Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks and deficiencies of the prior art, it would be desirable to provide a nursing medical tray that minimizes the number of times a caregiver comes into contact with medical waste during use to maximize the protection of the caregiver as compared to the prior art.
In a first aspect, a nursing medical tray includes: the medical tray comprises a medical tray body, wherein one end of the top of the medical tray body is provided with a storage table, and a plurality of storage holes are formed in the storage table; the top of the medical tray body is also provided with a storage groove; a horizontal first through groove is formed in the lower portion of the medical tray body, and a tray is matched and connected in the first through groove; the tray includes: the side plates are symmetrically and fixedly connected to two sides of the bottom plate, and the front plates are fixedly connected with the side plates and the bottom plate respectively; two parallel horizontal rails are arranged in the first through groove, pulleys matched with the horizontal rails on the corresponding sides of the two side plates are respectively arranged on the outer walls of the two side plates, and the tray can reciprocate along the two horizontal rails; two ends of the storage table, which are far away from the side wall of the storage groove, are respectively provided with a first rail in the vertical direction, a back plate is bridged between the two first rails, the back plate can move up and down along the two first rails, and when the back plate moves to the bottommost end of the first rails, the back plate just covers an opening, which is far away from the front plate, of the first through groove; the inner wall of two curb plates is equipped with the second track that the horizontal direction extends respectively and two it has been strideed between the second track and has been dialled the piece, it includes to dial the piece: the support plate is bridged between the two second rails, the two rotating plates are matched and connected with the support plate, a second strip-shaped through groove is formed in the support plate, a vertical support column is arranged in the center of the second through groove, a rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the support column, the two rotating plates are symmetrically arranged on the rotating shaft, one ends of the two rotating plates, fixedly connected with the rotating shaft, are of right-angle bending structures, and are centrally and symmetrically distributed by taking the support column as the center, and the two rotating plates can rotate around the support column through the rotating shaft; when the two rotating plate pieces are respectively parallel to the supporting plate pieces, the two rotating plate pieces are just positioned outside the second through groove, and at the moment, the two rotating plate pieces are determined to be in an initial state; the two rotating plate pieces comprise a first plate piece and a second plate piece, and under the condition of determining an initial state, the plate piece relatively close to the front plate is the first plate piece, and the plate piece relatively far away from the front plate is the second plate piece; in an initial state, a first baffle plate which is exactly corresponding to the first plate is arranged in the second through groove, the first baffle plate and the first plate are the same in size and parallel, and the side wall, which is relatively close to the first plate, of the first baffle plate is flush with the side wall of the supporting plate; a second baffle plate which is right corresponding to the second plate is arranged in the second through groove, the size of the second baffle plate is the same as that of the second plate, the second baffle plate is parallel to the second plate, and the side wall, which is relatively close to the second plate, of the second baffle plate is flush with the side wall of the support plate; in an initial state, the free ends of the first plate and the second plate are respectively provided with a telescopic hanging plate; the four hanging columns are matched and connected with the hanging plate on the supporting plate; every two of the four hanging columns form a group, and the two hanging columns in each group are symmetrically distributed on the side wall of the supporting plate at the same side; under initial condition, the lateral walls of the first plate and the second plate, which are relatively close to the first baffle and the second baffle, are respectively and fixedly connected with a layer of elastic limiting plate, the length of the limiting plate is equal to one half of the length of the supporting plate, and the height of the limiting plate is equal to the height of the supporting plate.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the bottom of the supporting plate is respectively provided with a main extending edge which is of a curved structure and is bent towards the direction far away from the front plate.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the main extending edge comprises a two-layer structure, namely: a first extended edge relatively close to the front plate and a second extended edge relatively far away from the front plate; the bottom of the second extending edge is provided with a plurality of main extending teeth which are arranged in parallel; the bottom of the first extending edge is of a curved plate-shaped structure.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the lengths of the first baffle and the second baffle are both half of the length of the second through groove, and the thickness of the first baffle and the second baffle is one third of the thickness of the support plate.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, one side of the supporting plate, which is close to the front plate, is provided with two extension rods, and an auxiliary plate is spanned between the tail ends of the two extension rods; one side of the auxiliary plate close to the front plate can be fixedly connected with the front plate through a buckle.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the bottom of the auxiliary plate is respectively provided with an auxiliary extending edge which is of a curved structure and is bent towards the direction far away from the front plate.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the auxiliary extending edge comprises a two-layer structure, namely: a third extending relatively close to the front plate and a fourth extending relatively far from the front plate.
