本发明涉及一次性卫生用品领域,尤其涉及一种通道式吸收体,包括上层无纺布、下层无纺布及设于上层无纺布与下层无纺布之间的吸收芯,所述吸收芯内埋设有复数条沿长度方向延伸的吸水树脂条,所述吸收芯上表面上位于各吸水树脂条上方设有不透水薄膜,各吸水树脂条上设有复数条向一侧弯折的导向吸水树脂条,所述上层无纺布与吸收芯通过热熔粘合的方式在相邻两不透水薄膜之间形成粘合部。其解决了现有吸收体扩散效率差、穿着不舒适的技术问题。

一种通道式吸收体
技术领域
本发明涉及一次性卫生用品领域,尤其涉及一种通道式吸收体。
背景技术
目前,在一次性卫生用品领域中,最核心的还是在于吸收体上,一个吸收体的质量、成本、厚薄等技术内容直接影响着一个产品的市场。现有的吸收体通常采用的结构是上层无纺布、下层无纺布以及设于两者之间的吸收芯,吸收芯通常由毛绒浆、吸水性树脂混合而成。现有针对吸收芯的设置是非常多种的,但是各自都有各自的缺陷与优点。如中国专利号:201380020952.3公开的吸收体用的无纺布及吸收性物品,其通过无纺布的改良来实现扩散性优良的特性;如中国专利号:201380037722.8公开的吸水性树脂、吸收体及吸收性物品,其通过吸水性树脂的改良来实现吸收体的保形性,而且可抑制一定的吸收液体回流。在现有吸收体上往往存在着吸收不均匀的问题,即某一局部大量吸收液体后,其传导扩散的效果较差,需要经过较长时间才能够完全扩散,而在这一段时间之内穿着的舒适度将受到较大的影响。特别是大量液体在某一部位被吸收时,往往会有一种返潮的感觉,这种返潮在与皮肤接触时,就会造成较大的不舒适感。
发明内容
因此,针对上述的问题,本发明提出一种结构简单、提高液体扩散效率、提高液体吸收效率、提高穿着舒适感的通道式吸收体。其解决了现有吸收体扩散效率差、穿着不舒适的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种通道式吸收体,包括上层无纺布、下层无纺布及设于上层无纺布与下层无纺布之间的吸收芯,所述吸收芯内埋设有复数条沿长度方向延伸的吸水树脂条,所述吸收芯上表面上位于各吸水树脂条上方设有不透水薄膜,各吸水树脂条上设有复数条向一侧弯折的导向吸水树脂条,所述上层无纺布与吸收芯通过热熔粘合的方式在相邻两不透水薄膜之间形成粘合部。
进一步的,各吸水树脂条相对导向吸水树脂条的一侧设有复数条贯穿吸收芯的导流通道,各导流通道内设有毛绒浆制成的空心管。
进一步的,各导向吸水树脂条的自由端连接于吸收芯的下表面。
进一步的,所述导向吸水树脂条的吸水率小于吸水树脂条的吸水率。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:本通道式吸收体通过吸水树脂条的设置,可以起到快速吸收的目的,而且具有一定的引流作用,可以使得吸水树脂条吸水后实现膨胀,从而使吸收体表面形成凹凸状表面,而又通过不透水薄膜的设置,可以提高输送感,并且增加透气性。另外,通过导向吸水树脂条的设置,可以加快液体的下渗速度,提高整个吸收体的吸收效果。另外,通过粘合部的设置,可以使得凹凸状表面的形成效果更好;进一步的,通过导流通道、空心管的设置,可以提高透气效果,也可以提高液体下渗的效率,而且采用毛绒浆制成的空心管,类似一种软管,可以遇液体后软后,甚至溶解;进一步的,各导向吸水树脂条的自由端连接于吸收芯的下表面,这样可以提高下渗的效果;进一步的,导向吸水树脂条的吸水率小于吸水树脂条的吸水率,这样可以使得吸收的效果逐次递进,提高吸收效果。

现结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
参考图1、图2,本实施例一提供一种通道式吸收体,包括上层无纺布1、下层无纺布2及设于上层无纺布1与下层无纺布2之间的吸收芯3,所述吸收芯3内埋设有复数条沿长度方向延伸的吸水树脂条4,所述吸收芯3上表面上位于各吸水树脂条4上方设有不透水薄膜5,各吸水树脂条4上设有复数条向一侧弯折的导向吸水树脂条6,所述上层无纺布1与吸收芯3通过热熔粘合的方式在相邻两不透水薄膜5之间形成粘合部7。各导向吸水树脂条6的自由端连接于吸收芯3的下表面。所述导向吸水树脂条6的吸水率小于吸水树脂条4的吸水率。
再参考图3、图4,本实施例二提供一种基于同一发明构思的通道式吸收体,其与实施例一的区别在于:各吸水树脂条4相对导向吸水树脂条6的一侧设有复数条贯穿吸收芯3的导流通道8,各导流通道8内设有毛绒浆制成的空心管9。
本通道式吸收体通过吸水树脂条的设置,可以起到快速吸收的目的,而且具有一定的引流作用,可以使得吸水树脂条吸水后实现膨胀,从而使吸收体表面形成凹凸状表面,而又通过不透水薄膜的设置,可以提高输送感,并且增加透气性。另外,通过导向吸水树脂条的设置,可以加快液体的下渗速度,提高整个吸收体的吸收效果。另外,通过粘合部的设置,可以使得凹凸状表面的形成效果更好;进一步的,通过导流通道、空心管的设置,可以提高透气效果,也可以提高液体下渗的效率,而且采用毛绒浆制成的空心管,类似一种软管,可以遇液体后软后,甚至溶解;进一步的,各导向吸水树脂条的自由端连接于吸收芯的下表面,这样可以提高下渗的效果;进一步的,导向吸水树脂条的吸水率小于吸水树脂条的吸水率,这样可以使得吸收的效果逐次递进,提高吸收效果。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种通道式吸收体,包括上层无纺布、下层无纺布及设于上层无纺布与下层无纺布之间的吸收芯,其特征在于:所述吸收芯内埋设有复数条沿长度方向延伸的吸水树脂条,所述吸收芯上表面上位于各吸水树脂条上方设有不透水薄膜,各吸水树脂条上设有复数条向一侧弯折的导向吸水树脂条,所述上层无纺布与吸收芯通过热熔粘合的方式在相邻两不透水薄膜之间形成粘合部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种通道式吸收体,其特征在于:各吸水树脂条相对导向吸水树脂条的一侧设有复数条贯穿吸收芯的导流通道,各导流通道内设有毛绒浆制成的空心管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种通道式吸收体,其特征在于:各导向吸水树脂条的自由端连接于吸收芯的下表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种通道式吸收体,其特征在于:所述导向吸水树脂条的吸水率小于吸水树脂条的吸水率。
