头发的主要成分为角蛋白(约占80%以上),它是由毛干和毛囊两个部分组成。毛干可分为毛小皮、皮质和髓质三层。毛小皮为毛干的最外层,由3~7层毛小皮细胞围绕着毛干,每个毛小皮细胞的厚度为0.5~1.0μm,长约45μm,毛小皮层的总厚度约3~5μm,毛小皮细胞的结构又可分为上表皮、外表皮和内表皮,其中上表皮和外表皮内含有丰富的高硫蛋白,能抵御外界物理和化学因素的影响。半永久染发剂,色素或色素中间体能通过渗透作用进入头发表皮,一部分会进入皮质,使其沉着而着色,比暂时性染发剂更耐清洗。永久性染发剂,色素或色素中间体渗透到头发中间,在头发内进行氧化聚合生成大分子染料,并被闭锁在头发内。这两者主要以对苯二胺、对氨基苯酚及其衍生物为主要原料,这些原料在改变头发颜色的同时往往还会对健康的头发造成损伤,更严重的还会对身体健康造成威胁。而暂时性染发色素或色素中间体不能透过毛小皮只能存在于毛小皮的表面或表层,在毛发的表面吸附沉淀,经一次洗涤就会洗去,具有毒性小、颜色易改变、容易清洗的优点,但同时也存在着牢固度差、着色不明显、长期使用会使头发变得粗糙、无光泽的弊端。面对暂时性染发剂的迫切需求,业内急需开发一款色彩丰富、粘附效果好、对头发无损伤的染发产品。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种一次性彩色护发染发啫喱及其制备方法。本发明将色彩丰富的色浆原料与多种护发成分相结合,添加在凝胶的基质中,得到一次性彩色护发染发产品。同时对产品的感官指标、理化指标、粘附效果、染发色彩呈现以及护发功效进行了研究。
本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种一次性彩色护发染发啫喱,所述染发啫喱的原料由A相、B相、C相及D相构成:
A相中各原料成分的含量为(按质量分数计):0.4-0.6%卡波姆940、0.4-0.6%三乙醇胺、2.5-3.5%甘油、2.5-3.5%丙二醇、0.03-0.07%EDTA-二钠,余量为水;
B相中各原料组分为:0.5-1.5%双-PEG-18甲基醚二甲基硅烷;
C相中各原料组分为:2.0-3.0%色浆分散液WD系列、0.3-0.7%D-泛醇、0.5-1.5%何首乌提取液、0.5-1.5%当归提取液、0.5-1.5%黑芝麻提取液、0.3-0.7%防腐剂;
D相中各原料组分为:20.0-30.0%乙醇(95%)、0.5-1.5%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮PVPk30。
其中,所述色浆分散液WD系列为色浆WD-IOY50、WD-IOR50、MAKICOLOR WD GREEN或WD-CB2中的一种。在基质配方中分别加入这四种色浆分散液,可制备出四种不同颜色的染发啫喱。
其中,所述C相中防腐剂为苯氧乙醇。
其中,所述的何首乌、当归、黑芝麻提取液,以95%乙醇为溶剂,索氏提取,各物质原药浓度为100mg/mL。
所述一次性彩色护发染发啫喱的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将A相中的卡波姆-940在适量水中预先分散均匀后,再加入A相中其它原料,然后置于75-80℃水浴锅中搅拌25-30min,使固状物溶解,得到混合料A;
(2)将B相原料加入到混合料A中,在75-80℃下快速搅拌4-7min,随后开始减速降温,降温至40-45℃时加入C相和D相原料,搅拌均匀,继续降温至30-35℃时,停止搅拌,出料,即得染发啫喱。
在降温过程中补加蒸馏水以使成品总质量为100g。
本发明的优点如下:
本发明的一次性染发啫喱是以凝胶为基质,添加了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮PVP k30作为成膜剂。聚乙烯吡咯烷酮PVP k30是化妆品的重要原料,主要用于发型保持剂,能在头发上可以形成疏水薄膜,使头发富有弹性和光泽,不易沾灰尘,染色后呈均匀色泽。在发乳、发胶、摩斯等发用产品中较为常见。
