As shown in fig. 10, 11, 12 and 13, in order to keep the cutting edge of the blade 154 in contact with the graphite block 153, two mounting cylinders 1552 are further provided at the free end of the rocking bar 155, a compression spring and a guide post 1554 are provided in the mounting cylinders 1552, one end of the compression spring is connected to the bottom of the mounting cylinders 1552, and the other end is connected to the guide post 1554. The guide posts 1554 are in sliding fit with the mounting tubes 1552, and the free ends of the guide posts 1554 are fixedly connected with the blades 154.
Further, in order to prevent excessive graphite powder from being excessively accumulated in the sleeve 134, the excessive graphite powder brings resistance to the rotation of the turntable and the sleeve 134; in this embodiment, the bottom of the sleeve 134 is provided with a graphite powder channel 1343, a material receiving box 156 is arranged below the graphite powder channel 1343, and the material receiving box 156 is connected with the sleeve 134; graphite powder in the inner cavity of the sleeve 134 can fall into the material receiving box 156 through the graphite powder passage 1343.
Furthermore, in order to keep the knee joint of the patient warm in autumn and winter, the knee joint is prevented from being cooled and the illness condition is prevented from deteriorating; the airbag 140 type knee joint also always has a thermal module 160, the thermal module 160 includes a thermal pad and a battery (not shown in the figure), and four corners of the thermal pad are respectively connected with the thigh support plate and the shank support plate and are arranged between the two connecting modules 130 for protecting the knee. The heating wire is arranged in the thermal protection pad and is electrically connected with the battery; the battery is mounted on the sleeve 134. The battery is a rechargeable lithium battery.
The usage of the balloon-type knee brace 100 provided by the embodiment is as follows:
when in use, the angle between the thigh and the shank is adjusted, then the warm keeping component 160 is changed on the knee, and the connecting component 130 is leaned against the two sides of the knee joint; and the air bag 140 is attached to both sides of the knee joint; finally, thigh strap 112 is strapped to the thigh and calf strap 122 is strapped to the calf. When the patient stands with the brace, a portion of the patient's weight is transferred directly to the lower leg through the thigh support plate 114, the connecting assembly 130, and the lower leg support plate 124, thereby reducing the pressure at the knee joint.
References in this disclosure to "medial," "lateral," "anterior," "superior," and "inferior" are made with reference to when the patient wears the balloon-type knee brace 100. Medial refers to the side closer to the knee joint and lateral refers to the side further from the knee joint.

Claims (7)

1. A leg care brace, comprising:
the thigh clamping assembly comprises a thigh strap and two strip-shaped thigh supporting plates; the two thigh supporting plates are oppositely arranged at intervals, and the thigh binding bands are connected with the two thigh supporting plates and used for fixing the two thigh supporting plates on two sides of a thigh;
the shank clamping assembly comprises a shank binding band and two strip-shaped shank supporting plates; the two shank supporting plates are arranged at intervals relatively, and the shank binding band is connected with the two shank supporting plates and is used for fixing the two shank supporting plates on the two sides of the shank;
the thigh supporting plate and the shank supporting plate are rotatably connected through the connecting assemblies, and the structures of the two connecting assemblies are the same;
the connecting assembly comprises a rotating disc and a sleeve, the rotating disc is of a circular plate-shaped structure, the sleeve is of a circular cylindrical structure, the rotating disc is arranged in an inner cavity of the sleeve and is coaxially arranged with the sleeve, and the rotating disc is in rotatable fit with the sleeve;
a strip-shaped groove is formed in the wall of the sleeve and extends along the circumferential direction of the sleeve;
the inner wall of the sleeve is provided with a plurality of mounting blind holes, compression springs are arranged in the mounting blind holes, the free ends of the compression springs are provided with balls, and a part of the balls protrude out of the mounting blind holes; the ball is matched with the circumferential surface of the rotating disc;
the lower end of the thigh supporting plate penetrates through the strip-shaped groove to be connected with the rotating disc, and the upper end of the shank supporting plate is connected with the cylinder wall of the sleeve;
the inner side of the sleeve is provided with an air bag which is used for being matched with the outer side of the knee joint;
the four corners of the thermal protection pad are respectively connected with the thigh supporting plate and the shank supporting plate, are arranged between the two connecting assemblies and are used for protecting knees;
the heating wire is arranged in the thermal protection pad and is electrically connected with the battery; the battery is mounted on the sleeve;
the lubricating assembly comprises a base, a mounting plate, a graphite block and a blade; the two lubricating assemblies have the same structure;
the base is arranged on the outer side of the sleeve which is positioned on the same side with the base and is fixedly connected with the cylinder wall of the sleeve, a funnel-shaped groove is formed in the base, a lubricating channel is arranged on the cylinder wall of the sleeve, the upper end of the lubricating channel is communicated with the bottom of the groove, and the lower end of the lubricating channel is communicated with the inner cavity of the sleeve;
the mounting plate is perpendicular to the axis of the sleeve and is fixedly connected with the inner side of the base; the graphite block is detachably connected with the mounting plate and is positioned above the groove;
a rocker is further arranged on the rotating disc and arranged in parallel to the rotating disc, and one end of the rocker is fixedly connected with the rotating disc;
the blade is fixedly connected with the free end of the rocker, and the cutting edge of the blade is abutted against the graphite block;
the free end of the rocker is also provided with two mounting cylinders, compression springs and guide posts are arranged in the two mounting cylinders, one end of each compression spring is connected with the bottom of the corresponding mounting cylinder, and the other end of each compression spring is connected with the corresponding guide post;
the guide post is in sliding fit with the mounting cylinder, and the free end of the guide post is fixedly connected with the blade;
the mounting plate is in a fan-shaped ring shape, a fan-shaped ring-shaped groove is formed in the mounting plate, and the graphite block is arranged in the fan-shaped ring-shaped groove.
2. The leg care brace of claim 1, wherein:
the upper part of the cutting edge is higher than the upper part of the graphite block, and the lower part of the cutting edge is lower than the lower part of the graphite block.
3. The leg care brace of claim 1, wherein:
a graphite powder channel is arranged at the bottom of the sleeve, a material receiving box is arranged below the graphite powder channel, and the material receiving box is connected with the sleeve;
graphite powder in the inner cavity of the sleeve can fall into the material receiving box through the graphite powder channel.
4. The leg care brace of claim 1, wherein: the electric heating wire is electrically connected with the electric heating wire; the temperature sensor is arranged in the thermal protection pad.
5. The leg care brace of claim 1, wherein:
the battery is a rechargeable lithium battery, a battery case is arranged on the sleeve, and the battery is arranged in the battery case.
6. The leg care brace of claim 1, wherein: the thigh bandage and the shank bandage are both made of nylon materials.
7. The leg care brace of claim 1, wherein: the thigh supporting plate and the shank supporting plate are made of titanium alloy materials.
