4-8, the transverse slide block 4-9,
Two transverse slide ways 4-8 are arranged in parallel, one end of each transverse slide way is connected with a balancing weight 4-5, and the other end of each transverse slide way 4-8 is connected with a pitching supporting plate 4-20; a transverse sliding block 4-9 is arranged between the transverse sliding ways 4-8, and the transverse sliding ways 4-8 are sliding tracks of the transverse sliding blocks 4-9.
One end of the transverse sliding block 4-9, which slides out of the transverse slideway 4-8, is connected with a pitching supporting plate 4-20, two ends of the pitching supporting plate 4-20 are connected with shaft sleeves matched with the upright pitching shafts 4-10, and the shaft sleeves are hinged with the upright pitching shafts 4-10 for fixing the upright 4-12; a cross beam is arranged between the two transverse slideways 4-8, a transverse oil cylinder 4-3 is connected between the cross beam of the transverse slideway 4-8 and the transverse sliding block 4-9 through a pin shaft, and the transverse oil cylinder 4-3 drives the transverse sliding block 4-9 to slide in the transverse slideway 4-8 for operation, so as to adjust the transverse distance of the working mechanism.
The left and right devices include: the upright post is adjusted to the oil cylinder 4-7 and the left and right hinge shaft holes 4-21; the left hinge shaft hole 4-21 and the right hinge shaft hole 21 are positioned on the bottom surface of the transverse slideway 4-8, and the left hinge shaft hole 4-21 corresponds to the hinge shaft hole on the rear support column 15 of the front support column 14 on the land and is hinged through a pin shaft; the upright post adjusting oil cylinder 4-7 is connected between the transverse slideway 4-8 and the land 8, and drives the upright post adjusting oil cylinder 4-7 to adjust and change the left and right angles of the upright post, so as to adjust the left and right inclination of the working mechanism.
The pitching device comprises: a pitching oil cylinder 4-4 and a pitching supporting plate 4-20; the pitching supporting plate 4-20 is connected with the fixed upright post 4-12; the pitching oil cylinder 4-4 is connected between the transverse slideway 4-8 and the pitching support plate 4-20, the pitching oil cylinder 4-4 drives the fixed upright post 4-12 to rotate around the upright post pitching shaft 4-10, and the front and rear inclination angles of the upright post are changed by taking the upright post pitching shaft 4-10 as a fulcrum; and adjusting the front-back inclination of the working mechanism.
The working device comprises: a pile driver and a drill; the pile driver comprises: the beating and pulling hammer clamping plate combination body and the cushion block are connected to the sliding plate 4-15 through the cushion block.
In fig. 9, the hammer clamping plate combination comprises: 4-13 parts of hammer clamping plates, 4-14 parts of hydraulic hammers, 4-27 parts of pile pulling lever pin shafts, 4-28 parts of pile pulling connecting rods, 4-29 parts of pile pulling levers, 4-30 parts of counterweight sliding block baffles and 4-31 parts of clamping plate connecting flanges; the two hammer clamping plates 4-13 are arranged, the hydraulic hammer 4-14 is positioned between the two hammer clamping plates 4-13, one end of each of the two hammer clamping plates 4-13 is connected with a clamping plate connecting flange 4-31, and the inner side of each of the clamping plate connecting flanges 4-31 is connected with a counterweight sliding block baffle plate 4-30; one end of each of the two hammer clamping plates 4-13 is connected with a pile pulling connecting rod 4-28 through a pile pulling lever pin shaft 4-27, the bottom of the pile pulling connecting rod 4-28 is connected with a pile pulling lever 4-29 through a pin shaft, one end of the pile pulling lever 4-29 is positioned below the hydraulic hammer 4-14, the other end of the pile pulling lever is connected with a pipe expander through a pin shaft, and the pipe expander is arranged in a road pile pipe to pull out a road pile; when piling, the pile pulling connecting rod 4-28 is turned upwards and fixed by the pile pulling lever pin shaft 4-27, the pile pulling lever 4-29 is separated from the bottom surface of the hydraulic hammer 4-14, and the hydraulic hammer 4-14 directly piles the pile cap of the road pile.
