With the development of the industrialized technology, the product subpackaging is realized by weighing the traditional steelyard to the electronic scale and then automatically and quantitatively subpackaging the product, the subpackaging accuracy and mechanization are gradually improved, but the equipment cost is obviously increased relatively, and the production cost is increased. The requirement on the subpackage accuracy of products such as barreled water and the like is not high, the production cost is in an industrialized standard, the use cost is low on the premise of ensuring the product quality, the use effect is convenient, and the subpackage equipment which reaches the standard in production is the purpose of research of the invention.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a liquid quantitative dispensing device which can reduce the probability of leakage caused by gaps when liquid is dispensed and can simultaneously perform mixed dispensing of a plurality of kinds of liquid.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: liquid is firstly poured into the U-shaped feeding groove 21, the feeding push rod 5 is pushed in the hollow cavity 23 through the piston rod of the air cylinder 31, and when the position of the connecting rod shaft 53 is up and down corresponding to the feeding leakage opening 22, the liquid in the U-shaped feeding groove 21 flows between the first piston 51 and the second piston 52 from the feeding leakage opening 22; when the piston rod of the cylinder 31 drives the feeding push rod 5 to retract, and the position of the connecting rod shaft 53 corresponds to the position of the discharge port 42 up and down, liquid flows into the split charging pipe 6 from the discharge port 42, then the lower end of the T-shaped clamping piece 72 is plugged into the empty bottle mouth, and liquid split charging is carried out through the through hole 73; when the piston rod of cylinder 31 drives feeding push rod 5 and withdraws, can add other liquid in reinforced box 81 to partial shipment pipe 6 through filling tube 83 through pneumatic cylinder 85 and pump body 82 in, can mix through other liquid of adding device 8 when partial shipment to liquid ration, through rotatory screw rod 322, adjust the length of sealing rod 321 at feeding leak 22 lower extreme to can control the flow of the liquid that flows through feeding leak 22.
