A rotatable spray head according to claim 3 wherein the rotatable spray head is rotatable about a rotational axis, the rotatable spray head comprising: fixed axle (7) level setting is in the middle part of inner tube (3) and the both ends of fixed axle (7) all with the inner wall fixed connection of inner tube (3), the axis direction of fixed axle (7) and the radial coincidence of inner tube (3), the axis coincidence of the axis of two gears (9) and fixed axle (7), two flabellum (8) all are the horizontality cover and establish on fixed axle (7).

A speed adjustable rotary sprayer according to claim 4, wherein: the middle of the fixed shaft (7) is provided with an annular flange (20), the two fan blades (8) are respectively positioned at two sides of the annular flange (20), and the two gears (9) are respectively positioned at two sides of the annular flange (20).

A speed adjustable rotary sprayer according to claim 5, wherein: the rotary table (12) is located right above the annular flange (20), the transmission teeth (13) are vertically meshed with the tooth parts of the two gears (9) downwards, the circular sealing cover plate (14) is fixedly clamped at the top of the pipe sleeve (2), the circular sealing cover plate (14) is connected with the pipe sleeve (2) in an interference fit mode, a second waterproof bearing (16) is embedded into the bottom of the circular sealing cover plate (14), the top of the rotating shaft (10) is fixedly inserted into an inner ring of the second waterproof bearing (16), and the top of the rotating shaft (10) penetrates through the circular sealing cover plate (14) to be fixedly connected with the center of the knob (11) above the rotating shaft.

A rotatable spray head according to claim 6 wherein: the inner side upper half part of the inner tube (3) is horizontally provided with a human-shaped support (17), three end parts of the human-shaped support (17) are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the inner tube (3), and the center of the human-shaped support (17) is provided with a through hole with the aperture larger than the shaft diameter of the rotating shaft (10).
8. A rotatable spray head according to claim 7 wherein: the bottom cover of rotation axis (10) is equipped with one spring (18), and the upper and lower end of spring (18) is contradicted with humanoid support (17) and carousel (12) respectively.
9. A rotatable spray head according to claim 7 wherein: the friction force between the inner ring and the outer ring of the second waterproof bearing (16) is smaller than the friction force between the fixed shaft (7) and the fan blades (8).
10. A rotatable spray head according to claim 7 wherein: the inner wall of the bottom of the pipe sleeve (2) is clamped with a dustproof ring (19), and the inner diameter of the dustproof ring (19) is larger than the outer diameter of the inner pipe (3).
