Abstract
本发明公开了一种护栏立柱,包括若干主体、上盖及底座,底座固定安装于地面,若干主体相互固定并固定于底座,上盖固定于若干主体另一端,若干主体之间形成间隙及凹槽,间隙与凹槽连通,护栏立柱还包括灯带及透光板,灯带收容于间隙,透光板固定安装于凹槽边缘,灯带发出的光经透光板折射向外发散,通过上述设计,使护栏立柱在具有防护功能的同时还能照明,并且作为景观美化灯。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑领域,尤其是涉及一种护栏立柱。
背景技术
护栏主要用于住宅、公路、商业区、公共场所等场合中对人身安全及设备设施的保护与防护。护栏在我们生活中处处可见。护栏根据高度的不同,每米长度的价格也会不同。护栏常用钢材所制,如:不锈钢,圆钢管,方钢管或压型钢板,铁丝。表面处理工艺:全自动静电粉末喷涂(即喷塑)或喷漆。近年来也较流行铝合金材质的插接,组装式护栏。
现有的护栏立柱功能单一,仅仅只能对人身安全及设备设施的保护与防护,没有其他的功能。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种兼具照明、娱乐、防护功能的护栏立柱。
本发明的目的采用以下技术方案实现:
一种护栏立柱,包括若干主体、上盖及底座,所述底座固定安装于地面,若干所述主体相互固定并固定于所述底座,所述上盖固定于若干所述主体另一端,若干所述主体之间形成间隙及凹槽,所述间隙与所述凹槽连通,所述护栏立柱还包括灯带及透光板,所述灯带收容于所述间隙,所述透光板固定安装于所述凹槽边缘,所述灯带发出的光经所述透光板折射向外发散。
进一步地,所述护栏立柱还包括色彩图形调节带及两滚轮,所述色彩图形调节带上设有若干形状不同、色彩不同的图案,两所述滚轮转动安装于所述主体或所述上盖及所述底座,所述色彩图形调节带套设于两所述滚轮之间,并随所述滚轮转动,使所述灯带发出的光产生不同的色彩及图案效果。
进一步地,所述上盖为太阳能板,所述护栏立柱还包括驱动件,一所述滚轮与所述驱动件固定连接,所述太阳能板为所述驱动件供电带动所述滚轮转动。
进一步地,所述护栏立柱还包括装饰盖,所述装饰盖固定于所述底座。
进一步地,所述护栏立柱还包括控制装置及声音传感器,所述控制装置与所述声音传感器及所述灯带电连接,当所述声音传感器接收的声音信号音量增大时,所述控制装置控制所述灯带的亮度减弱,当所述声音传感器接收的声音信号音量减小时,所述控制装置控制所述灯带的亮度增强。
进一步地,所述声音传感器接收的声音信号音量在15-80分贝。
进一步地,所述护栏立柱还包括电线,所述灯带与所述电线连接并通过所述电线与电源电连接。
进一步地,所述护栏立柱还包括密封盖,所述密封盖固定于所述主体用以密封所述灯带与所述电线的连接处。
进一步地,所述主体为型材,所述主体的截面为吕字形。
相比现有技术,本发明护栏立柱的若干主体之间形成间隙及凹槽,间隙与凹槽连通,护栏立柱还包括灯带及透光板,灯带收容于间隙,透光板固定安装于凹槽边缘,灯带发出的光经透光板折射向外发散,通过上述设计,使护栏立柱在具有防护功能的同时还能照明,并且作为景观美化灯。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明的是,当组件被称为“固定于”另一个组件,它可以直接在另一个组件上或者也可以存在居中的组件。当一个组件被认为是“连接”另一个组件,它可以是直接连接到另一个组件或者可能同时存在居中组件。当一个组件被认为是“设置于”另一个组件,它可以是直接设置在另一个组件上或者可能同时存在居中组件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
请参阅图1至图3,为本发明护栏立柱100的一较佳实施例,在本实施例中,护栏立柱100包括若干主体10、上盖20、透光板30、装饰盖40、底座50、灯带60、色彩图形调节带70、电线80、密封盖90。
每一主体10为铝型材,并且截面呈吕字形。若干主体10通过螺丝相互固定。若干主体10之间形成间隙11。在本实施例中,主体10的数量为二。两主体10侧边之间形成凹槽12。凹槽12与间隙11之间连通。灯带60收容于间隙11。
