Abstract

本发明涉及纺织纤维布料技术领域,特指一种防静电自发热被罩布料。其结构依次为防静电聚酯纤维层、空气层、自发热棉布层。该被罩利用珊瑚绒织入导电纤维作为导电层,充分利用了导电纤维对周围空气电离的特性,使被罩具有防静电的功能,同时该被罩具有防螨虫和自发热效果,具有很大的实用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织纤维布料技术领域,特指一种防静电自发热被罩布料。
背景技术
防静电织物是指经过处理而具有防静电功能的织物,它利用电荷泄漏与中和两种消电原理实现防静电性能,同时采用了符合国家标准的布料,因此可作为日常使用布料之一。传统化纤布料透气性差、易摩擦起电;天然纤维布料易吸尘、耐用性差。近年来,随着化纤布料的广泛使用和家用电器的增加,加之室内地板、墙面、天花板大多属于绝缘体,空气干燥,静电干扰给人们生活带来严重影响。
长期处于静电辐射下,将干扰人体体表的正常电位差,从而影响心肌正常的电生理过程。持久的静电还会使血液的碱性升高,导致色素沉着,影响人的机体生理平衡,使人体产生焦躁不安、头痛、胸闷、呼吸困难、咳嗽等不适感。静电还可吸附空气中大量尘埃,带电性越大、吸附尘埃的数量就越多,而吸附的尘埃中往往夹杂着多种有害物质甚至是病菌,轻则刺激皮肤,影响皮肤,光泽堵塞毛孔,重则使皮肤遭受螨虫侵害,使皮肤瘙痒,更严重的还会引发支气管哮喘和心律失常等病症。因此,利用防静电布料作为日常衣物和床上用品布料具有很大的应用前景。
冬季空气干冷干燥,室内暖风空调加速空气中水分和人体水分的蒸发,人体水分大量缺失,电阻值增大,导致局部皮肤有大量电荷堆积。采用普通布料作为被罩,电荷将在被罩上静止聚集,达到一定的电压时就会产生放电现象,发出响声和火花,致使人体烦躁不适甚至失眠,给人们生活和工作带来不利影响,并且传统保暖采用防止热量散失方式,效果不佳,因此,设计和开发具有防静电自发热性能的被罩具有重要意义。
目前公开号为CN 206501523 U,公告日为2017年9月19日中国专利《一种防静电布料》公开了一种防静电布料,包括布料本体和复合功能层,布料本体由经线和纬线交织成,并穿插若干导电棉线;复合层包括加湿层、防霉层、摩擦层、防静电层。防静电层喷涂在摩擦层与防霉层、加湿层与布料层之间,防霉层喷涂在加湿层,摩擦层设置在防霉层外侧,防静电层为导静电涂料,加湿层为亲水性聚酯短纤维,防霉层为防霉涂料,摩擦层为海泡石纤维且表面编织有波浪形花纹。公开号为CN 205757260 U,公告日为2016年12月7日中国专利《一种具有新型防静电结构内衣》公开了一种具有新型防静电结构内衣,包括外层、中间导电层和棉质内层。中间导电层为由导电纤维编织而成的网格层,导电纤维具有碳黑混炼纤维内芯和金属纤维包覆层。
选择制作被罩布料时,首先要实现防静电功能,还要具有防螨功能,最后作为冬季贴身床上用品,具有自发热功能的被罩将极具实用性。
本发明提出了一种防静电自发热被罩布料,其结构依次为防静电聚酯纤维层、空气层、自发热棉布层。该被罩利用珊瑚绒织入导电纤维作为防静电聚酯纤维层,使织物导电性增强,由此快速消除织物上产生的电荷,同时充分利用了导电纤维对周围空气电离的特性,使被罩具有防静电的功能;该被罩采用乳胶作为空气层填充颗粒,具有防螨虫功效;同时还采用了发热纤维,根据人体温度进行温度调节,体感舒适,具有很大的实用性。
发明内容
针对现有技术的需要,本发明的目的在于提供一种防静电自发热被罩布料,(1)根据静电消除原理,在人体产生静电时,将电荷进行逸散或中和,将普通布料经过织造工艺与复合处理设计防静电布料;(2)其中利用珊瑚绒中织入导电纤维作为防静电聚酯纤维层,为防静电被罩布料提供导电层;(3)空气层中放置天然乳胶微粒,实现抗静电、防螨虫、透气功能;(4)将发热纤维织入植物棉布层,以实现亲肤、保暖功能。
本发明解决其关键问题所采用的技术方案为:一种防静电自发热被罩布料,其特征在于:包括由上至下的防静电聚酯纤维层、空气层、自发热棉布层。
本发明以防静电聚酯纤维层作为导电层,以空气层作为透气层,以自发热棉布层作为保暖层。如图1所示,其工作机制为:在静电场的作用下,导电纤维对周围的空气进行电离,形成正负离子,将织物所带静电荷中和,达到消除静电的目的;空气层中的天然乳胶,含有丰富的乳胶蛋白,可破坏食物链阻止螨菌存活,天然抑菌;自发热棉布层将发热纤维以经线和纬线方式织入植物棉布中,实现自然发热,大大提高保暖效果,降低空调使用率,减少水分流失。
所述的防静电聚酯纤维层,采用梭织方式将导电纤维织入珊瑚绒中,利用两组或两组以上的相互垂直珊瑚绒线,以90度角作经纬交织,用梭子带动纬纱在上下开合的经纱开口中穿过,构成交叉的结构,将导电纤维均匀分布在珊瑚绒中,织成边长为1mm的小方格,纤维之间互相搭接形成完整导体。防静电聚酯纤维层厚度范围为0.1~0.4mm。
所述的空气层,在1和3层中间留一个空层,放入若干天然乳胶,空气层厚度范围为1~3mm。
所述的自发热棉布层,采用纺纱方式将发热纤维织入棉布里,将棉纤维与发热纤维捻在一起纺成线或纱,用这些线或纱织成布作为亲肤自发热层,自发热棉布层厚度为0.3mm,发热温度范围为39-50℃。
与普通被罩布料相比,本发明在被罩防静电和自发热性能方面具有如下优势:本发明利用珊瑚绒织入导电纤维,形成良好的导电层,从而使被罩能够中和人体积聚的静电荷;该发明设置空气层加入天然乳胶,天然乳胶分子具有开放式的乳胶多孔气囊结构体,利于空气流通,可防潮湿,不易滋生螨菌,同时天然乳胶可及时吸收分解人体排出的液体,使螨菌无法附着;本发明采用植物棉布层与人体接触,保证了人体舒适感,在棉布层中织入发热纤维,利用人体的皮肤表层产热获得能量,并进行储存,当人体体温降低时,再释放回人体,具有储热并发热功能,降低空调使用频率,避免空气过分干燥,引起人体不适。