The drill comprises: the drilling device and the pole clip 5-6; the drilling device is connected to the sliding plate 4-15, and the pole holding device 5-6 is sleeved outside a down-the-hole drill of the drilling device; in fig. 10, the drilling device includes: the drilling machine comprises a drilling rotary motor, a drilling bearing seat body, a drill rod and a down-the-hole drill; the drilling rotary motor, the drilling bearing seat body, the drill rod and the down-the-hole drill are sequentially connected, and the drilling bearing seat body is connected with the sliding plates 4-15; the down-the-hole drill includes: the drill bit connecting rod and drill bit, the one end and the drilling rod of drill bit connecting rod are connected, and the other end is connected with the drill bit.
In fig. 7, the wheeled floor frame includes: a floor transverse beam 16, a floor longitudinal beam 17, a front support column 14, a rear support column 15; the two sides of the land transverse beam 16 are connected with the front wheel steering shaft sleeve 11, the land longitudinal beam 17 is also connected with the front support column 14 and the rear support column 15, and the front support column 14 and the rear support column 15 are provided with hinge holes corresponding to the left hinge holes 4-21 and the right hinge holes 21.
The running gear include: wheel type running gear and crawler-type running gear.
The wheel type travelling mechanism comprises: the device comprises a rear wheel train, a walking driving device, a front wheel train, a hydraulic power assisting system and a brake device; the traveling driving device is arranged on the rear wheel train shaft and drives the rear wheels to run; the front wheel system is provided with a front wheel shaft which is arranged on the front wheel steering shaft sleeve and rotates by taking the front wheel steering shaft sleeve as a fulcrum; and each wheel shaft of the rear wheel train and the front wheel train is connected with a brake device.
The walking driving device comprises: the hydraulic motor, the chain wheel, the clutch and the motor fixing frame; the hydraulic motor rotates to drive the chain wheel in the rear wheel train to rotate through the chain, and the whole vehicle is driven to advance or retreat.
The hydraulic power assisting system comprises: steering gear, hydraulic steering gear and booster cylinder; the hydraulic pump provides power, the steering gear rotates to drive the hydraulic steering gear to adjust the power-assisted oil cylinder to stretch and retract, and the wheels of the front wheel train are driven to rotate, so that the vehicle can move straight or steer.
The braking device comprises: the disc brake disc and the disc brake pliers are arranged on the front and rear four wheels, and the braking force is stronger.
The operation platform comprises: the device comprises an operating bench, a valve discharging operating handle, an instrument panel, an accelerator pedal and a brake pedal.
The valve-discharging operation handle is used for respectively controlling each path of valve in the valve-discharging, the valve-discharging is arranged on a loop of a hydraulic oil tank 5 of a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic hammer, the hydraulic pump is connected to an output shaft of a diesel engine, and the multi-path operation valve handle is operated to respectively control a secondary lifting cylinder 4-2, a transverse oil cylinder 4-3, a pitching oil cylinder 4-4, an upright column adjusting cylinder 4-7, a main lifting cylinder 4-16, the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic hammer to form a hydraulic loop so as to drive the work of each oil cylinder, the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic hammer and control the operation of a hydraulic system of the whole vehicle; the accelerator pedal controls the oil pressure and flow rate of the hydraulic system, and the brake pedal controls the stopping of the vehicle.
The rotary support below the transverse slideway is connected with the front and rear support columns of the floor through pin shafts, the upright post adjusting oil cylinder is connected with the lug plates of the support frame of the working mechanism and the lug plates of the transverse slideway through pin shafts, the front and rear inclination adjustment of the working mechanism is carried out, and the upright post adjusting oil cylinder is arranged on the left side or the right side of the floor.
The transverse sliding block is arranged in the transverse slideway, and the transverse oil cylinder is connected with the transverse slideway and the inner lug plate of the transverse sliding block through a pin shaft to adjust the transverse distance of the working mechanism. The transverse sliding block is connected with the fixed upright post through a pin shaft.
The tilting cylinder is connected with the lug plate at the upper part of the transverse sliding block and the lug plate at the rear side of the fixed upright post through a pin shaft to adjust the left and right tilting of the working mechanism. The lifting upright post is arranged in the fixed upright post, and the auxiliary lifting cylinder is connected with the two sides of the lifting upright post, the single-side round hole or the rear lug plate through anchor ears or rear lug plates on the two sides and the single side of the fixed upright post to adjust the height of the lifting upright post.