双-PEG-18甲基醚二甲基硅烷是化妆品级硅蜡,一种水溶性的有机硅乙二醇共聚物蜡,熔点较低,高温和低温时都具有较高的稳定性,适用于含水配方,添加于停留型发用产品中能使头发具有优良的保湿性能。
泛醇又被称为维生素原B5,是泛酸的同效物。泛醇更容易渗透角质层,有较强的保湿作用。在护发产品中,泛醇既可以覆盖在头发表面起保护作用,同时可以渗透入头发,增强头发的修复能力,提供长时间的水分驻留,防止头发过分干燥,减少断裂,使头发更强健,是护发产品中理想的原料。
何首乌的主要成分包括蒽醌类、二苯乙烯类、磷脂类、酚类、黄酮类等,具有抗衰老、抗菌抗炎、护发养发的功能,在促进生发的同时还可达到乌发的效果。
当归有行血、补血、止痛、润肤之功效。能扩张头皮及皮肤的毛细血管、促进血液循环。制成的当归洗发剂能防止脱发、滋润毛发,并使头发乌黑发亮,还能防止黄发和白发。
黑芝麻含有大量的脂肪和蛋白质,还含有糖类、维生素A、维生素E、卵磷脂、钙、铁、铬等多种头发所需的营养成分,是护发养发的首选原料;同时还具有健胃、保肝、促进红细胞生长的作用,有利于头发生长。
色浆分散液WD系列购于大东化成(上海)化妆品科技有限公司。WD-IOY50、WD-IOR50为新型的氧化铁分散液,该分散液包括:氧化铁、水、分散剂和防腐剂,固含量为50%,具有低粘度、高固含量、良好的分散性、易于调色、高稳定性和无尘无污染的特性;MAKICOLOR WD GREEN为有机颜料酞菁绿的分散色浆,固含量为48%,低粘度、良好的分散性、易于配方和调色。WD-CB2为碳黑分散液,含有25%FDA认证的碳黑,具有粘度低、无尘无污染的特性,并且拥有出色的防水性。添加这四种色浆分散液可得到所需要的颜色(橙红色、黄色、绿色、黑色),并且通过这四种色浆分散液添加量的调配还可制备出若干种不同的色彩。因此WD系列的色浆分散液可作为所需的一次性染发啫喱理想的染色原料。

具体实施方式
实施例1
1、一次性彩色护发染发啫喱的配方如下:
原料总质量为100g
原料说明:
卡波姆-940,美国Lubrizol公司;
乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA二钠),阿拉丁试剂(上海)有限公司;
三乙醇胺,分析纯,国药集团化学试剂有限公司;
D-泛醇,北京贝丽莱斯生物化学有限公司;
苯氧乙醇,上海兆衡实业有限公司;
双-PEG-18甲基醚二甲基硅烷,广东杰光生物科技有限公司;
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮PVP k30,广东粤美化工有限公司;
色浆分散液WD系列,大东化成(上海)化妆品科技有限公司;
何首乌、当归、黑芝麻,均购于合肥百姓缘大药房。
2、染发啫喱的制备,包括以下步骤:
(1)将A相中的卡波姆-940在适量水中预先分散均匀后,再加入A相其它原料,然后置于75-80℃水浴锅中搅拌25-30min,使固状物溶解,得到混合料A;
(2)将B相原料加入到混合料A中,在75-80℃下快速搅拌4-7min,随后开始减速降温,降温至40-45℃时加入C相和D相原料,搅拌均匀,继续降温至30-35℃时,停止搅拌,出料,即得染发啫喱。在降温过程中补加蒸馏水以使成品总质量为100g。
在制备过程中为使制成品总量保持为100%,在加入各个相的同时再加入适量的蒸馏水。
3、性能测试:
1)感观性能评定
取染发啫喱在室温和非阳光直射下目测观察颗粒是否细腻,色泽是否均匀一致;用嗅觉鉴别气味是否纯正。
2)pH值的测试
称取染发啫喱样品3g,放入盛有30mL去离子水的烧杯中,在室温下分散均匀。用校正好的pH计测定染发啫喱水溶液的pH值。
3)耐热、耐寒测试
将染发啫喱样品放置于40℃的恒温烘箱和-10℃的冰箱冷冻室中,24h后取出,恢复室温后观察是否有分层、沉淀现象。
4)染色效果展示
将添加不同色浆分散液WD系列所研制的各个颜色的染发啫喱均匀地涂抹在模特的头发上,观察上色效果。
5)牢固程度测试
模仿下雨过程,用喷瓶向涂抹过染发剂并吹干的头发喷水,直至有水滴滴下,用白纸承接,观察滴落的水滴颜色深浅。并用纸巾轻轻擦拭头发,模仿衣物与头发接触,观察是否会被染色。再进行人体试验,受试者洗过头发干燥后,将一束头发染色,吹干后拍摄照片;照常进行日常活动,两天后,拍摄照片,随机挑选20人用肉眼对照片进行观察,判定前后对比效果。