本发明护栏立柱100还包括两滚轮及驱动件,两滚轮转动安装于主体10或者上盖20及底座50。驱动件与一滚轮固定连接。色彩图形调节带70上设有若干形状不同、色彩不同的图案。色彩图形调节带70套设于两滚轮并随滚转转动。每一图案对应灯带60上的一光源。
上盖20固定于若干主体10一端使若干主体10的端部密封。在本实施例中,上盖20为太阳能板。上盖20为驱动件提供电源。透光板30为玻璃。透光板30的数量为二,两透光板30通过透光板安装第一辅助件92及透光板安装第二辅助件93分别固定于主体10两侧的凹槽12边缘处。
灯带60末端与电线80连接,并通过电线80与电源连接。密封盖90固定于主体10使灯带60与电线80的连接处密封。若干主体10焊接固定于底座50,底座50通过紧固件91固定于地面,装饰盖40固定于底座50表面。
护栏立柱100还包括控制装置及声音传感器,控制装置与声音传感器及灯带60电连接,当声音传感器接收的声音信号音量增大时,控制装置控制灯带60的亮度减弱,当声音传感器接收的声音信号音量减小时,控制装置控制灯带60的亮度增强。声音传感器接收的声音信号音量在15-80分贝。
使用护栏立柱100时,灯带60发出的光经透光板30折射向外发散,驱动件带动色彩图形调节带70转动,使灯带60发出的光不停变换形状及色彩,营造唯美的灯光效果。当人从远处走近时,灯光亮度逐渐减小,防止人在远处时灯光不够亮,看不清路面或景色;也能避免人在近处时灯光太亮,刺眼。
通过上述设计,使护栏立柱100在具有防护功能的同时还能照明,并且作为景观美化灯,具有多种功能。
对本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上描述的技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种相应的改变以及形变,而所有的这些改变以及形变都应该属于本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种护栏立柱,包括若干主体、上盖及底座,所述底座固定安装于地面,若干所述主体相互固定并固定于所述底座,所述上盖固定于若干所述主体另一端,其特征在于:若干所述主体之间形成间隙及凹槽,所述间隙与所述凹槽连通,所述护栏立柱还包括灯带及透光板,所述灯带收容于所述间隙,所述透光板固定安装于所述凹槽边缘,所述灯带发出的光经所述透光板折射向外发散。
2.根据权利要求1所述的护栏立柱,其特征在于:所述护栏立柱还包括色彩图形调节带及两滚轮,所述色彩图形调节带上设有若干形状不同、色彩不同的图案,两所述滚轮转动安装于所述主体或所述上盖及所述底座,所述色彩图形调节带套设于两所述滚轮之间,并随所述滚轮转动,使所述灯带发出的光产生不同的色彩及图案效果。
3.根据权利要求2所述的护栏立柱,其特征在于:所述上盖为太阳能板,所述护栏立柱还包括驱动件,一所述滚轮与所述驱动件固定连接,所述太阳能板为所述驱动件供电带动所述滚轮转动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的护栏立柱,其特征在于:所述护栏立柱还包括装饰盖,所述装饰盖固定于所述底座。
5.根据权利要求1所述的护栏立柱,其特征在于:所述护栏立柱还包括控制装置及声音传感器,所述控制装置与所述声音传感器及所述灯带电连接,当所述声音传感器接收的声音信号音量增大时,所述控制装置控制所述灯带的亮度减弱,当所述声音传感器接收的声音信号音量减小时,所述控制装置控制所述灯带的亮度增强。
6.根据权利要求5所述的护栏立柱,其特征在于:所述声音传感器接收的声音信号音量在15-80分贝。
7.根据权利要求1所述的护栏立柱,其特征在于:所述护栏立柱还包括电线,所述灯带与所述电线连接并通过所述电线与电源电连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的护栏立柱,其特征在于:所述护栏立柱还包括密封盖,所述密封盖固定于所述主体用以密封所述灯带与所述电线的连接处。
9.根据权利要求1所述的护栏立柱,其特征在于:所述主体为型材,所述主体的截面为吕字形。
