thirdly, the control center confirms that the average crack width of the pavement in the target area is larger than 2cm according to the video image and/or the detection information sent by the signal processing device, the set threshold N is reached to be 2cm, and the pavement crack positioning information, the first task information and the second task information are selected to be issued;
step four, the crack cleaning device and the pressure injection crack pouring device receive the pavement crack positioning information and the task information sent by the control center and start to execute the task according to the pavement condition:
the crack cleaning device receives the pavement crack positioning information and the first task information sent by the control center and cleans the pavement crack, and meanwhile, the pressure injection crack pouring device receives the pavement crack positioning information and the second task information sent by the control center and performs pressure injection crack pouring on the pavement crack.

secondly, the signal processing device respectively analyzes and processes the monitoring signal of the electronic monitoring device and the sensing signal of the crack identification sensing device, and transmits the converted video image and/or detection information to a control center;
thirdly, the control center determines that the average crack width of the pavement in the target area is less than or equal to 2cm according to the video image and/or the detection information sent by the signal processing device, the set threshold N is not reached and is 2cm, and the pavement crack positioning information, the first task information and the third task information are selected to be issued;
and step four, the crack cleaning device and the crack adhesive tape sticking and repairing device receive the pavement crack positioning information and the task information sent by the control center and start to execute the task according to the pavement condition:
the crack cleaning device 4 receives the pavement crack positioning information and the first task information sent by the control center and cleans the pavement crack, and meanwhile, the crack tape bonding device receives the pavement crack positioning information and the third task information sent by the control center and performs tape bonding on the pavement crack along the crack.

The target area in example 10 was set to have an average crack width of not more than 1cm, and the other conditions were the same as in examples 10 to 12 in this order.

The ordinary multifunctional pavement crack pouring machine without the intelligent recognition function is used, and other conditions are the same as those of the embodiment 4.
Comparative example 2
The general multifunctional pavement crack pouring machine without intelligent recognition function is used, and other conditions are the same as those of the embodiment 10.
The parameters and experimental results of examples 1 to 15 and comparative examples 1 to 2 are shown in tables 1 to 2.

The results of the embodiments 1-15 shown in tables 1-2 show that the multifunctional pavement crack pouring machine can automatically position and identify pavement cracks, and realize the automatic operation of the multifunctional pavement crack pouring machine without manual operation, so that a constructor operates a vehicle body to move in a cab, and does not need to get off for repairing, thereby being very convenient, saving manpower resources and improving the working efficiency. Meanwhile, the multifunctional pavement crack pouring machine can intelligently select images of different pavement crack repairing methods to position the pavement cracks according to the pavement crack conditions, organically combines the asphalt pouring technology and the crack patching technology, has short detection time and sensitive detection degree, can well detect and identify whether the road surface cracks are flat slope, uphill slope or downhill slope, and finishes intelligent pavement crack repairing.

the electronic monitoring device comprises two groups of cameras;
the device comprises a vehicle body, a crack cleaning device, a group of control devices and a control system, wherein the crack cleaning device is fixed on two sides of the bottom of the vehicle body and used for positioning the position and the extension state of a crack to be cleaned on a road surface and monitoring the cleaning condition of the crack;
the other group of cameras are fixed on the gun head of the pressure injection crack pouring device at the bottom of the vehicle body and two sides of the rubber pressure wheel of the crack adhesive tape sticking device, are used for positioning the position and the extension state of a crack to be repaired on the road surface, and monitor the crack pouring condition of the pressure injection crack pouring device on the road surface and/or the crack adhesive tape sticking condition along the crack of the crack adhesive tape sticking device;
the crack identification sensing device is fixed at the gun head of the pressure injection crack pouring device at the bottom of the vehicle body and at the front end of a rubber pressure wheel of the crack adhesive tape sticking device and is used for detecting the width condition of a pavement crack; the crack identification sensing device comprises a signal emitter and a signal collector;
the crack cleaning device is connected with the control center and used for receiving the pavement crack positioning information and the first task information sent by the control center and cleaning the pavement crack;
the pressure injection crack pouring device is connected with the control center and used for receiving the pavement crack positioning information and the second task information sent by the control center and performing pressure injection crack pouring on the pavement crack; the pressure injection crack pouring device comprises a gun head, and the gun head is fixed at the bottom of the vehicle body;
the crack adhesive tape sticking and repairing device is connected with the control center and is used for receiving the pavement crack positioning information and the third task information sent by the control center and performing adhesive tape sticking and repairing on the pavement crack along the crack; the crack adhesive tape sticking and repairing device comprises an adhesive pressing wheel, and the adhesive pressing wheel is fixed at the bottom of the vehicle body;
the signal processing device is connected with the electronic monitoring device and the crack identification sensing device and is used for respectively analyzing and processing the monitoring signal of the electronic monitoring device and the sensing signal of the crack identification sensing device, correspondingly and respectively obtaining a video image and detection information and realizing information transmission with a control center;
the control center is connected with the signal processing device and used for issuing pavement crack positioning information and selectively issuing different task information according to the video image and/or the detection information sent by the signal processing device;
the issued task information includes:
i. the pavement has no cracks, and the control center does not issue any information;
when the width of the pavement crack is larger than N, the control center issues the pavement crack positioning information, the first task information and the second task information;
when the width of the pavement crack is less than or equal to N, the control center issues the pavement crack positioning information, the first task information and the third task information;
wherein N is a set threshold;
the crack cleaning device operates only when receiving the pavement crack positioning information and the first task information sent by the control center at the same time, the pressure injection crack pouring device operates only when receiving the pavement crack positioning information and the second task information sent by the control center at the same time, and the crack adhesive tape sticking device operates only when receiving the pavement crack positioning information and the third task information sent by the control center at the same time.

