in a state that the large roll paper 101 and the small roll paper 102 are adhered, after the first rotating shaft of the turntable tooling mechanism 160 is controlled to rotate for a first rotating period, the paper feeding slitting mechanism 150 is controlled to cut off the large roll paper 101, and the first rubberizing piece 171 of the rubberizing mechanism 170 is further controlled to adhere the small roll paper 102 and the large roll paper 101 wound into the small roll paper 102 so as to form a primary finished product;
controlling the first motor to act so as to enable the first rotating shaft of the turntable tooling mechanism 160 to rotate to a second station, and controlling the color page separation conveying mechanism 180 to convey the color page to the turntable tooling mechanism 160; and further controlling the first rotation shaft of the turntable tooling mechanism 160 to rotate for a second rotation period to scroll the color sheet to form the product 103;
the product pushing and blanking mechanism 190 is controlled to pull away the product 103.
Wherein, before the first rotation shaft is controlled to rotate for a second rotation period, the second rubberizing piece 172 of the rubberizing mechanism 170 is controlled to bond the color pages and the primary product, and after the first rotation shaft is controlled to rotate for a second rotation period, the second rubberizing piece 172 of the rubberizing mechanism 170 is controlled to bond the color pages to form the product 103.
It should be noted that, when the first motor is controlled to act, the first rotating shaft of the turntable tooling mechanism 160 is rotated to the second station, the third motor is controlled to work, and meanwhile, the paper tube core feeding pushing mechanism 110, the unreeling and tensioning mechanism 120, the deviation correcting mechanism 130, the visual detection mechanism 140, the paper feeding slitting mechanism 150, the turntable tooling mechanism 160 and the rubberizing mechanism 170 are controlled to keep working, so that the second rotating shaft keeps working state, and the working efficiency is improved, which is not described herein again.
In summary, the turntable-type roll paper packaging machine 100 disclosed in the present embodiment can control the paper core feeding pushing mechanism 110 to push the small paper core 102 into the first station of the turntable tooling mechanism 160 through the controller. In a state where the large roll paper 101 passes through the paper feeding slitting mechanism 150 and contacts the small roll paper 102, the large roll paper 101 and the small roll paper 102 are adhered by the rubberizing mechanism 170, and after the first rotation shaft rotates for a first rotation period, the controller controls the paper feeding slitting mechanism 150 to cut off the large roll paper 101, and further controls the rubberizing mechanism 170 to adhere the small roll paper 102 and the large roll paper 101 wound into the small roll paper 102 to form a preliminary product. The color sheet can be conveyed to the second station through the color sheet separation conveying mechanism 180 in a state that the first rotating shaft rotates to the second station when the turntable tooling mechanism 160 rotates, and the first rotating shaft is controlled to rotate for a second rotation time period through the controller, so that the color sheet is rolled to form the product 103. The product 103 can also be withdrawn by controlling the product push-out blanking mechanism 190 via the controller. The turntable type roll paper packaging machine 100 is integrated mechanical equipment, can finish the separation, packaging and film sleeving of roll paper, has high production efficiency and can reduce the manual operation intensity.

the unreeling and tension mechanism, the paper feeding and cutting mechanism and the turntable tooling mechanism are sequentially arranged at intervals and are respectively and electrically connected with the controller; the rubberizing mechanism is arranged close to the turntable tooling mechanism and is electrically connected with the controller; the color page separation conveying mechanism is arranged on one side of the turntable tooling mechanism and is electrically connected with the controller; the paper tube core feeding and pushing mechanism and the finished product pushing and discharging mechanism are adjacently arranged, are oppositely arranged with the turntable tooling mechanism and are respectively and electrically connected with the controller;
the unreeling and tension mechanism is used for placing large roll paper, and the controller is used for controlling the paper cylinder core feeding pushing mechanism to push a small paper cylinder core into a first station of the turntable tooling mechanism so that the large roll paper can pass through the paper feeding cutting mechanism and be contacted with the small paper cylinder core;
the controller is also used for controlling the rubberizing mechanism to bond the large roll paper and the small paper cylinder core and controlling the turntable tooling mechanism to rotate for a first rotation time length; the controller is also used for controlling the paper feeding and cutting mechanism to cut off the large roll paper and further controlling the rubberizing mechanism to bond the small paper cylinder core and the large roll paper wound in the small paper cylinder core so as to form a primary finished product;
the controller is also used for controlling the turntable tooling mechanism to rotate to a second station and controlling the color page separation conveying mechanism to convey the color page to the turntable tooling mechanism; the controller is also used for controlling the turntable tooling mechanism to rotate for a second rotation time period so as to roll the color pages to form products;
the controller is also used for controlling the finished product pushing and discharging mechanism to pull out the product;
the turntable tooling mechanism comprises a turntable assembly and a first rotating shaft assembly; the rotary table assembly comprises a rotary table and a first motor, the first rotary shaft assembly comprises a first rotary shaft and a second motor, the first rotary shaft is eccentrically arranged on the rotary table, and the first motor and the second motor are respectively and electrically connected with the controller; the controller is used for controlling the second motor to drive the first rotating shaft to rotate, and is also used for controlling the first motor to drive the rotating disc to rotate so that the first rotating shaft rotates from the first station to the second station or from the second station to the first station;
the paper tube core feeding pushing mechanism comprises a feeding mechanism and a pushing mechanism, wherein the feeding mechanism is arranged adjacent to the pushing mechanism and is respectively and electrically connected with the controller, the feeding mechanism is used for pushing the small paper tube core into the pushing mechanism under the control action of the controller, and the pushing mechanism is used for pushing the small paper tube core into the first station of the turntable tool mechanism under the control action of the controller.

The rotary web packaging machine of claim 1 wherein said color sheet separating and transporting mechanism is spaced from said taping mechanism, said controller further adapted to control said taping mechanism to adhere said color sheet and said unfinished product prior to controlling rotation of said first spindle; the controller is also used for controlling the rubberizing mechanism to bond the color pages after controlling the first rotating shaft to rotate so as to form the product.

The turntable-type roll paper packaging machine of claim 3, wherein said rubberizing mechanism comprises a first rubberizing member and a second rubberizing member, said first rubberizing member and said second rubberizing member being respectively located on both sides of said turntable assembly and respectively electrically connected with said controller;
the first rubberizing piece is used for bonding the large roll paper and the small paper cylinder core under the control action of the controller, and is used for bonding the small paper cylinder core and the large roll paper wound into the small paper cylinder core under the control action of the controller so as to form the primary finished product; the second rubberizing piece is used for bonding the color pages and the primary product under the control action of the controller, and is used for bonding the color pages under the control action of the controller so as to form the product.
