Switching on power supply, selecting corresponding frequency by frequency button, displaying numerical value on display, turning on control switch after determination, generating magnetic field by coil current, arranging multiple permanent magnets in annular shape on upper end of reciprocating rod, arranging permanent magnets in magnetic field generated by coil, moving permanent magnets downwards based on principle of homopolar repulsion and heteropolar attraction, simultaneously drives the reciprocating rod to move downwards, and the limiting spring is extruded by the limiting plate when the reciprocating rod moves downwards, when the permanent magnet is separated from the coil, the reciprocating rod stops moving downwards, at the moment, because the spring is not extruded by force, the limit spring rebounds to push the reciprocating rod into the sleeve, when the permanent magnet at the upper end of the reciprocating rod enters the sleeve, the current generated by the coil makes the permanent magnet move downwards again, thereby repeatedly acting to realize the forward and backward movement of the reciprocating rod, thereby the reciprocating rod drives the reciprocating disc to move up and down, and the vibrating hammer at the bottom of the reciprocating disc can beat the meat in the material barrel.
The conditioner of the invention can beat the materials in the material barrel by controlling the beating device through electromagnetic oscillation, can control the beating force through different spring forces by replacing the spring of the vibration hammer aiming at the livestock and poultry meat with different ages, varieties and growth states, and can control the beating force of the beating device by adjusting the elastic force of the limiting spring, thereby realizing the quality change condition of the meat quality under certain force within certain time and certain beating frequency and certain beating distance.
