Abstract

A corrugated case for continuously supplying bottled beverage packages integrating transportation and sales relates to the technical field of transportation packaging technology and sales packaging technology. The corrugated case of the present example includes a case and two corrugated board ramp fittings for continuous beverage functions. The corrugated paper box for continuously supplying beverage package is a regular common paper box during transportation; when the beverage is sold and packaged, the beverage is torn along the tearing line on the edge of the box body to form a delivery port, the delivery port is folded into an inner structure, a bottle of beverage slides to the delivery port, and finally, the tearing line on the delivery port is torn off to take out the beverage.

Nowadays, bottled beverages are a kind of life quick-release products with large sales volume and various kinds. Corrugated cardboard boxes are commonly used for packaging bottled beverages when leaving factories so as to protect the beverage bottles in long-distance transportation; once in the supermarket for sale or display, the corrugated cartons are discarded. Although many corrugated carton manufacturers for packaging beverages have considered to use transportation cartons as shelves for sale and placement so as to improve the recycling rate of the corrugated cartons, problems still exist in that at present, only a part of the cartons is simply torn off during the sale of the cartons, corrugated sections are exposed at the side surfaces, and the corrugated cartons are not attractive enough, and the whole packaging grade is lowered. In addition, if a consumer takes one bottle, the placement of the rest beverage bottles may be messy, and even the whole box body may be tipped over due to the fact that the beverage is poured. The existing corrugated boxes for packaging beverage integrated with transportation and sales are not considered for convenient use by consumers, and the problem of continuous beverage supply after use is not considered, so that the corrugated boxes for packaging beverage integrated with transportation and sales are required to be designed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a corrugated case for continuously supplying beverage packages, which integrates transportation and sales, so as to solve the problems of transportation of bottled beverages and single-bottle sales, and simultaneously ensure the requirement of continuously supplying beverages during sales.

2. The corrugated case can be used for selling bottled beverage in single bottle, and the beverage in the case can be taken out only by tearing the front delivery port during selling, so that the beverage in the case can be purchased by a consumer in single bottle.
3. The corrugated case can realize continuous supply of single-bottle beverage, namely, one bottle is taken out, and the bottle automatically appears immediately at the delivery port, so that the corrugated case is very convenient, and a consumer can take out the beverage from the upper part of the delivery port due to the exquisite design of the delivery port. In addition, the corrugated boxes can be placed side by side without affecting goods taking, so that space is saved, and efficiency is improved.
