The brake system of a vehicle is an extremely important part of the vehicle, and one of the key components of the whole system is the brake disc. The brake disc is fixed on the axle and rotates together with the wheel, and when the automobile brakes, the brake pad on the automobile can generate friction with the brake disc, so that the effect of decelerating and braking the automobile is achieved. At present, the brake disc is mostly cleaned by disassembling the brake disc from an automobile manually, however, the cleaning mode consumes time and labor and has higher cleaning cost, so that a device which can quickly and fully clean the brake disc without disassembling is urgently needed.

In order to solve the problems, the invention aims to provide the convenient brake disc cleaning device which can quickly and fully clean the brake disc without disassembling the brake disc on the vehicle body.

The working principle of the technical scheme is as follows: when the brake disc is cleaned, the whole device is moved to the position near the brake disc on the automobile, so that the cleaning tube hose part on the cleaning disc penetrates into the small hole on the brake disc. The scrubbing belt arranged on the telescopic rod is contacted with the other side of the brake disc under the action of centrifugal force and performs friction cleaning on the brake disc.
When the brake disc is cleaned, the driving unit is closed, and at the moment, the water pipe does not discharge water any more and the cleaning pipe stops rotating. The sleeve in the cleaning pipe moves inwards due to the pulling force of the first spring, and the baffle in the sleeve drives the telescopic rod to contract inwards together due to the pulling force of the second spring to restore the original shape. And moving out the whole cleaning device to complete the cleaning of the brake disc.

The whole device can quickly and fully clean the brake disc without disassembly, and avoids traffic accidents caused by brake failure due to excessive stains on the brake disc.
Further, the cleaning device also comprises a rotating mechanism for rotating the cleaning disc.
Through slewing mechanism's setting for wash the dish and can all wash each position of brake disc, rather than only lasting the washing to a certain position, be convenient for carry out quick, abundant washing to the brake disc.
Further, slewing mechanism includes the connecting rod that links to each other with drive unit and is used for stirring the driving lever of wasing the dish, connecting rod and drive unit fixed connection are equipped with spout and fluting on the driving lever, and the driving lever passes through spout and water pipe sliding connection, and the fluting is used for blocking the scavenge pipe.

Further, the washing layer is made of sponge.
The brake disc is convenient to clean by arranging the washing and brushing layer as the sponge; compared with the rubber material, the rubber has higher density, and the rubber can not be tightly attached to the brake disc due to the action of centrifugal force possibly because of the self weight when the cleaning pipe rotates, so that the cleaning purpose can not be achieved; the sponge material is lighter, and the sponge pastes tight brake disc more easily when the scavenge pipe rotates, is convenient for wash.

Meanwhile, water flows into the cleaning pipe 4 on the cleaning disc 2, the sleeve 12 in the cleaning pipe 4 causes the first spring 11 to be stretched to move out of the cleaning pipe 4 due to the impact of the water flow, and because the cleaning pipe 4 and the sleeve 12 are provided with the corresponding drainage hole 9 and the hole 13, the drainage hole 9 on the hose 7 coincides with the hole 13 on the sleeve 12 due to the gradual outward movement of the sleeve 12, so that the drainage hole 9 starts to discharge water and washes the inner side wall of the small hole on the brake disc 5. And the baffle 14 in the sleeve 12 begins to stretch the second spring 15 and move outwards under the action of water flow, the baffle 8 arranged on the hose 7 can prevent the baffle 14 from falling off and cannot return until the baffle 14 and the lower end face of the brake disc 5 are in the same horizontal plane, and at the moment, a plurality of telescopic rods 16 arranged below the baffle 14 extend out of the cleaning pipe 4 and penetrate through small holes in the brake disc 5 to reach the other side of the brake disc 5. When the motor starts, the driving gear 10 connected to the motor drives the gear 10 on the cleaning tube 4 to rotate, so as to drive the whole cleaning tube 4 to start rotating. At this time, the telescopic rod 16 and the washing tape 17 on the telescopic rod 16 rotate to the lower end surface of the brake disc 5 due to the centrifugal force, so that the washing tape 17 contacts with the other side of the brake disc 5 and performs friction cleaning on the brake disc.
When the brake disc 5 is cleaned, the motor is switched off, at which time the water pipe 1 no longer discharges water and the cleaning pipe 4 also stops rotating due to the loss of driving force. The sleeve 12 in the cleaning tube 4 moves inwards due to the pulling force of the first spring 11, and the baffle 14 in the sleeve 12 also retracts the telescopic rod 16 inwards to restore the original shape due to the pulling force of the second spring 15. And moving out the whole cleaning device to complete the cleaning of the brake disc 5. The whole device can quickly and fully clean the brake disc 5 without disassembly, and avoids traffic accidents caused by brake failure due to excessive dirt on the brake disc 5.
Example two
As shown in fig. 4, the portable brake disc cleaning device of the present embodiment is different from the above embodiments in that: the cleaning device also comprises a rotating mechanism for rotating the cleaning disc 2, wherein the rotating mechanism comprises a connecting rod 20 connected with the motor and a deflector rod 21 for deflecting the cleaning disc 2, and the connecting rod 20 is fixedly connected with the motor; as shown in fig. 5, the driving lever 21 is provided with a sliding slot 22 and a slot 23, the driving lever 21 is slidably connected with the water pipe 1 through the sliding slot 22, and the slot 23 is used for clamping the cleaning pipe 4. As shown in fig. 6, the scrubbing tape 17 is divided into two layers of different materials, one of which is a scrubbing layer 18, and the other is a soft magnetic sheet 19.