In summary, the present application provides a nursing medical tray, in a working state, a nursing staff throws medical waste onto a tray, at this time, a poking member is already installed on a second rail and located in the middle, and in a nursing process, the nursing staff puts the medical waste into the tray; after the nursing is finished, the first plate and the second plate are respectively rotated to move towards the direction close to the first baffle and the second baffle until the first baffle and the second baffle return to the initial state (basically return), and the non-contact collection of the medical wastes can be finished.
In the using process, under the condition that the protection level of ordinary nursing personnel is not high, the components can be used for realizing the non-contact collection of medical wastes in the tray, and compared with the prior art, the number of times of contact between the nursing personnel and the medical wastes can be reduced to the maximum extent in the using process, so that the nursing personnel can be protected to the maximum extent; the medical waste treatment system integrates the treatment of medical waste into a centralized treatment center with higher protection grade for treatment, and can greatly reduce the cost expenditure of the overhigh protection grade of common medical care personnel.
In addition, the poking piece in the design does not directly contact with a patient, and can be reused after centralized cleaning treatment, so that the energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are good.

The nursing medical tray comprises: the medical tray comprises a medical tray body 1, wherein a storage table 2 is arranged at one end of the top of the medical tray body 1, and a plurality of storage holes 3 are formed in the storage table 2; the top of the medical tray body 1 is also provided with a storage groove 4; the lower part of the medical tray body 1 is provided with a horizontal first through groove, and a tray 5 is matched and connected in the first through groove.
The medical tray body 1 has a rectangular parallelepiped structure and a base member on which the following components are designed.
A storage table 2 is arranged at one end of the top of the medical tray body 1, and a plurality of storage holes 3 are formed in the storage table 2; iodine, alcohol, cotton stick and tourniquet etc. can be put into in the storing hole, and of course, in the specific use, the object that the size in storing hole can be stored as required sets up.
The top of the medical tray body 1 is also provided with a storage groove 4; the lower part of the medical tray body 1 is provided with a horizontal first through groove, and a tray 5 is matched and connected in the first through groove. The function of the storage groove is basically the same as that of the storage hole.
The tray 5, which is a key component in this embodiment, is used to contain medical waste therein.
Specifically, the tray 5 includes: the device comprises a bottom plate 6, side plates 7 symmetrically and fixedly connected to two sides of the bottom plate 6, and a front plate 8 fixedly connected with the side plates 7 and the bottom plate 6 respectively; two parallel horizontal rails are arranged in the first through groove, pulleys matched with the corresponding horizontal rails are arranged on the outer walls of the side plates 7, and the tray 5 can reciprocate along the two horizontal rails.
For closing and controlling the tray placed in the second through groove, two ends of the side wall of the storage groove 4, far away from the storage platform 2, are respectively provided with a first rail 9 in the vertical direction, and a back plate 10 is bridged between the first rails 9, the back plate 10 can move up and down along the two first rails 9, and when the back plate moves to the bottom end of the first rails 9, the back plate 10 just covers the opening, far away from the front plate 8, in the first through groove.
In the tray, for can realize simply collecting medical waste conveniently, be provided with following structure in this embodiment.
The inner walls of the two side plates 7 are respectively provided with a second rail 11 extending in the horizontal direction, and a toggle piece is bridged between the two second rails 11.
Based on the design, the second tracks are arranged on the inner walls of the two side plates of the tray, and the shifting piece is erected between the second tracks and the inner walls of the two side plates of the tray.
The poking piece is a component capable of poking medical waste as the name implies, and has the following specific structure:
the toggle piece comprises: a supporting plate 12 bridging between the two second rails 11 and two rotating plates 13 matching with the supporting plate 12. The support plate is designed as a basic structure of the toggle piece, is matched and connected with the two second tracks to provide a basic support function, and is used for mounting other components, such as a rotating plate and the like.
Rotating the plate, the key structure on the shifting piece, there are two, connect with said supporting plate and match; in addition, the tray can be matched and connected with the supporting plate to collect medical waste in the tray.
The mating relationship between the support plate and the rotating plate is as follows:

Based on the design, the basic composition structure of the wave piece is basically realized, and the assembly relation between the supporting plate piece and the rotating plate piece is realized.