The multifunctional pavement crack pouring machine according to claim 1, wherein each group of cameras in the electronic monitoring device comprises at least two cameras, and the direction of the lens of each camera is perpendicular to the driving direction of the vehicle body and is 0.2-0.6 m away from the ground.
3. The multi-functional pavement crack sealing machine of claim 1, characterized in that, the crack recognition sensing device is a fiber grating crack sensor.
4. The multifunctional pavement crack pouring machine according to claim 1, wherein the set threshold N is 0.8-4 cm.

The multifunctional pavement crack pouring machine according to claim 4, wherein the pressure injection crack pouring device is used for positioning the crack position and controlling the gun head to move to the crack positioning position to inject asphalt or crack pouring glue according to the pavement crack positioning information and the second task information.

The multifunctional pavement crack pouring machine according to claim 4, wherein the crack tape sticking device positions the crack and controls the rubber pressing wheel to move to the position for positioning the crack for tape sticking according to the pavement crack positioning information and the third task information.
7. The joint grouting method of the multifunctional pavement crack grouting machine according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps:
firstly, the multifunctional pavement crack pouring machine runs in a target area, the electronic monitoring device sends real-time monitoring signals to the signal processing device, and the crack identification sensing device sends real-time sensing signals to the signal processing device;
secondly, the signal processing device respectively analyzes and processes the monitoring signal of the electronic monitoring device and the sensing signal of the crack identification sensing device, and the signal processing device transmits the converted video image and/or detection information to the control center;
thirdly, the control center issues pavement crack positioning information and selectively issues different task information according to the video image and/or the detection information sent by the signal processing device:
i. the pavement has no cracks, and the control center does not issue any information;
when the width of the pavement crack is larger than N, the control center issues the pavement crack positioning information, the first task information and the second task information;
when the width of the pavement crack is less than or equal to N, the control center issues the pavement crack positioning information, the first task information and the third task information;
and step four, the crack cleaning device, the pressure injection crack pouring device and the crack adhesive tape sticking and repairing device receive the pavement crack positioning information and the task information sent by the control center and start to execute the task according to the pavement condition:
i. the pavement has no cracks, and the crack cleaning device, the pressure injection crack pouring device and the crack adhesive tape sticking and repairing device have no task acceptance and do not operate;
when the width of the pavement crack is larger than N, the crack cleaning device receives pavement crack positioning information and first task information sent by the control center and cleans the pavement crack, and meanwhile, the pressure injection crack filling device receives the pavement crack positioning information and second task information sent by the control center and performs pressure injection crack filling on the pavement crack;
and iii, when the width of the pavement crack is less than or equal to N, the crack cleaning device receives the pavement crack positioning information and the first task information sent by the control center and cleans the pavement crack, and meanwhile, the crack adhesive tape bonding device receives the pavement crack positioning information and the third task information sent by the control center and performs adhesive tape bonding on the pavement crack along the crack.
