The web in the wind turbine blade is a main component for connecting the PS (pressure side) and SS (section side) together. The principle of the web plate is the same as that of the I-beam, and the web plate plays a role in shearing resistance and bending resistance in the wind power blade. The web turn-over protection device 1 comprises a protection part 2 and a connecting part 3, wherein an accommodating space 21 is formed in the inner side of the protection part 2, the accommodating space 21 is used for accommodating an adhesive part 51 of a web 5, the outer surface of the protection part 2 is used for supporting and positioning a sling 6, and the connecting part 3 is connected to the protection part 2 and is used for enabling the protection part 2 to be connected to a vertical plate 52 of the web 5 in a detachable mode.
The web turn-over protection device 1 is fixed at the bonding part 51 of the web 5 through the connecting part 3, and when the web 5 is bound and fixed by using the hanging belt 6 and moves, the hanging belt 6 is directly contacted with the outer surface of the protection part 2 and transmits acting force to the vertical plate 52 through the connecting part 3, so that the bonding part 51 positioned in the accommodating space 21 of the protection part 2 is protected from being deformed by the compression of the hanging belt 6. In this embodiment, the two bonding portions 51 on both sides of the web 5 are provided with the web turn-over protection device 1, and the hanging strip 6 is wound around the outer surfaces of the protection portions 2 of the two web turn-over protection devices 1, so that the bonding portions 51 are protected.
The protecting part 2 of the web turning-over protecting device 1 comprises a protecting part body 22 and two extending parts 23, wherein the two extending parts 23 are respectively positioned at two sides of the length direction a of the protecting part body 22 and extend towards the direction different from the length direction a of the protecting part body 22, the protecting part body 22 and the two extending parts 23 enclose the accommodating space 21 for accommodating the bonding part 51, and the connecting part 3 is positioned between the two extending parts 23. The protection part 2 of this structure can accommodate the adhesive part 51, and fix the web 5 by being positioned between the two extension parts 23 via the connection part 3 and by locking the standing plate 52 from both ends.
In the present embodiment, the two extending portions 23 are disposed parallel to each other, and the connecting portion 3 includes a first connecting block 31, a second connecting block 32 and an adjusting device. The first connection block 31 is connected to one of the extensions 23 of the two extensions 23, and the second connection block 32 is disposed opposite to and spaced apart from the first connection block 31, and the second connection block 32 is connected to the other extension 23 opposite to the first connection block 31 by an adjusting means for adjusting the distance of the second connection block 32 relative to the other extension 23. By changing the distance between the second connection block 32 and the other extension portion 23, the distance between the first connection block 31 and the second connection block 32 can be gradually shortened, so that when the vertical plate 52 is arranged between the first connection block 31 and the second connection block 32, the vertical plate 52 is clamped and fixed between the two extension portions 23 through the adjusting device, and the web turning protection device 1 is used for fixing the web 5.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the surface of the first connecting block 31 is provided with a first protruding portion 311, the first protruding portion 311 is located on the surface of the first connecting block 31 contacting one of the extending portions 23, and the extending portion 23 is correspondingly provided with a first groove 231, and the first protruding portion 311 is clamped in the first groove 231, so that temporary positioning and fixing between the first connecting block 31 and the extending portion 23 are realized, and the fixing effect is prevented from being influenced due to loosening between the first connecting block 31 and the extending portion 23 when the first connecting block 31 and the second connecting block 32 jointly act to clamp the vertical plate 52.
The adjusting device comprises a screw 331, the screw 331 is connected to the other extension portion 23 and is screwed to the second connecting block 32, by rotating the screw 331, the first alignment distance between the screw 331 and the second connecting block 32 can be changed, so that the second connecting block 32 can move towards the first connecting block 31, the vertical plate 52 is clamped between the first connecting block 31 and the second connecting block 32, and in addition, the mode of adjusting the distance between the second connecting block 32 by the screw 331 is simple in structure and convenient to maintain.
The other extension part 23 is provided with a second protruding part 232, and the screw rod 331 is provided with a second groove 321 corresponding to the second protruding part 232, and the second groove 321 is clamped and fixed on the second protruding part 232, so that the screw rod 331 is positioned and fixed with the other extension part 23 through the connection between the second protruding part 232 and the second groove 321. In this structure, when the screw 331 abuts against the extension portion 23 and the second connection block 32 abuts against the surface of the vertical plate 52, positioning between the screw 331 and the extension portion 23 can be achieved through the second protruding portion 232 and the second groove 321, so that the screw 331 and the extension portion 23 are prevented from loosening to affect the fixing effect. In this embodiment, the second protruding portion 232 is a screw screwed on the extension portion 23, and by adjusting the position of the screw relative to the extension portion 23, the second protruding portion may protrude from the extension portion 23 to position the second groove 321, and if the second connecting block 32 needs to be quickly separated from the extension portion 23, the screw may only need to be screwed into the extension portion 23.
In addition, in order to ensure that the connection portion 3 does not cause damage such as scratch, bruise, and scratch to the surface of the vertical plate 52 when the vertical plate 52 is in direct contact with the first connection block 31 and the second connection block 32, the first connection block 31 and the second connection block 32 may be made of nylon, so that the hardness of the first connection block 31 and the second connection block 32 is reduced, and the connection portion 3 is in flexible contact with the vertical plate 52. In this embodiment, the connecting portion 3 further has a set screw 35, and the set screw 35 is screwed on the second connecting block 32 and penetrates through the through hole on the side wall of the threaded sleeve 34, so as to lock the threaded sleeve 34, avoid the relative displacement of the threaded sleeve 34, and further increase the connection strength between the threaded sleeve 34 and the second connecting block 32.
When the web 5 is fixed to the web turn-over protection device 1, in order to avoid deformation of the adhesive portion 51 due to accidental collision of the adhesive portion 51 with the protecting portion 2, a cushion 24 may be disposed on a surface of the protecting portion body 22 facing the accommodating space 21, so as to reduce an impact force when the adhesive portion 51 contacts with the protecting portion 2, thereby avoiding the occurrence of the above-mentioned situation.
In addition, the side of the protecting part body 22 facing away from the accommodating space 21 is further provided with two blocking parts 221, and the two blocking parts 221 are arranged in parallel and extend outwards, so that a placing space 222 is formed on the outer surface of the protecting part body 22, the placing space 222 is used for accommodating the hanging belt 6, and the hanging belt 6 is prevented from slipping off the surface of the protecting part body 22 by the blocking parts 221 on two sides, so that the use reliability of the web turnover protecting device 1 can be improved.