In the above design, the two rotating plates are L-shaped and are respectively fixed to the rotating shaft and are distributed symmetrically around the supporting column 15.
In order to position the two rotating plates conveniently, it is determined in this embodiment that when the two rotating plates 13 are respectively parallel to the supporting plate 12, they are just outside the second through groove 14, and at this time, they are determined to be in an initial state; the two rotating plates comprise a first plate 17 and a second plate 18, and in a certain initial state, the plate relatively close to the front plate 8 is the first plate 17, and the plate relatively far away from the front plate 8 is the second plate 18.
In an initial state, a first baffle 191 which is right corresponding to the first plate 17 is arranged in the second through groove 14, the first baffle 191 is the same as and parallel to the first plate 17 in size, and the side wall, which is relatively close to the first plate 17, of the first baffle 191 is flush with the side wall of the support plate 12, so that medical waste is prevented from being clamped in the second through groove; a second baffle 192 which is exactly corresponding to the second plate 18 is further arranged in the second through groove 14, the second baffle 192 is the same as and parallel to the second plate 18 in size, and the side wall of the second baffle 192, which is relatively close to the second plate 18, is flush with the side wall of the support plate 12, so that medical waste is prevented from being clamped in the second through groove.
The first and second baffles are designed to cooperate with the first and second plates 17 and 18, respectively. The specific coordination relationship is as follows:
in the initial state, the first plate 17 just corresponds to the first baffle, and a space with a clamping effect on an object is formed between the first baffle and the first baffle; the second plate just corresponds to the second baffle plate.
In addition, the first baffle and the second baffle limit the rotation angles of the first plate and the second plate, when the first plate rotates towards the direction far away from the first baffle, the second plate rotates towards the direction far away from the second baffle until the first plate and the second plate rotate to the maximum angles respectively, and the first plate and the second plate are in a working state at the moment.
In the working state, the nursing staff throw the medical wastes onto the tray, at the moment, the poking piece is arranged on the second rail and positioned in the middle, and in the nursing process, the nursing staff place the medical wastes onto the tray; after the nursing is finished, the first plate and the second plate are respectively rotated to move towards the direction close to the first baffle and the second baffle until the first baffle and the second baffle return to the initial state (basically return), and the non-contact collection of the medical wastes can be finished.
In practical use, the supporting plate is positioned in the middle of the second track, and enough working space can be reserved for the two rotating plates.
Of course, the thickness of the toggle member is preferably small because the occupation of the space in the tray by the toggle member can be reduced as much as possible. In addition, the design of two rotating plates also allows for the problem that the load bearing capacity of an excessively long rotating plate is reduced and it is difficult to close when holding too much waste.
Considering that in practice, the poking piece divides the tray into two spaces, namely a first space relatively close to the front plate and a second space relatively far away from the front plate, the distribution of medical wastes can be more reasonable due to the division of the two spaces, and the two rotating plate pieces can be used as the best of each other.
The workload of a single care need not be very large and may be limited to a single ward, the capacity of which is just sufficient.
In the initial state, the free ends of the first plate 17 and the second plate 18 are respectively provided with a telescopic hanging plate 20; four hanging columns 21 matched with the hanging plates 20 are arranged on the supporting plate 12; two of the four hanging columns 21 are in a group, and two hanging columns 21 in each group are symmetrically distributed on the side wall of the supporting plate 12 on the same side.
Based on this design, the link plate can be injectd the initial condition position and the operating condition position of first plate and second plate with the cooperation of hanging the post.
Two hanging columns are symmetrically distributed on the side wall of the supporting plate relatively close to the front plate and are used for being matched with the hanging plate on the first plate.
Two hanging columns are symmetrically distributed on the side wall of the supporting plate relatively far away from the front plate and are used for being matched with the hanging plate on the second plate.
Considering that the rotating plate can rotate in the second through-slot, the height of the rotating plate is necessarily smaller than that of the supporting plate, in order to expand the working area of the rotating plate, in the initial state, a layer of elastic limiting plate 22 is fixedly connected to the side walls of the first plate 17 and the second plate 18, which are relatively close to the first baffle 191 and the second baffle 192, respectively, and the length of the limiting plate 22 is equal to one half of the length of the supporting plate 12 and the height of the limiting plate 22 is equal to the height of the supporting plate 12.
