Background
With the development of manufacturing industry, the automation degree of production logistics is higher and higher, particularly, workpieces with larger weight often need to be transported through a motorized roller way.
The transportation by the motorized roller way is simple and convenient, and the cost is lower, but because the roller way is often extended continuously to a larger range, sometimes there is a passing requirement between two sides of the roller way, for example, by a forklift, the roller way becomes a hindrance in this case.
In order to enable related personnel and equipment to pass smoothly, a section of the roller way needs to be detached from the roller way; the dismantling process is often complicated, repeated dismantling and installation can also have adverse effects on the whole structure of the roller way, and the butt joint precision of each part is difficult to ensure after connection is restored.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a roller way, which is convenient to operate in the disassembly and assembly process.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a roller way, a rotating roller section, a fixed roller section and at least one hinge device connecting the two; the hinge device comprises a first hinge arm arranged on the rotating roller section and a second hinge arm arranged on the fixed roller section, wherein the first hinge arm and the second hinge arm are hinged through a vertically arranged center pin, so that the rotating roller section rotates around the center pin from a working position in butt joint with the fixed roller section, and rotates around the center pin from a non-working position back to the working position.
Preferably, two hinge devices are arranged between the rotating roller section and the fixed roller section, and the two hinge devices are arranged at vertical intervals.

In a specific embodiment, the roller way provided by the invention comprises a rotating roller section 1 and a fixed roller section 2, wherein the fixed roller section 2 is not completely immovable, but means that the fixed roller section 2 relatively keeps stable in position in the process of switching between a normal working state and a passing state; the legs 3 of the fixed roll section 2 may be mounted to the ground by means of a fixed support 12.
In a roller way, the number of movable roller segments 1 can be one or a plurality of movable roller segments, so that the passing performance of the roller way is more remarkable. The movable roller section 1 is connected with the fixed roller section 2 through a hinge device.
The hinge device comprises a first hinge arm 4 mounted to the rotating roller section 1, the first hinge arm 4 being connectable with the leg 3 of the rotating roller section 1 in a conventional manner, for example by means of a bolt 9; also included is a second hinge arm 5 mounted to the fixed roller segment 2. The second hinge arm 5 may likewise be connected to the leg 3 of the fixed roller segment 2 in a conventional manner, such as by a bolt 9. The first hinge arm 4 and the second hinge arm 5 are hinged by the center pin 20, and thus the rotating roller section 1 and the first hinge arm 4 can rotate around the center pin 20 with respect to the fixed roller section 2 and the second hinge arm 5.
When people or equipment pass through the two sides of the roller way, the rotating roller section 1 and the first hinge arm 4 can be rotated around the center pin 20 to be away from the working position, the rotating roller section 1 is separated from the fixed roller section 2, and the people or equipment can pass through the rotating roller section and the fixed roller section, so that the operation is simple and quick; after the passing of the personnel or the equipment is finished, the rotating roller section 1 and the first hinge arm 4 can be rotated from the non-working position around the center pin 20 to the working position butted with the fixed roller section 2, so that the operation is simple and quick, and the rotating roller section 1 and the fixed roller section 2 are always hinged into a whole through the first hinge arm 4 and the second hinge arm 5, so that the relative position relationship of the rotating roller section 1 and the first hinge arm 4 can be accurately restored, and the operation is further simplified.
In a roller way, the number of the hinge devices can be one, so that the working process can be realized; however, for the device to be more structurally stable, two sets of said hinge means may be provided on the legs 3 of the rotating roll section 1 and the stationary roll section 2, one above the other.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the turning roll section 1 may include a plurality of legs 3, and the number of the legs 3 is specifically two in the drawings, but it is apparent that the number of the legs 3 is not necessarily limited to two. In order to make the rotating process of the rotating roller section 1 smoother, the supporting leg 3 of the bottom of the rotating roller section 1, which is provided with one end (right end in the figure) of the first hinge arm 4, can be suspended, and the steering wheel 11 is arranged on the supporting leg 3 of the bottom of the end (left end in the figure) far away from the first hinge arm 4. The inner leg 3 is suspended and the outer leg 3 rolls during rotation, which is obviously more stable and smooth.