下面结合附图实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述,但不应以此限制本发明的保护范围。

本发明一种防静电自发热被罩布料制备方法包括如下步骤:
1.珊瑚绒织入导电纤维;
2.空气层中放置天然乳胶颗粒;
3.植物棉布层中织入自发热纤维;
实施例一:
1.纤维素纤维采用竹浆纤维。利用碳黑的导电性能制造导电纤维,将纤维素纤维碳化处理,惰性气氛下在146℃~260℃温度范围内,对纤维素纤维进行加热碳化使其主链主要为碳原子,从而得到固有纤维密度和拉伸强度良好碳化纤维,具有导电性能。采用梭织方式将导电纤维织入珊瑚绒中,利用两组或两组以上的相互垂直珊瑚绒线,以90度角作经纬交织,用梭子带动纬纱在上下开合的经纱开口中穿过,构成交叉的结构,将导电纤维均匀分布在珊瑚绒中,织成边长为1mm的小方格,纤维之间互相搭接形成一个完整导体。
2.空气层中放入粒径约为1.06μm的天然乳胶颗粒。
3.植物棉布中利用纺纱工艺均匀织入发热纤维,将棉纤维与亚烯酸盐系纤维捻在一起纺成线,并用这些线或织成布。亚烯酸盐系纤维(esk纤维)是自行发热而温暖身体的一种全新材料,由东洋纺(日本)所研发。
4.将防静电聚酯纤维层、空气层、自发热棉布层进行复合。通过纱线将上下两层织物连成一个整体,采用接结纬法,将每一根接结纬纱与上下层织物的接结点沿布边方向拉开一定距离。下机后,将上层织物水平移动,使相应的两个接结点重合,再将上层织物垂直向上移动,直至中间纱线绷直。

1.一种防静电自发热被罩布料,其特征在于,包括由上至下的防静电聚酯纤维层、空气层、自发热棉布层;以防静电聚酯纤维层作为导电层,以空气层作为透气层,以自发热棉布层作为保暖层;所述的防静电聚酯纤维层,采用梭织方式将导电纤维织入珊瑚绒中,所述的自发热棉布层,采用纺纱方式将发热纤维织入棉布里;所述的空气层里放入天然乳胶。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防静电自发热被罩布料,其特征在于,防静电聚酯纤维层厚度范围为0.1~0.4mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种防静电自发热被罩布料,其特征在于,所述的采用梭织方式将导电纤维织入珊瑚绒中指:利用两组或两组以上的相互垂直珊瑚绒线,以90度角作经纬交织,用梭子带动纬纱在上下开合的经纱开口中穿过,构成交叉的结构,将导电纤维均匀分布在珊瑚绒中,织成边长为1mm的小方格,纤维之间互相搭接形成完整导体。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防静电自发热被罩布料,其特征在于,空气层厚度范围为1~3mm。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种防静电自发热被罩布料,其特征在于,自发热棉布层厚度为0.3mm,发热温度范围为39-50℃;是将棉纤维与发热纤维捻在一起纺成线或纱,用这些线或纱织成布作为亲肤的自发热棉布层。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种防静电自发热被罩布料,其特征在于,所述的导电纤维制备方法如下:纤维素纤维采用竹浆纤维;利用碳黑的导电性能制造导电纤维,将纤维素纤维碳化处理,惰性气氛下在146℃~260℃温度范围内,对纤维素纤维进行加热碳化使其主链主要为碳原子,从而得到固有纤维密度和拉伸强度良好碳化纤维,具有导电性能。