In view of its length equals one half of the length of the support plate 12 and its height equals the height of the support plate 12, the design of the limiting plate can increase the working area of the rotating plate, and in addition, in view of its certain elasticity, it can have better toughness and bearing strength.
In addition, due to the elasticity, when the first plate or the second plate is in a working state, the design of the limiting plate does not cause obstruction.
After the nursing staff finishes using, the first plate and the second plate are rotated to move towards the direction close to the first baffle and the second baffle respectively until the first baffle and the second baffle return to the initial state (basically), and the non-contact collection of the medical wastes can be finished.
Then, the nursing staff moves the back plate to the position where the through groove opening is exposed along the first rail, then hooks the supporting plate by using the hook-shaped object, and moves the supporting plate along the second rail in the direction far away from the front plate until the supporting plate completely leaves the tray, and then, if next nursing is needed, the next poking piece is replaced.
Of course, the collecting box is arranged at the opening of the second through groove exposed by the back plate, so that the stirring piece can be collected on one hand, and the medical waste can be prevented from leaking on the other hand.
The taken-out poking piece with the medical waste is collected to a unified treatment place for centralized disassembly and cleaning, in practice, the number of general nursing staff is large, the expenditure is difficult to support, the protection level is improved to an over-high level, and in the process, the contact chance of the poking piece with the medical waste can be reduced to the maximum extent; and the workers who dismantle and wash in a centralized manner work in a centralized manner, the protection level can be set to be a higher level, the number of workers is not too high due to intensive treatment, and the cost can be controlled.
In any preferred embodiment, the bottom of the support plate 12 is provided with a main extending edge 23, and the main extending edge 23 is of a curved structure and is bent away from the front plate 8.
In view of the fact that there is still a gap between the support plate and the base plate, the present embodiment provides that the main extension is able to clean the possible stuck medical waste on the base plate again during the movement of the support plate along the second track in a direction away from the front plate until it completely leaves the tray.
In any preferred embodiment, the main flange 23 comprises a two-layer structure, namely: a first extension 231 relatively close to said front panel 8 and a second extension 232 relatively far from said front panel 8; the bottom of the second extending edge 232 is provided with a plurality of main extending teeth 24 which are arranged in parallel; the bottom of the first extending edge is of a curved plate-shaped structure.
If medical waste is comparatively serious in the adhesion on the tray bottom plate, the second is prolonged the broach on limit and has not hard up its effect of connecting, and then first is prolonged the limit and can realize concentrating the collection and handle.
In any preferred embodiment, the first and second baffles 191 and 192 each have a length that is half of the length of the second channel 14 and a thickness that is one-third of the thickness of the support panel 12.
Of course, considering that the supporting plate is located in the middle and the main extending edge is of a curved structure, so that when the toggle piece is taken out, in order to be able to integrally collect and clean the medical expenses in the first space, in any preferred embodiment, two extending rods 25 are provided on one side of the supporting plate 12 close to the front plate 8 and an auxiliary plate 26 is spanned between the ends of the two extending rods 25; one side of the auxiliary plate 26 close to the front plate 8 can be fixedly connected with the front plate 8 through a buckle.
In practical use, when the hook-shaped object is used for hooking the supporting plate member and enabling the supporting plate member to move along the second track in the direction far away from the front plate until the supporting plate member completely leaves the tray, the supporting plate member drives the extension rod and the auxiliary plate member to move in the direction far away from the front plate.
In the above design, the auxiliary plate may or may not be coupled to the second rail.
It should be noted that the function of the buckle is limited to the initial position of the auxiliary plate, and the fastening effect does not need to be too large.
In any preferred embodiment, the bottom of the auxiliary plate 26 is provided with a secondary extending edge 27, and the secondary extending edge 27 has a curved structure and is bent away from the front plate 8.
In the working process, the auxiliary extending edge can clean medical waste which is possibly adhered to the bottom plate in the first space again.
In any preferred embodiment, the minor flange 27 comprises a two-layer structure, namely: a third extended edge 271 relatively close to said front panel 8 and a fourth extended edge 272 relatively far from said front panel 8.
If medical waste is seriously adhered to the bottom plate in the first space, the fourth extending edge is firstly contacted with the first extending edge, so that a certain loosening effect is achieved, and then the third extending edge can realize centralized collection and treatment.