The auxiliary upright post is connected with the upper end flange of the lifting upright post through the lower end flange, so that the travel of the inner sliding plate is increased.
The inner slide plate is arranged in the lifting upright post and the auxiliary upright post, the main lifting cylinder is connected with the lifting upright post through a hoop or a flange, the cylinder head of the main lifting cylinder is connected with the lifting pulley through threads, the beating and pulling hammer clamping plate is connected with the inner slide plate and the hydraulic hammer through bolts to form a beating and pulling hammer clamping plate combination body, one end of the lifting chain is fixed on the lifting upright post, the beating and pulling hammer clamping plate combination body or the auxiliary upright post through the lifting pulley, the other end of the lifting chain is fixed on the counterweight sliding block, the counterweight sliding block is contacted with the counterweight sliding block baffle through the expansion and contraction of the main lifting cylinder, and the lifting chain is tightened, so that the lifting of the beating and pulling hammer clamping plate combination body is driven.
The limiting frame is fixed on the lifting upright post through a bolt, and the lowest descending height of the beating and pulling hammer clamping plate combination body is adjusted. The pile gripper is connected with the lifting upright post through bolts.
The wheel type chassis is welded on the chassis frame except the operation table and the working mechanism support frame, and the rest are all in bolt connection.
The engine drives the hydraulic pump to operate through the hydraulic system.
The hydraulic power-assisted system consists of a steering gear, a hydraulic steering gear, a power-assisted oil cylinder and the like, wherein the hydraulic pump provides power, and the steering gear drives the hydraulic steering gear to adjust the power-assisted oil cylinder to stretch out and draw back.
The front and rear four wheels are provided with a disc brake disc and a disc brake clamp, so that the braking force is stronger.
The operation panel comprises an operation bench, a discharge valve, an instrument panel, an accelerator pedal, a brake pedal and the like, wherein the discharge valve controls the operation of the hydraulic system of the whole vehicle.
The running mechanism is composed of a hydraulic motor, a chain wheel, a clutch and the like, and the hydraulic motor rotates to drive the chain wheel in the rear wheel train to rotate through a chain, so that the whole vehicle is driven to advance and retreat.
Example 2: in fig. 11 and 12, the tracked floor frame includes: a floor transverse beam 16, a floor longitudinal beam 17, a front support column 14, a rear support column 15; the front support column 14 and the rear support column 15 are also connected to the floor transverse beam 16, and hinge holes corresponding to the left and right hinge holes 4-21 are formed in the front support column 14 and the rear support column 15.
The crawler travelling mechanism is provided with two groups of crawler travelling gear trains, the power wheels of the crawler travelling gear trains are connected with hydraulic motors, and the hydraulic motors directly drive the crawler travelling gear trains to move forwards, backwards or stop.
The crawler-type ground disc is provided with a working mechanism which is the same as the working mechanism arranged on the wheel-type ground disc.
Example 3: in fig. 13, an embodiment is shown in which one auxiliary lift cylinder 4-2 is installed on each side of the fixed column. Otherwise, the same as in example 1 was conducted.
Example 4: in fig. 14, an embodiment is shown in which a sub lift cylinder 4-2 is installed at the rear side of the stationary upright. Otherwise, the same as in example 1 was conducted.
Example 5: in fig. 15, the sliding plate winding device comprises a sliding plate winding machine 4-25, wherein the sliding plate winding machine 4-25 is arranged on an auxiliary upright post flange 4-1, and a steel wire rope of the sliding plate winding machine 4-25 is directly connected with a counterweight sliding block. Otherwise, the same as in example 1 was conducted.
Example 6: in fig. 16, the sliding plate lifter is a sliding plate winch device, the sliding plate winch device comprises a sliding plate winch 4-25 and a winch pulley 4-26, the sliding plate winch 4-25 is arranged on a transverse slideway 4-8 of the transverse device, the winch pulley 4-26 is arranged on an auxiliary upright post flange 4-1, and a steel wire rope of the sliding plate winch 4-25 bypasses the winch pulley 4-26 to be connected with a counterweight sliding block. Otherwise, the same as in example 1 was conducted.
