Background
The medical cart is used as a most main medical article carrying tool of a hospital, is widely applied to each department of the hospital, and particularly needs to sequentially convey infusion bottles and medicines to wards in the process of infusion and medicine distribution of a patient by nursing staff; moreover, most medical carts are not provided with a sterilization device, so that bacteria are easy to breed in the medical carts, and hidden dangers are brought to the rehabilitation of patients; in addition, when the cart needs to be stopped at a certain position, the cart may slide due to the pulley, and is not stable, which brings inconvenience to medical operation.
Disclosure of Invention
The present application provides a circulating type cleaning device for medical instruments to solve the above technical problems.
The technical scheme adopted by the application is as follows: a medical cart is characterized by comprising a cart frame, a first table board, a second table board, a cart handle, a medical record writing device, an ultraviolet sterilization device and a recycling box; the frame comprises a bottom plate, traveling wheels, supporting devices, supporting rods, a first clamping groove and a second clamping groove, traveling wheels are arranged at four corners below the bottom plate, four supporting devices are arranged at the inner sides of the traveling wheels on the bottom plate, each supporting device comprises a driving cylinder, a driving rod and an anti-slip plate, the driving cylinder is arranged at the upper part of the bottom plate, a piston rod of the driving cylinder penetrates through the bottom plate to be connected with the driving rod, the anti-slip plate is arranged below the driving rod and comprises a fixed plate and a rubber pad, the rubber pad is arranged on the lower surface of the fixed plate, four supporting rods are sequentially arranged at four corners above the bottom plate, the supporting rods are sequentially provided with the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove from top to bottom, the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove comprise sliding grooves, sliding guide rods, side plate strips, fixed holes and, the rear end of the front end opening is closed, the opening of the sliding chute faces the inner side, the guide sliding rod is arranged in the sliding chute, one end of the guide sliding rod is fixed in the middle of the closed end of the sliding chute, a side plate strip is arranged on the outer side of the sliding chute, a fixing hole is formed in the outer side of the sliding chute, and the fixing bolt is arranged in the fixing hole; the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove are respectively provided with a first table board and a second table board, the first table board and the second table board comprise rubber layers, sliding strips, sliding guide holes, metal net-shaped guardrails, elastic fixing structures, a medical tray fixing device and a plurality of baffle plates, the rubber layers are arranged on the upper surfaces of the first table board and the second table board, the sliding strips corresponding to the sliding grooves are arranged on the left side and the right side of the first table board and the second table board, the sliding guide holes corresponding to the sliding guide rods are arranged on the sliding strips, the metal net-shaped guardrails are arranged on the periphery of the first table board and the periphery of the second table board, the elastic fixing structures are arranged at the front ends of the first table board and the second table board, each elastic fixing structure comprises a plurality of circular fixing seats and elastic ropes, the plurality of circular fixing seats are arranged on the rubber layers and are arranged in a straight line, the elastic ropes are arranged above the circular fixing, the medical tray fixing device comprises a fixing baffle frame and a plurality of suckers, the fixing baffle frame is of a net structure, the suckers are uniformly arranged in a rectangular area defined by the fixing baffle frame, and a plurality of baffles are arranged on the left side and the right side of the medical tray fixing device; a trolley handle is arranged on the supporting rod at the rear end of the trolley frame, and the trolley handle is of a structure shaped like a Chinese character 'hui'; the medical record writing device is arranged at the rear end of the frame and comprises a vertical sliding groove and a writing board, the vertical sliding groove is formed in a supporting rod at the rear end of the frame, the writing board is arranged in the vertical sliding groove in a sliding mode and is of an I-shaped structure, the writing board comprises a transverse sliding rod, a square board, a clamping board and a telescopic blocking rod, spherical protrusions are arranged at two ends of the transverse sliding rod and are arranged in the vertical sliding groove in a sliding mode, the lower end of the square board is fixedly connected with the transverse sliding rod, the clamping board is arranged at the upper end of the square board, and the telescopic blocking rod is arranged on the clamping board; the supporting rods on the left side and the right side of the first table top and the second table top are provided with ultraviolet sterilizing devices, and each ultraviolet sterilizing device comprises a lamp groove and an ultraviolet lamp; and a recovery box is arranged outside the medical record writing device.
Furthermore, the rubber layer comprises an anti-skid groove and a water-absorbent resin strip which is embedded in the anti-skid groove and extends along the anti-skid groove.
Furthermore, the water-absorbent resin strip is bonded with the bottom of the anti-skid groove, the surface of the water-absorbent resin strip facing the ground is also provided with a bulge or a convex edge, the width of the anti-skid groove is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, and the inner side surface of the anti-skid groove is in smooth transition with the plane of the rubber layer.

