As is known, a cloth marking device for producing a safety seat is an auxiliary device for marking a seat cloth in a safety seat production process so as to cut and sew the seat cloth later, and is widely used in the field of safety seat production; the existing cloth marking device for producing the safety seat comprises a base, a workbench, a discharging device, a receiving device, chalk and a sample plate, wherein the workbench is arranged at the top end of the base, the chalk and the sample plate are both arranged at the top end of the workbench, the discharging device comprises a first fixing plate and a first connecting shaft, the first fixing plate is arranged at the rear side of the top end of the left side surface of the workbench, the first connecting shaft is arranged at the front end of the first fixing plate, the receiving device comprises a servo motor, a second fixing plate and a second connecting shaft, the second fixing plate is arranged at the rear side of the top end of the right side surface of the workbench, the servo motor is arranged at the rear end of the second fixing plate, a rotating shaft is arranged at the front output end of the servo motor, the second connecting shaft is positioned at the front end of the second fixing plate, and the front end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the second fixing plate and is connected with the rear end of the second connecting shaft; when the existing cloth marking device for producing the safety seat is used, firstly, the cloth sleeve is sleeved on the first connecting shaft, meanwhile, the fixing sleeve is sleeved on the second connecting shaft, then one end of the cloth is fixed on the fixing sleeve, after the fixing is finished, the sample plate is placed on the cloth on the upper surface of the workbench, the cloth is marked along the outer edge of the sample plate by marking chalk, after the marking, the servo motor is controlled to drive the second connecting shaft on the rotating shaft to rotate, so that the cloth on the upper side surface of the workbench moves rightwards for a certain distance, then the sample plate is placed on the cloth on the upper surface of the workbench again, the cloth is marked along the outer edge of the sample plate by marking chalk, and the process is repeated until the cloth is marked; the existing cloth scribing device for producing the safety seat is found to have limited stability and limited use reliability of a first connecting shaft and a second connecting shaft which are sleeved with a cloth sleeve and a fixing sleeve; the stability of the cloth on the workbench is limited, and the displacement phenomenon is easy to generate in the scribing process, so that the scribing effect is affected, and the usability is limited; and the template is required to be pressed all the time in the scribing process so as to prevent the template from shifting, and the pressing and fixing effects are limited and troublesome, so that the use reliability is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a first connecting shaft and a second connecting shaft which are sleeved with a cloth sleeve and a fixed sleeve, which can enhance the stability when in use and improve the use reliability; meanwhile, the stability of the cloth on the workbench is enhanced, the scribing effect is improved, and the usability is enhanced; and need not to mark a line the in-process and press the template manually, strengthen simultaneously and press fixed effect, improve the cloth marking device for the safety seat production of use reliability.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the first connecting shaft and the second connecting shaft can be supported through the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece, so that the stability of the first connecting shaft and the second connecting shaft sleeved with the cloth sleeve and the fixing sleeve in use is enhanced, and the use reliability is improved; simultaneously, the two groups of first telescopic motors can be controlled to drive the pressing plates on the first movable rods to move downwards at the same time, so that the pressing plates compress and fix the cloth, the stability of the cloth on the workbench is enhanced, the scribing effect is improved, and the usability is enhanced; and the template on the second movable rod is driven to move downwards by controlling the second telescopic motor, so that the template is pressed on the cloth, and manual pressing of the template in the scribing process is not needed, thereby enhancing the pressing and fixing effects and improving the use reliability.