The position of the centre pin 20 can be further optimised in order to obtain a larger angle of rotation. In the working state that the rotating roller section 1 is in butt joint with the fixed roller section 2, the center pin 20 is preferably positioned on the outer side of the side edge of the roller way; in this way, the angular range of relative rotation is significantly increased, which is advantageous in expanding the passage space therebetween.
With repeated dismantling and installation of the rotating roller section 1 and the first hinge arm 4 relative to the fixed roller section 2 and the second hinge arm 5, the whole structure of the equipment may be damaged; in order to avoid such a disadvantage, a roller bracket 13 may be fixedly mounted on the first hinge arm 4, and a roller 14 may be mounted at the end of the roller bracket 13; and the lower guide plate 62 is fixedly installed on the second hinge arm 5 so that the roller 14 can always be supported to roll on the upper surface of the lower guide plate 62 during the rotation of the first hinge arm 4 with respect to the second hinge arm 5. In this way, the roller bracket 13 and the lower guide plate 62 cooperate to conduct the relevant forces, so that the overall structure can be maintained stable after repeated removal and installation.
Of course, the mounting relationship of the roller bracket 13 and the lower guide plate 62 may be interchanged, i.e., the roller bracket 13 is mounted to the second hinge arm 5 and the lower guide plate 62 is mounted to the first hinge arm 4.
Further, an upper guide plate 61 may be installed above the lower guide plate 62, and both may be installed to the first hinge arm 4 or both may be installed to the second hinge arm 5. The upper guide plate 61 and the lower guide plate 62 are arranged in parallel, and the distance between the upper guide plate and the lower guide plate is equal to or slightly larger than the diameter of the roller 14, so that a guide groove is provided for the roller 14; the arrangement structure is more stable.
As shown in fig. 3, an anti-collision bracket 22 may be further disposed at the outer side of the second hinge arm 5, and an anti-collision block 17 may be disposed at the outer end of the anti-collision bracket 22; the anti-collision block 17 may be made of a material with a proper elastic coefficient, such as hard rubber, so that when the first hinge arm 4 rotates to a predetermined angle relative to the second hinge arm 5, the anti-collision block 17 can limit the first hinge arm 4 to continue rotating, so as to avoid damage of related components caused by direct collision.
In order to enable the roller way to be convenient to assemble and disassemble and obtain higher butting positioning precision after resetting, the roller way can be further arranged as follows.
For example, the first hinge arm 4 and the turning roll segment 1 may be connected by means of bolts 9 or in other conventional ways and provided as a clearance fit, i.e. to enable a suitable displacement of the first hinge arm 4 relative to the turning roll segment 1 in a horizontal plane perpendicular to the conveying direction of the roller table. Meanwhile, a first adjusting baffle 7 with a screw hole is fixedly arranged on the rotating roller section 1, a first adjusting bolt 21 matched with the first adjusting baffle is arranged in the first adjusting baffle, the inner end of the first adjusting bolt 21 abuts against the first hinge arm 4, and the arrangement direction of the first adjusting baffle is horizontal and perpendicular to the conveying direction of the roller way. In this way, the horizontal position of the first hinge arm 4 on the rotating roller section 1 can be fine-tuned if necessary.
For another example, the second hinge arm 5 and the fixed roller section 2 may also be connected by bolts 9 or other conventional means and provided as a clearance fit, i.e. to enable a suitable displacement of the second hinge arm 5 in the vertical direction relative to the fixed roller section 2. At the same time, a second adjusting baffle 8 with a screw hole is fixedly arranged on the fixed roller section 2, a second adjusting bolt 10 matched with the second adjusting baffle is arranged in the second adjusting baffle, the inner end of the second adjusting bolt 10 is propped against the second hinge arm 5, and the second adjusting baffle is also vertically arranged. In this way, the vertical position of the second hinge arm 5 on the fixed roller section 2 can be suitably fine-tuned if necessary.
The arrangement of the first adjusting bolt 21, the second adjusting bolt 10 and the related structure matched with the first adjusting bolt and the second adjusting bolt can further ensure the accuracy of the relative position relation between the rotating roller section 1 and the fixed roller section 2 after the butt joint is restored.
Of course, the first adjusting bolt 21 and the second adjusting bolt 10 may be provided at the same time, or only one of them may be provided.
In addition, other settings may be made as desired; for example, a position holder for fixing the relative positional relationship of the fixed roller segment 2 and the rotating roller segment 1 after the abutment can be provided.
