and the metal plate enters the next washing chamber after passing through the electrolytic equipment, is washed again, and finally enters a coiling machine for coiling and storage.

the upper anode electrode, the lower anode electrode, the upper cathode electrode and the lower cathode electrode are all roller electrodes coated with insulating, water-permeable and wear-resistant materials;
the removing method of the combined type descaling equipment comprises the following steps of physical scale breaking, constraint grinding and electrolysis:
physical scale breaking: the metal plate is uncoiled by an uncoiler and then is conveyed to a stretch bending scale breaker for physical breaking;
constraint grinding: after being bent and crushed, the surface of the metal plate is conveyed to a second tension roller with a power tensioner and then conveyed to a first tension roller, the metal plate enters a constraint grinding machine after coming out of the first tension roller for flexible grinding, and enters the power tensioner at the other side of the constraint grinding machine after coming out of the constraint grinding machine to finish constraint grinding; in the restraint grinding machine, after a sand supply mechanism automatically conveys grinding materials to a feeding bin, an arc-shaped inserting plate is adjusted to rotate to adjust the sand feeding amount, then the vertical position of the feeding bin is adjusted through an air cylinder to adjust the sand feeding angle, and the positions between a first grinding roller and a supporting roller and between a second grinding roller and the supporting roller are adjusted through adjusting air cylinders on the first grinding roller and the second grinding roller, so that the friction force between the grinding materials and metal plates is finally adjusted, flexible friction is realized, unnecessary abrasion is reduced, the metal plates finish front grinding on a first restraint grinding machine in a dust removal chamber, and reverse grinding on a second restraint grinding machine is realized;