The application has the advantages and positive effects that: the medical cart is reasonable in design, the supporting device is arranged on the bottom plate of the medical cart, so that the medical cart can be fixed conveniently, inconvenience caused by movement of the cart in the medical operation process of medical staff is avoided, the supporting device is provided with the rubber pad, the water-absorbent resin is arranged in the groove of the rubber pad, and when the ground is dry, the volume of the water-absorbent resin strip is kept at the minimum state after water is lost under pressure, and the water-absorbent resin strip is contracted into the anti-skid groove; when the ground is wet and even has accumulated water, the water-absorbent resin strips continuously absorb water and greatly expand to the outside of the anti-skid grooves, so that soft convex edges which are easy to deform are formed on the rubber pads, and the anti-skid performance of the medical cart is greatly improved; the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove are internally provided with guide sliding rods, and meanwhile, fixing bolts are arranged on the outer sides of the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove, so that the first table top and the second table top can be conveniently fixed; the upper front ends of the first table top and the second table top are provided with circular fixing seats, stepped holes are formed in the circular fixing seats, cylindrical medical supplies with different diameters can be conveniently fixed and clamped, elastic ropes arranged in a crossed mode are arranged on the circular fixing seats, the medical supplies in the circular fixing seats are further fixed, and the medical supplies are prevented from overturning in the walking process of the cart; the medical tray fixing devices are arranged in the middle of the first table top and the second table top, so that the medical tray is prevented from sliding relative to the first table top and the second table top, and medical operation of doctors or nurses is facilitated; the left side and the right side of the medical tray fixing device are provided with a plurality of baffles, so that medical supplies can be conveniently classified and placed; the medical record writing device is arranged at the rear end of the medical cart, so that the recording of the illness state of the patient is facilitated, and the working efficiency is improved; the ultraviolet lamps are arranged on the left side and the right side of the medical cart, so that the medical cart can be sterilized conveniently, and the safety of the medical care process is improved; the recovery box is arranged at the rear side of the medical record writing device of the medical trolley, so that medical waste can be stored conveniently, and the health condition of the medical environment is improved.

The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment is a medical cart, which is characterized by comprising a cart frame 1, a first table 2, a second table 3, a cart handle 4, a medical record writing device 5, an ultraviolet sterilization device 6 and a recycling box 7.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the vehicle frame 1 includes a bottom plate 110, road wheels 120, supporting devices 130, a supporting rod 140, a first engaging groove 150 and a second engaging groove 160, the road wheels 120 are disposed at four corners below the bottom plate 110, four supporting devices 130 are disposed at inner sides of the road wheels 120 on the bottom plate 110, each supporting device 130 includes a driving cylinder 131, a driving rod 132 and a non-slip plate 133, the driving cylinder 131 is disposed at an upper portion of the bottom plate 110, a piston rod of the driving cylinder 131 penetrates through the bottom plate 110 to be connected with the driving rod 132, the non-slip plate 133 is disposed below the driving rod 132, the non-slip plate 133 includes a fixing plate 133a and a rubber pad 133b, the rubber pad 133b is disposed on a lower surface of the fixing plate 133a, the rubber pad 133b includes a non-slip groove 133b1, and a water-absorbent resin strip 133 b. The water-absorbent resin strip 133b2 is bonded with the bottom of the anti-slip groove 133b1, the surface of the water-absorbent resin strip 133b2 facing the ground is also provided with a bulge or a convex edge, the width of the anti-slip groove 133b1 is wide at the top and narrow at the bottom, and the inner side surface of the anti-slip groove 133b1 is in smooth transition with the plane of the rubber pad 133 b. When the medical cart needs to be fixed, the driving cylinder is started, the driving rod jacks up the medical cart, so that the travelling wheels rise away from the ground, and the medical cart is fixed; the medical cart is provided with a rubber pad at the lower part of the supporting device, water-absorbent resin is arranged in a groove of the rubber pad, and when the ground is dry, the volume of the water-absorbent resin strip is kept at a minimum state after water is lost under pressure and is contracted in an anti-skid groove; when the ground is wet and even has accumulated water, the water-absorbent resin strips continuously absorb water and greatly expand to the outside of the anti-slip groove, so that a soft convex edge which is easily deformed is formed on the rubber pad, and the anti-slip performance of the medical cart is greatly improved.
As shown in fig. 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7, four support rods 140 are sequentially disposed at four corners above the bottom plate 110, the support rods 140 are sequentially disposed with a first engaging groove 150 and a second engaging groove 160 from top to bottom, the first engaging groove 150 and the second engaging groove 160 include a sliding groove 161, a guiding sliding rod 162, a side plate bar 163, a fixing hole 164 and a fixing bolt 165, the sliding groove 161 is horizontally disposed on the support rods 140 at the left and right sides, the front end is open and the rear end is closed, the opening of the sliding groove 161 faces inward, the guiding sliding rod 162 is disposed in the sliding groove 161, one end of the guiding sliding groove is fixed in the middle of the closed end of the sliding groove 161, the side plate bar 163 is disposed at the outer side of the sliding groove 161, the fixing hole 164 is disposed at the. The guide sliding rod is matched with the fixing bolt, so that the medical trolley can conveniently fix the first table top and the second table top. The medical record writing device 5 comprises a vertical sliding groove 510 and a writing board 520, the vertical sliding groove 510 is arranged on the supporting rod 140 at the rear end of the frame 1, the writing board 520 is arranged in the vertical sliding groove 510 in a sliding mode, the writing board 520 is of an I-shaped structure, the writing board 520 comprises a transverse sliding rod 521, a square plate 522, a clamping plate 523 and a telescopic blocking rod 524, spherical protrusions are arranged at two ends of the transverse sliding rod 521, the transverse sliding rod 521 is arranged in the vertical sliding groove 510 in a sliding mode, the lower end of the square plate 522 is fixedly connected with the transverse sliding rod 521, the clamping plate 523 is arranged at the upper end of the square plate 522; the ultraviolet sterilization device 6 is arranged on the support rods 140 at the left side and the right side of the first table-board 2 and the second table-board 3, so that the medical cart can be conveniently sterilized, and the safety of the medical care process is improved. The ultraviolet sterilization device 6 includes a lamp housing 610 and an ultraviolet lamp 620. The recovery box 7 is arranged outside the medical record writing device 5, so that the centralized treatment of medical waste is facilitated, and the health condition of the medical environment is improved.