6)清洗效果
取洗净晾干后的人的头发一束,长度在9-11cm左右,一端用线扎牢,取一定量的彩色护发染发啫喱将头发染色,用吹风机吹干。将洗发水与蒸馏水按照1:50混合均匀,将头发放入混合液中,用玻璃棒搅拌,两分钟后取出,加入另一份相同的混合液继续搅拌,重复操作直到混合液没有明显的浑浊。最后将头发样品取出吹干,通过对比观察清洗前后头发颜色差异及混合液的颜色变化判断清洗效果。
7)护发效果测试
受试者9人,均为披肩长发女性。每人左右两边头发分开,固定一侧每天1次使用护发染发啫喱,另一侧不使用。持续使用15天后,从受试者两侧头发各取5根,分别置于扫描电镜下观察并拍照,进行对比。
4、测试结果
1)感官性能测试及理化测试结果
2)染色效果展示
在涂抹了本产品后,可以呈现理想的染色效果,染色后呈均匀的橙红色、黄色、绿色、黑色。
3)牢固程度测试
随机挑选20人用肉眼进行判定,染色牢固程度较好。
4)清洗效果
将染发后的头发用配制的洗涤液清洗四次之后可清洗干净。
5)护发效果测试
图1(a)为其中一位受试者在使用了彩色护发染发啫喱15天后,其毛发在扫描电镜下的形态,毛鳞片排列整齐,头发纤维可呈现良好的光泽;而另一边没有使用该啫喱的头发,毛鳞片有明显的卷起,头发纤维无光泽,如图1(b)所示。
Claims (6)
1.一种一次性彩色护发染发啫喱,其特征在于,所述一次性彩色护发染发啫喱的基质为水,有A、B、C、D四相组成;
A相中各原料成分的含量为(按质量分数计):0.4-0.6%卡波姆940、0.4-0.6%三乙醇胺、2.5-3.5%甘油、2.5-3.5%丙二醇、0.03-0.07% EDTA-二钠,余量为水;
B相中各原料组分为:0.5-1.5%双-PEG-18甲基醚二甲基硅烷;
C相中各原料组分为:2.0-3.0%色浆分散液 WD系列、0.3-0.7%D-泛醇、0.5-1.5%何首乌提取液、0.5-1.5%当归提取液、0.5-1.5%黑芝麻提取液、0.3-0.7% 防腐剂;
D相中各原料组分为:20.0-30.0%乙醇(95%)、0.5-1.5%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮PVP k30。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性彩色护发染发啫喱,其特征在于,所述色浆分散液WD系列为色浆WD-IOY50、WD-IOR50、MAKICOLOR WD GREEN或WD-CB2中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性彩色护发染发啫喱,其特征在于,所述C相中防腐剂为苯氧乙醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种一次性彩色护发染发啫喱,其特征在于,所述的何首乌、当归、黑芝麻提取液,以95%乙醇为溶剂,索氏提取,各物质原药浓度为100mg/mL。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的一次性彩色护发染发啫喱的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将A相中的卡波姆-940在适量水中预先分散均匀后,再加入A相中其它原料,然后置于75-80℃水浴锅中搅拌25-30 min,使固状物溶解,得到混合料A;
(2)将B相原料加入到混合料A中,在75-80℃下快速搅拌4-7min,随后开始减速降温,降温至40-45℃时加入C相和D相原料,搅拌均匀,继续降温至30-35℃时,停止搅拌,出料,即得染发啫喱。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种一次性彩色护发染发啫喱的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)降温过程中需补加蒸馏水以使成品总质量在100 g。
